Many years ago I had great customer service at O'Reilly and have been a loyal customer since then. Today I had yet another amazing experience with this location. Juan, Daniel and Brenda truly went above and beyond to assist me. They were kind and helpful and exceeded all expectations! Thank you all so much for your help! O'Reilly has the best customer service!

I bought a battery from this store and immediately returned it when the sales associate couldn t install the battery. This is my first time ever buying a battery and being told it has to be professionally installed . I went next door to auto zone and they were nice enough to assist me. Never going to oreillys again. Waste of time!

I really appreciated the persistence on the part of the young man who installed the wiper blades I bought there. For some reason my wipers were a little more difficult to connect than other vehicles. He made it happen on a freezing cold morning. Tremendously helpful, as my old wipers had fallen apart and much precipitation was forecasted. Thank you, sir, for going the extra mile to keep me safe on the road!

My car battery died so I needed to find the nearest auto parts store to where I was to replace it. I've had good experiences at O'Reilly in other areas so I chose this store rather than the Auto Zone in the same lot. It was a little after 9 pm and they close at 10 pm, but as we know, you cannot predict when a battery will die. I had gotten someone to jump start the car and headed to this store. When I arrived, I explained my situation and the young man tells me they don't install batteries when it's dark. I get that so I asked for the manager who came out and I explained that I wasn't able to install a battery and could he PLEASE consider installing the battery. I was afraid to turn off the car as I was not close to home AND I'm a female so I was really concerned for my safety. He gave some idiotic excuse about not having the right tools for my kind of car (Honda CR-V) and that I should go to a shop. Which shop would that be at 9 pm at night? I ended up going next door to the Auto Zone and they installed it in the last 20 minutes of their shift. The guys were Hispanic at O'Reilly and this area is a highly populated Hispanic community. I can almost bet that if I was a Latina asking for their help, they would have helped. I'm a woman of color, but I guess not the color that warranted a little compassion. The guys at Auto Zone weren't really happy about installing that battery that late either, but they did it and this will bring me back to the store. And it turns out I had bought the battery that died from Auto Zone and it was still under warranty so they replaced it at no charge. So I guess things worked out as they should have.

UPDATE: The day after this review, I was contacted by the DM, Danny, and he addressed the situation with Brenda and made it a teachable moment. It's a bottle of antifreeze...and it never should have escalated to his level. I got the impression that Brenda is on the store mgmt team and had the authority to make this right. Danny instructed her to process a refund and write off the product. Easy peasy anti freezy... Yesterday I bought 2 bottles of antifreeze from Brenda at the Buford Highway location in North Druid hills. I told her I may only need one bottle and would return the other. She acknowledged the return policy. I used the one bottle and there was no seal. I thought nothing of it. Come to find out both bottles had no seal. This was not discovered until I tried to return the second bottle at the Peachtree Industrial Boulevard location. That gentlemen @PIB did his job and checked the bottles at the counter. It would have been nice if Brenda had done that. But someone didn't do their job at her location when they went on the shelf or were returned. Now I'm stuck with a bottle I can't use and wanted to use that $15 credit towards an exchange. I. Left without the other items that I needed. I even called Buford Hwy to speak to Brenda and was told that nothing could be done and the items couldn't be returned.I have no reason to open something, attempt to return it, and then take the time to do a survey/review if it wasn't true. What a waste of my time and money (is it really that much for Antifreeze!?)! Next time #NAPAKnowHow

Ok, so I was mid oil change under the car when I realize the salesman at Autozone had sold me the wrong size oil filter. Oh, it s around 9:30 pm too btw, because I had changed my daughter s oil first .yikes! The other place had already closed but this Oriellys stayed open until 10. I called ahead to see if they had it in stock & started heading that way. (Had about a 17 min drive) The GPS said I would arrive at 10:03 AFTER they close & the system automatically shuts down at 10. I spoke with a young man by the name of Fernando. This AMAZING human being allowed me to send him my money via cash app & purchased it for me so we would beat the system reset! I am so thankful & grateful for him cuz ALL THE OIL was already drained out of the car, the drain bolt had been replaced & all I had to do was screw in the new oil filter & refill with oil. I would have been stuck in Atlanta for the night with animals at home in Augusta that I needed to get back to. Fernando was patient & stayed on the line with me until we came up with a solution! This young man is out here doing the LORD S work! Thank you sooooooooo very much Fernando! Give this man a raise ASAP!

