They should really update the hours. I ve been trying to get brakes and rotors for my sister s car for approximately 3 weeks now, show up well before they should be closed, and every time they ve gotten it all buttoned up for the day.Terrible business ethic. Wonder how much longer they ll be here, now.

Says they re open until 8 on Sundays. Drove over and they were closed up and gated at 7:15.

Terrible experience. Came in to get assistance, ended up getting stuck after listening to one of their employees. Made a purchase that ended up being wrong, upon returning the item, which I never used, I always accused of using it by the store manager at the time Sept 26,2022 4pm for using the item, which was absurd. I was disappointed it the overall experience, I wouldn't return. Thankfully Angela was polite, dealt with me great, even gave a jump start.

They open at 7:30 a.m., it is 8:00 a.m. and the door is locked. The open sign is on.

Very sweet lady that assisted me. This location was closer to my job and the lady was very helpful and very kind. Her supervisor was as well. They were open on time and courteous with exceptional customer service. I haven't had that experience with oreillys lately especially at the location near my house on Jonesboro rd. They're terrible. But this location was nice. Considering this may be my new location.

Decent store, a couple of their employees I have dealt with were helpful. The biggest problem is they just close whenever they want apparently?? Place was empty 2 hours before their closing time tonight.

Bought an a/c compressor from them when it went out in September. It's just getting back hot and get my a/ c fixed and I don't need it.only a tentioner and they won't refund me and it's never been opened.

I've been here twice, once to buy, once to return (didn't need a second part, no issues with the part itself). Customer service was spectacular both times, the wait to speak with someone was very short. In the first case the parts I needed were found very quickly, in the second the return was processed very quickly with no hassle. Both times, the sales associates were extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location!

I went to O Reilly to get a battery and asked for help to put it in he told me it s too cold for him to put it in I said okay just give me the battery and show me how to do it he proceeded to say no and that they didn t even have my battery. So I left and came to autozone the nice lady name Chavahh (I m sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me she changed my battery and added oil to my car while it was 19 degrees!!!! A LADY !!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH !!!! Women will always rock

I've found their prices to always be a bit better than the competitors up the street from them. Their employees have always been polite and helpful be it over the phone or in person. They can seem to be short staffed at times which can draw on your patience if you're in need of assistance, but that can be curbed if you call ahead and have what you're looking for set aside for pickup.

This location seems to be temporarily or permanently closed. I've come by here 3 times in the last week and the gates have been down. I called yesterday and a woman put me on hold saying she was helping a customer, left me on hold for 9 minutes, and then hung up on me. When I drove over the gates were down again. How are you helping a customer if the store is closed?Suspicious

Store closed early and left me stranded. The worst thing a store can do is close early. Not only are you completely useless to me, but you actually wasted my time and what prescious little distance I had in my broken down vehicle to come to a place that advertised themselves as open, but had all the gates shut 20 minutes early.

Excellent location. Miss Kaneisha and Quonna are so helpful. I have never been on hold for more than a minute and the customer service is top of the line. I call here for parts often and they are always prompt and polite. It seems as if all of the staff are well trained. I highly recommend this location.

This location has definitely become my go-to auto parts store! The entire crew at this location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gregg, the store manager, took special interest in our project and answered all our questions and even went as far as offering to help! With a lot of help from this location, my car is up and running again!

There way better than they used to be and getting better they can get almost anything and the warehouse is 15 minutes away from this store if they have to order u can go pick it up there

Customer service wasn t all that shabby. The lady behind the desk didn t seem very welcoming to my dad and I and didn t make it a smooth shopping experience honestly. But I didn t find the oil I needed for my car so yay!

I'm a Georgia Tech Student/shop owner and this store bent me over and screwed me hard. Earlier this year I referred my customer here to buy a $400 catalytic converter. We ultimately decided not to use the part and upon return they would not take it. Turns out the part was already a returned item for autozone (ie, it should have been on its way back to an autozone warehouse) yet it MADE IT TO THE SHELVES of O'Reilly for unsuspecting customers to repurchase. This was an inside job, no doubt, yet the district manager Alozo Beard (I know, funky name) "investigated" the situation and did NOTHING. I've purchased thousands upon thousands of dollars of parts with my shop account and that loyalty counted for nothing. Accountability within the O'Reilly ranks also counts for nothing. I'm in the process of signing an Afa Davit with my customer and his credit card holder because I was their for the purchase and return and there was no foul play on our end. We are students, not the everyday rift-raft that walks thru their doors, yet that's how we were treated and got stuck with this part. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The 1475 Moreland Avenue store is a great location! Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Best in the business!
