I've used NuBrakes twice and have just scheduled my 3rd brake service with them. They are AMAZING! My experience has been positive from start to finish. Communication/customer service is excellent. They make getting a quote and scheduling repairs so simple. They have been on time, work very quickly, and they use quality parts that last. Highly recommend!

The overall experience was awesome quick service,very professional and to the point. Will like to give a special shout out to Mr.Dominique very courteous young man and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my car. I definitely will be using you guys again for my brake needs and also I will spread the word to others, again thanks for helping me with my brake issues.

If you need any brake repairs/replacement done on your vehicle, make this place your first call!!! They do mobile service which is such a plus, but also my technician Josh was informative, helpful, and quick as ever. These shops take double if not triple the time and charge too much. Nubrakes gives good advice, price, and efficiency!!!

Found them by just Googling and they popped up. They communicated very well and professionally. A gentleman named Brandon came and looked over my brakes. Confirmed what needed to be done and I made a choice on what I was able to get done in this visit. He was quick and efficient. took less than an hour or so it seemed to do my front rotors and brakes. The price was good and fair. I will definitely be using them again to complete the rear brakes and rotors. I recommend them especially if you want the luxury of sitting at home while it's being done...Thank you!

Brandon was great! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. He actually told me I DIDN T need new pads on the front brakes. He replaced the pads and rotors on the back, and was on his way in an hour! He even gave me a valentines discount even though it had expired, his suggestion. What a great guy! Why ever go to a service station, when you can chill at home, and get a better price too! Very happy!

The service couldn t have been easier or anymore convenient. I answered a few general questions online and received a text with a quote within a matter of minutes. The appointment was scheduled via text for the very next day, and I was told what to expect. The tech was friendly, and everything was done as expected (only took about an hour for my front pads and rotors to be replaced). I was given reassurance/confirmation of everything that was being done every step of the way, which I appreciated. I received a first time customer discount which put the price at about $30-$50 more than some of the other places I called, but it was worth it to us to pay more because neither me nor my spouse needed to change our daily routine to have the service done.

Josh did a fantastic job. My ride is alot smoother now. He was honest, fixed my issues and answered all of my questions. Ten out of ten. Highly recommend. As lady it is hard to find honest help. Glad I found Nubrakes.

Brandon replaced my brake pads. He was prompt, polite, and the job was done well. The company was straight forward about the process and the price, and the price was lower than places like Goodyear, etc. They were faster than Goodyear as well. Brandon was done in about an hour and I was told that it never takes less than 3 hours at other places. Will definitely recommend to others.

My technician was Brandon, and I am super impressed with his communication, timeliness, and overall great customer service. Best experience I've had with a car repair. I didn't need to leave the comfort of my home, or have to plan my day around leaving my car at shop somewhere. I will so be using NuBrakes again in the future!

Great experience and I highly recommend. I work from home and needed to get brake pad changed. After searching for brake service, we decided to give Nubrakes a try. I scheduled an appointment and had great communication from customer service and technician, Edgar. Showed up on time and had all the parts needed for the repair, explained the wear and tear on the pads and showed me the rotors would need to be replaced. Edgar knew his stuff and explained it very well to me. I am thankful for the experience today and will be using Nubrakes in the future as well.

Josh is great! The customer service was great from the first enquiry that I sent! NuBrakes saved me money by inspecting my brakes, showing them to me and discussing the measurements with me, and by not just replacing them. I'll call them when I do need replacements! Thanks Josh!!

What a great concept backed up by great service! Instead of spending time waiting for the repairs at a shop, or organizing rides to and from, NuBrakes comes to you. I was able to work in my office the entire time. And the technician, Josh, couldn t have been more professional or personable! I needed brakes so bad that they were screaming at me to replace them. I searched and searched and came across NuBrakes who I had never heard of. Brandon the Technician who did my brakes was outstanding. When the problem showed up about the parts store giving the wrong back rotors he quickly communicated the issue to me, located the correct ones and finished the job. NuBrakes is a company that I will definitely continue to patron in the future and I recommend others do the same.

I am fairly new to the area, so I was very hesitant when it came to finding a person or business to help me with my brakes. I found this company, and no matter how many other places I looked they always popped up, so once I finally took a look into Their reviews and what they could provide for me. I saw amazing reviews and great prices. Their communication is absolutely top-tier, I had a wonderful experience using their text feature, talking to plenty of friendly staff and Brandon, the technician who came out to work on my car, was one of the nicest people I could have ever hoped for. Easy to schedule. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. Michael, the mechanic who did the work, arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. All I had done was replace the front pads and rotors but he was helpful in answering any other questions I had. The price was very reasonable and you can't beat the convenience. If you're looking for a good price and friendly service with a warranty, this is it. I've used nubrakes a few times and I've always had a very pleasant experience. The customer service is responsive and the technicians are friendly and professional. An added bonus is that they come to you - no need to pay extra for a ride share or wait for hours at a shop. Highly recommend.

Great communication via text to assess my needs and a timely arrival to our appointment where an on site inspection followed up the text assessment. My technician Josh was here and complete before the hour ended replacing my 2 front rotors and pads on my Silverado. Will definitely recommend their service to others who work remotely and need at home vehicle servicing

This is the best thing to happen to auto repair since the invention of the automobile. Not only do they come to you ..but my brake job was $400 less than what Pep Boys quoted me for THE EXACT SAME WORK! I ll be using these guys quite often. Shout-out to Brandon my tech! Five stars!

Something I really like about living in Atlanta: Mobile mechanics. Yes, mechanics who make house calls--like doctors used to do in days of yore.This morning, a strapping young man named Josh--from my home state of Connecticut, no less!--came to my door to get the keys to my VW Jetta. Little more than an hour later he came back to report that he finished installing new rear brake rotors and pads, and changed the brake fluid.Josh works with NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair. I have only the highest praise for my experience with NuBrakes, from the long exchange of text messages last week to discuss what I needed and how much it would cost, to this morning's work.On top of the excellent service, you can't beat the price. The VW dealership last week--who recommended the new brake rotors/pads/fluid--gave me their estimated price: $1,149.25 (!!).NuBrakes price: $536.44.And I didn't have to drive somewhere or wait in a shop. Instead I was able to go about my morning inside--while poor Josh froze (but did the job) on this very chilly morning in Atlanta.

Michael was my Tech and must I say he was absolutely amazing. I loved the experience from start to finish. They are very responsive. I contacted them at midnight and immediately I received a response via text asking what service was needed. They immediately followed up with a reasonable quote and came out right away& fixed right in my garage. Michael was friendly & knowledgeable. They offered financing and gave discount and it comes with a warranty I will definitely use their service again. Thanks Michael.

Josh, the technician who came out to do. My brakes was really great and he explained everything in detail to me. He even checked my brake calipers and explained in detail. Why there was nothing wrong with the calipers that it was my brake poses. I am actually getting a second quote from you guys to do a second repair. You guys are awesome I will be using you all in the future
