I love the guys here. They re honest and trustworthy. They do fast and efficient work (especially if you re getting an oil change). I definitely recommend them. They are the only ppl who I ve let continually service my cars.

Took car in, a/c not working. Dude tells me it needs an a/c freon flush and refill, $200. "Good to go, it will work now!" No, that worked for all of 5 minutes. Came back next day, now it's a bad switch, and another $400. Wouldn't offer me back anything off the $200 I already threw at it. "It worked when you drove it away yesterday." Mechanics don't get to just throw your money at the problem and hope it works out. Not how to run a business, lost a repeat customer and now you get a bad review.

I ve brought my car here twice now and they are so knowledgeable! They are quick and very reasonably priced, definitely not trying to screw anyone over. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I have been to so many places where I felt I was getting ripped off, or waiting 5 hours to get an oil change. These guys fixed numerous issues, at a great price, in a matter of 30 minutes in and out and all with a smile. This is my new go to auto shop! Also, i m a person of color and did not experience anything other than great customer service. I spent a pretty large chunk of my day trying to get my oil changed in advance of an upcoming road trip. The fifth place I tried was Northridge Auto Care. I arrived flustered, and a little exasperated, after driving around trying to find a place that wasn't "out" of my "unique filter mechanism." However, the gentleman who greeted me at Northridge was completely unfazed, and promptly assisted me. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I should have just started here, and will do so in the future. Auto repair places where I, as a woman, can come in and not be talked down to are rare. Lucky for me this place is right down the street.

I love this place. They are quick and reasonably priced. On my last visit, they suggested a better tire option than I requested at a cheaper price. This is my go to place for basic repairs, tires, and oil changes.Also, my wife is Indian and gets her car fixed here, no racism noted.The shop is very busy, so to get the quickest service, make sure you call ahead so that they can put you on the schedule.

Love this place! I ve been using Northridge Auto Care for years and always get great service at reasonable prices and don t feel they do more than they need to. The owners are very nice. This afternoon, I brought my car in for an issue right before they were closing and thought I was going to have to leave it overnight. They said it was an easy fix and took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

The mechanics at Northridge auto are the best. They are an incredibly ethical group, and I never feel as though they are trying to upcharge me or that they might be inventing repairs my car doesn t need.Back in 2020, my then-14-year-old Camry needed a repair that would cost over 1.2k. Instead of earning money on the job, they recommended that I consider looking into a new car (which at the time, cars were selling for really great prices). I didn t regret getting the new car and the following year car prices shot up due to lack of supply.They are the sort of guys that would lose money on a pricey repair so that their customers have the best outcome. I plan on always going to Northridge auto for my car needs!

Had a slow leak in my tires that was ongoing for several months. Within an hour, they found the issue. They kindly explained the issue (removing some corrosion rubbing on the tires), and also picked a cheaper method of not replacing the entire tire. This is a very local shop ran by 2 brothers. They are friendly, honest, and fair. I know when I take my vehicle in I know I am being told the truth of what is needed and charged a very fair price. I have referred others and love to support local, family run businesses!

I moved to the area and I am thrilled with Northridge Auto Care. I took my Fiat 500x in for a 60,000 mile service and expected the cost of parts and labor to be expensive. Not only did the cost come in about half of what I expected, they were able to locate the source of a sound I was hearing when accelerating uphill that a mechanic in Roswell was not able to determine after two inspections. I plan to live in the area for many years and I'm so happy to have found an auto service business like Northridge Auto Care. This is by far the best mechanic i ever experienced. The owner is a very kind and HONEST mechanic. He notice i was a returning customer and when i dropped my car off to my surprise one of the workers took me and my sister home and gave me correct timing on when my car would be fixed. The customer services is top tier! ALSO parts and labor cost are phenomenal! Very cost officiant and the work is PHENOMENAL. I don t care if i move to California!!!! i would drive my car with no wheels just to get this service. Thank you to the owner!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Jason who calls himself the owner is very racist .. I just went there @ 9:00 am to get air in my tires I saw just two cars there and first impression is always a good impression he didn t even greet me at all he just ask with agitation in his voice what do I need .. when I told him I needed air in my tires he said he can do it after lunch around 12:00. Really uncalled for. So me and my black skin will be going elsewhere

This was my second visit to Northridge Auto Care, and both have been great experiences. No upsells, only repaired what needed to be done, and they went above and beyond while my car was on the lift re checking my wheels and tires. Prices were fair, professional and friendly. Dropped off my vehicle at 8a, was done by 11a - fast turnaround for the work being done. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back here for future servicing.Service: Brakes

Customer service goes a VERY LONG way these days, because you instantly know when it's good or bad. I think on a bad day these guys will make you feel welcomed. And the service I received was worthy of a big tip. But I don't quite got it like That! But they do superior work. Awesome, Outstanding, Excellent - across the board!!!

Nice place to go for a quick oil change! Everyone was really friendly. I initially went in for an oil change/tire rotation, but they told me my tires didn t look like they needed rotating. I feel like most mechanics would have just rotated the tires to make more money, so I really respected that they discouraged me from getting a service I didn t really need.

Love this shop. They really take care of you like you are family. I got stuck in Atlanta going to Florida. Luckily I knew these guys from when I lived here before, they held my car, test drove it, and charged me less than my quote. Their work is quality to the point I do not feel like I am getting ripped off, and I know the repairs were quality. I prefer the high end price only to save money versus the other way around. All I can say is, I am glad I broke down close enough to them to have them work on my car! Thank you

The staff was very friendly. I was in and out for an oil change in about 15 minutes. I also appreciate they topped a few things off for me and vacuumed my car. This will be my to go place going forward for any auto issues, they didn't even charge me to diagnose the engine check light I had and advise. Very honest and trustworthy men. My car happened to be in great hands with me being a single woman who didn t know much about what was wrong. They easily detected the issue and fixed it.Quick, Simple, and Reasonable.

Walked in to get an oil change without and appointment and expected to wait at least 30 minutes but I was in and out in 15 minutes. The mechanics are friendly and friendly. The price is better than any of the fast lube places and much better than Kaufman tire. They even work on European autos so I will be back soon to have them look at my other car. I think I have found my new mechanic!
