Do not go. The service charge is crazy. Just windshield to change with motor almost $970 dollar it was taken over 3 hours. Unprofessional people. This is the first and last. Same job what you did for me $970 dollars I did in Ohio for $130 dollars. Guys this is to much.

Mr West was a very good salesman. Very professional.Knowledgeable when I asked him a question.Any service I needed done to the truck he sendsme to the nearest shop ..the shop work was excellent they moved me to the front as quickly as possible great service there too.

Customer Service - GreatEmployees - ExcellentService Department - Questionable - Too slowIf you are operating a business and want a non-major repair completed and your vehicle returned before 2.5 months - then go someplace else.Too slow turning around repairs.Won't receive updates unless you call them."Sending a guy now to pickup the parts" is the daily line.Wish I had a better experience.

Customer service at this place is terrible!! Mainly from the service advisors. They do not honor posted prices for items. I walked out the store with a purchase. Turned around to purchase another item and the service advisor locked the door as I m trying to go in. It was 3:40. Stated hours are 4pm.Update: I visited Nextran again on 10/8/20. My experience was definitely better than the previous. I am satisfied with my service repair and the customer service provided by the service advisor. The service advisor worked out a scheduling issue to make sure I was taken care of and she went above and beyond to try and provide me with information/documentation I asked about. Kudos to her. I m increasing my rating to 3 s.

They had what I needed but were a but overpriced compared to online. Online the part I needed was about 100to150$. Nexttran 568$. Not in stock at this location however it was not too far away at another location. The sales associate was friendly not too knowledgeable but what do you expect from customer service ? They're not mechanics and most of them know nothing about trucks. So don't give em a hard time. Their jobs are important as well.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sometimes I don t know all the way what I need and somehow they help me figure it all out. Super cool crew

Prompt, courteous and quick service. Volvo has got beef with these guys but although they are Mack they can still a lot of good work for us Volvo guys. We needed another good option besides Volvo over off of Jonesboro and Ruskin Rd.

I ve tried being patient with this place but the mechanics suck..whenever I come here to get something fixed on my truck, I always have to come back for them to fix it again! I never had these problems out of my previous shop at Tri State Mack and Volvo In Tupelo, Ms..at this point I ll drive all the way there just to let them work on my truck instead

Mediocre service. I ordered parts, order got lost. Had to reorder finally after five days, my parts came in. Parts counter has a long wait can do better

Too much for a review but not impressed. My 2015 Pinnacle should put about 400hp to the tires but only puts out 300hp. Truck only had 30,000 miles. They keep throwing parts at it and telling me they fixed it. And still not fixed.

Honestly, midnight is not a suitable time to be unloading your truck in front of people's homes! Common sense clearly isn't a requirement.
