The best body shop in the area. The works were done in just 2 days, at a very reasonable price. Bobby did a fantastic job at getting my trunk (and a rear door, although it's not in the pic) fixed and making my car look like new!

Bobby did a fantastic job with my car. While it was being rented, the driver ran over a tire and some damage occurred loosening the bumper and undercarriage. Bobby and his team were amazing. They were able to fix the bumper & undercarriage in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. I really appreciated his customer service and my car looks brand new. Bobby and his team fixed scratches and dents all around my Honda Odyssey. They also replaced both front and rear bumpers. I paid for the work out of pocket. They were professional and prices were very, very reasonable. I'm totally satisfied and plan to take my wife's car to let them look at it for similar issues of scratches and dents accumulated over the years.

The man who works there is so nice and transparent. He gets the work done pretty fast if it's a quick fix and my car looks like it's brand new again! When I brought my car there it was dirty and when I got it back it was spotless on the outside. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Bobby at Northeast Body Shop! He was able to get me a quote quickly and got me in for repairs later the same week. He got the work done while we were out of town which was a huge help to avoid needing a rental. He gave us a fair price and was super professional. Very easy to communicate via phone or email. Went to get a few minor scratches polished, put a new bumper pad, and change brake pedal cover. Bobby spent hardly 15-20 min and finished the jobs to my complete satisfaction. For the small amount of time he had put in, he refused to take money. Astonished! Will definitely recommend him for his honesty and work ethic.

Called Northeast Body Shop based on very high ratings and reviews. Ended up with fantastic service. Bobby certainly knows how to run a business. I did not want to make an insurance claim, so cost was a big concern. Bobby worked with me, did a great job and had the car ready when promised. He constantly stayed in touch with me so I could follow the status of the vehicle. Terrific customer service. Despite all the rip off artists in this industry, Bobby at NBS was a rare exception. I worked with Bobby (my first customer experience with NBS) to fix the front end of my SUV following 2 different collisions. He provided me with a timely quote, and then got me in the next week for repairs. He also called me before the end of week (ahead of schedule) to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up! In a world of mediocre at best service Bobby and his team stand out. From day one they were nothing but professional and a pleasure to deal with. And Bobby is a great guy. But best of all my car looks fantastic like the accident never happened. Northeast Body Shop is the only AutoBody Shop I will ever use again or recommend to anyone. I got in a car accident at the beginning of summer which destroyed my bummer and damaged the frame. From the start, the owner Bobby was genuine & incredibly communicative. He was transparent about what it would likley cost depending on the level of damage. He understood & agreed that him being able to repair my car with it still being safe to drive, was the most important factor for me. Not only is my car looking better than it has in years, it feels more sturdy driving than before the accident! On top of that, Bobby had my car back to me quicker than I had anticipated and for a truly reasonable price. I am very impressed with this auto shop! Bobby was professional from beginning to end. I took my 2017 Jeep for an estimate because of extensive front end damage and he sent me a quote for damages. I called and asked if that was the true price (no hidden fees) and he said yes, he calculated everything. I took my Jeep to him on a Thursday and it was complete by Saturday afternoon! It looked as if NOTHING happened to it and rides like new. I will refer others to this company without a doubt!

My twelve year old car had substantial paint damage to the rear bumper. It was repaired at Northeast Body Shop at a very reasonable price in a two day period of time. The final result including a through cleaning and polishing of the entire vehicle has restored it close to its condition when new. Bobby, the owner, is very friendly and conscientious. This business has earned my highest recommendation.

Where do I start....Bobby is PHENOMENAL! Someone hit my bumper and they did the repair for me. He was very kind, my car repair was done in 3 days time, and the price is the best in the city. Let me not forget how my car was vacuumed in the inside for me AND he did a quick repair on my brake light for me before I left. If I could give a 10 star I would. I wish this HONEST business many more years of success. I ll send everyone I know here. HIGHLY recommend!

The owner, Bobby, is a terrific guy. He stayed after closing for 45 mins on a Saturday and performed a quick fix on my bumper that saved me over a thousand dollars! 3 other places in the area had told me to replace the entire bumper but Bobby immediately recommended a small patch work solution for less than $50. It's great to find a body shop with honest owners!

I have got my Lexus/Acura/Infiniti repaired here. If i have a body repair this is my go to spot. Bobby always takes care of me and my family. Great service and amazing customer service. Bobby also does his best to get the paint to match factory color which is most body shops wont take the time to match the color. 10 out of 10 recommend this location!

I've taken my car here twice. I did research online and received several quotes before taking my car here. I was so happy with the first job I came back for some additional work. Bobby & team are extremely helpful, honest, and did a great job! Not to mention, they did it at more than 1/2 the price of my other quotes. Bobby personally called me to keep me informed on how the job was coming along. I highly recommend this place!
