Edited: A Black man who I ve never met but somehow works here today bumped me physically as a WOMAN, not a man, and continued walking like he was in New York. When I stood up for myself and said to him excuse you , his other male coworker said to me he doesn t speak English . As if that is an excuse for his bad behavior toward a female. THAT IS NOT OKAY. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR HOW THIS SMALL BUSINESS TREATS WOMEN AS CUSTOMERS. I won t have it!!!!!I came in for an oil change today, February 21, 2024 and spoke with the tallest, 6 7 black man who works here. He quoted me $50 for an oil change so I drove to get my oil filter and oil from Advance Auto Parts immediately then came straight back. Once I came back, he didn t even acknowledge me, my presence, or my oil filter in my hand ??? He went to assist other customers instead of me and ignored me. I approached him to call him out on his avoiding behavior toward me as a returning customer all of a sudden. This is not my first time doing business with them as they remember me from 3 months ago when I had a check engine light issue that they successfully resolved for me in November. I will NOT be supporting a disrespectful, unsupportive business such as this one ever in life so I Left. I don t deserve to be ignored by an employee who just agreed to do business and I won t accept it!

Went to get a used tire replacement. It was quick, easy, and the price was fair. Would definitely recommend.

Frank was very helpful with great customer service fast service I always go to him because he also takes cards and always has the tires I need too and is open early I highly recommend him.

Great service. Frank is a cool dude and gave me his best used tires for a great price. Everyone isn t as P as me so he might not treat you the same way but Frank solid for sure. Y all go check it out

INSANELY SHIESTY AND UNDERHANDED SHOP. Under no circumstance would I advise bringing your vehicle to this repair shop. Shadey practices where they raise the repair price ASTRONOMICALLY after they ve already done the work. They quoted $512 for an alternator repair. Then when we came to pick it up now it s over $1k!! Deceptive deceptive DECEPTIVE!!

My tire needed a patch, they tried to charge $40 (other places are $25). I negotiated down to $30. They over filled the tire with air pressure (48psi, should be 37) so it made it dangerous while I was driving home and they also refused to put the spare back to the correct place on my car and they left it sitting in the back of my suv instead of under where it belongs. I felt taken advantage of because I m a woman. Very unprofessional and would never recommend.

Mr. Frank and his family are very professional and a huge blessing! I enjoy their services! My sistah referred me to them to take her car for oil change and the service was done very quickly and affordable! I have a new car now and they'll always be my referrals now! Many blessings to you all!

Great experience! Brake Pads were going out and needed a quick pad change that would last because my tires are brand new. They got the pads switched out, did an oil change and me back in my car 40 minutes later and it cost less than 100 bucks. Great service, nice people and very reasonable price! Will definitely be back for any other tire, oil or brake needs.

I went to get 2 tire plugged he said he plugged both but one of them didn t need to be plugged it needed to be replaced later on today the tire went flat again when he could have told me it needed a new tire now I m some we re else getting a new tire when I could have bought a tire from them and been done with it he knew the tire couldn t be fixed but he said everything was good and he charged me to plug it when I could have received a new tire I m glad it didn t blow while driving or go flat somewhere and I was stranded I told him I had to buy fix a flat to get the car to the shop he was wrong knowing he didn t fix the tire it was dangerous and I would not recommend nobody go their

I was in a jam with a flat tire and did not have enough cash. Thank goodness for Mrs. Jane at the A Step Above thrift store across the street and Mr. Frank and Mrs. A at Northwest Tire and Autocare. Between them I was treated with respect , given A+ customer service with a smile and top quality tire replacement with friendly conversation. I highly recommend this business for a cost effective solution to a car problem.

The name changed, they painted building but they don't have to worry bout me spending any there. This tire company always were busy, several good employees. Not any more. There's an African Mr Haney from Green Acres that put a bomb tire on my car. Not the one I picked out. I choose two. Me being a woman he thought I'd get in and not check the other side. Not to mention my tires take 40lbs of air, he had one front at 50 and the other at 52.If I wanted a slick tire, I'd kept the ones I had on. The tire was worse than the ones I had on. I don't know if this man hate women or what. I'm telling him I was leaving for FL to see my grands. He didn't care about the safety of the customer. Run as far away as possible from this place. Very dissapointed. They are an embarrassment to the neighborhood and to our race. It's a reason y they changed the name if company and "remodeled" Just downright pathetic.

I went to this place to get two new tires. The man told me that he would replace one tire because it would take him too long to replace the 2nd tire, so he would only do one!!!! I was so confused! I proceeded to tell him to take the Jack from under my truck and I will go to another place that wants business I would give 0 stars for customer service, laziness and false advertisement.YOU ARE A TIRE PLACE RIGHT?

The manager was very nice. Great customer service and he took the time out to look at all my tires to see which one needed to be replaced. Definitely coming back.

Called ahead of time to see if they had my tire. They told me yes. I then come. Wait 45 minutes for him to look at someone else s car and say he doesn't have any tires for me. Very bad communication would not recommend

I don't know if i was tripping or not but after my car falling into a pothole i came here to get tire i bought put on. Just one tire, one hour and a half, don't know if it was a bad day but as I watched i noticed that he took my tires of left side of car and left car jacked up so that i could not leave until he decide to come back and do the job. I saw about 6 people come and stand around and wait for long period of time. They too was missing a car piece until someone decided to come back and fix something. I don't know but something didn't look right or feel right so i wont be going back.

Service (plugging a tire) was fast, friendly, and a good price. They don't try to sell you on other unnecessary services like the chain repair shops do.

The business card said I'd get 10% off of my repair if I left a review. I hope this helps with the $500 tune up on our 2005 xj8 Jaguar.

Finished at a decent time but there's nothing worse than a place that gives you one price and then another person gives you a higher price without an explanation of why.