I was extremely impressed with the attitude and customer care given at this location. Jesus replaced my car battery and was very patient with what ended up being a difficult removal due to leads for old battery. Jesus was patient and went over and above in his attention to properly replacing the battery. I highly recommend this location.

Helped replace my dead car battery! Battery died 2 years later and they would have honored the warranty but I already had it replaced when I got my oil changed many months ago. Might need a new car with all theses dead batteries. Would be a good idea to keep better track of my recipes in the future and save money.

In need of a new battery for the car was sent here. Upon walking in met Lawrence he knew I needed to stay within a budget and gave me options. Even after calling other shops O'Reillys was still cheaper for a new battery.Lawrence waited patiently and even installed the new battery. His customer service went above and beyond great guy. Will return.

Lawrence was great. He helped us find the splash shield plugs we needed and installed them for us. They were very quick and very friendly here. I would definitely go back in the future.

I let you guys replace my car battery (a simple job I should've done myself). You put the negative connection on loose resulting in my car dying 2 weeks later. I had to get it towed to a mechanic just for them to tell me that. I feel like this place should reimburse me for what I paid in towing fees.

The folks here will go the extra mile to help you. I needed lug studs for my Ford escape, the application in the computer wasn't correct. Two of the employees worked together to find the right ones. Many thanks!

The place was a mess, there was no order to most items available on the floor. I checked online to see if the clips I needed for some exterior trim was available. They were available according to the online order system, but because of the lack of order in the store, I wasn't able to locate it. Same way with a 3157 lamp, which is very, very common. The part was available according to the online order system, and it may as well been in stock, but the bulbs were scattered everywhere, and I gave up.

I give this O rileys Auto Parts a 5 star rating. Today is May 31 and I just left out of O rileys between 5:30-6. The guy in there had an incredibly nice heart. He came outside and assisted me in putting Freon in my car. I really appreciate him for that!!! :) I will definitely come back to this location for all my auto fluid purchases.

Funny, I gave this place one star 6 months ago without review and do not remember why. Today I called to acquire a part that would have to be ordered and the lady told me I would have to come in and pay for it before they would order it (O'Reilly's does not accept payment over they phone, nor do I want to). Who in their right mind wants to drive down to a parts store to order something just to turn around and have to pick it up in 24-48 hrs. Online sales are killing brick-n-mortar stores for this very reason, such a dumb business practice. Sickening though it may be, I guess I will go give an online retailer my money.

Worst customer service ever, I tried to return two unused tools that i purchased based on the recommendation of one of their sales reps to extract a stripped Torx screw. Both tools were absolutely useless, one was not even adequate for a Torx screw but for a Hex screw. The manager of the store was very rude and absolutely refused to refund me the money and said that the tools were used which was untrue. I told him that he should not call a customer a Iier and also heard him mumbling in Spanish with his coworkers and I guess they did not realize that I understood clearly what they were saying, they also kept my receipt and did not give it back to me. I was going to bu a very expensive tool from them but decided to go to to Advance Autoparts instead, they were amazing and provided me with a loaner tool with zero cost. O'Reilly Autoparts needs to get a better manager for that location otherwise they will go out of business which such terrible customer report.

Always a great experience. Just left a review for another location as well. Two separate issues with my truck in less than a week and they were fixed by O Reilly s in no time.

Call 30 minutes ahead for a pcv valve. They said one was on inventory. Got there and no pcv valve was on their inventory. Lucky for me that there is a AutoZone next door. And they had what I needed. Please have a better or more accurate inventory. Sometimes we don't have the time to be running around for a item or part. Thank you.

This store is fine but just make sure you know exactly what you need. I do not think any of the employees even own cars. Not too helpful.
