The shop manager doesn t care about diagnosing car properly t properly telling me different things he is clueless what is wrong with my van wan telling me van may need a engine I disagree he didn t want to give me a report that my seriously needs a motor. I am extremely unhappy with the shop manager worst of all he does not want to tell me his real name. He is very unprofessional always on his phone fail is fix what is wrong with the car I wasting time and money with this pathetic scum bag of shop manager. I am no longer having this thug to work on my car. Beware don t take the car to them you will regret it

Owner and mechanic were cool and answered all my questions. They fixed my car and kept it honest. Only down side is that they never answer the phone because there is no receptionist.

They kept my car and parts replacement for more than 2 weeks and LIED about working on my car every time i called. Nothing was done, i wanted to replace my exhaust. They will waste your time and tell you im moving as fast as i can!!! when its the time to pick up. My advice is to go somewhere else or you ll end up still going somewhere else.

Brakes went OUT. more than fair with what they charged. The girl at the front desk was sweet and the manager who replaced my brake pads was really patient and helpful.

Love this place. Fair prices and quick services, right here in the neighborhood. I always feel like the owner is honest with me when discussing what work my car needs. It's rare to find a mechanic that's not out to rip you off.

I thoroughly enjoy getting my car fixed at this company every single time. From the front desk manager to the mechanics, everyone is professional. I appreciate that I can trust their employees to get the job done in a timely manner and done correct the first time, every single time! I also appreciate that they don't take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman that doesn't know the most about cars. I would suggest any and everyone to bring their business here! You will not be disappointed. My only suggestion would be to come early in the morning as they can get busy later in the day.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I am absolutely blessed that I found Nationwide Auto Services. From the first time I brought my car in until now they have done nothing but do an excellent job. Every time I leave the shop I'm more then pleased and they have amazing customer service. The prices are reasonable and they never disappoint. I have personally made them my go-to mechanics.

I have been to many car service businesses, but Nationwide has been, by far the best in any and all repairs and services I have experienced. I have been totally disrespected as a woman in the past in car shops. Mr. Green and staff are respectful, honest, hardworking, efficient, and thorough. I had a road side emergency once, I was so upset I called Mr. Green for advice he was professional and kind and calmed me down. I would never go anywhere else for my car service. Great customer service!!!! Let me be the first to say how wonderful Kevin Greene was to me and my family when I brought my 2002 Yukon in for service. All I know was that the vehicle would stop running when I came to a stop. I would have to restart the vehicle every time I stopped. I described my issue to these Guys and right away they know what was wrong. They fixed the problem quickly and got me back on my why in a few minutes. If this was all to this story it would still be a great experience however, it is not the end.After completing the job they told me the price and I was amazed but they also fix a windshield wiper blade that I had broken for free.Great Guys, Great work and Great price.These GUYS are NOW my official auto mechanics!!!!

They got my car in, repaired and returned it. It took a couple of days but that is to be expected from a busy shop. What I did not expect was the reasonable price they charged for replacing my catalytic converter. Had I taken my car to the Nissan dealership THEY probably would have charged DOUBLE what I paid here. I then took it back to have the air conditioner repaired. They had it again for ANOTHER week, charged me $1,000+ and seemingly repaired the air conditioner. That lasted for about 2 weeks and then stopped working again. NOW I have to take the car back so that they can "repair it" which I thought they did the last time I took it. When I informed the operator of this establishment that the air conditioner had once again stopped working, his response was "a car is a car and they have problems"! NOT the response I was looking for and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I feel like I am being ripped off. They will probably charge me additional fees to repair something that was supposed to have been repaired already but I will update the review once I find out. I also asked them to check out why my battery light kept coming off and on intermittently. Their response was that I needed to take it to Nissan or someone who specializes in auto electric work so if you are having electrical issues, don't waste your time taking your car here. Also expect to be inconvenienced and WITHOUT your vehicle for days***9/13/20***So then I receive this reply from the owner who wishes me luck elsewhere but given the fact that I have paid OVER $1000 to have my air conditioner repaired at THIS place LESS than a month ago but yet it is STILL NOT WORKING, you can best believe that I WILL be taking my car back there so that they can honor the warranty that I have there. If it is not repaired at that time then I will seek other remedies.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile. I had a scare with my brakes and wanted to make sure my brakes are up to par. Nationwide took good care of me, updated me on my brakes and reviewed how healthy they are. This is the Third Time I ve been to this location. Second Time They Changed My Bottom Oil Pan & Gaskets, Third Time They Repaired My Radiator Leak. This Place does More Than Muffler Work. I ve gotten immediate & excellent service every-time. Oh, And The Prices Have Been Reasonable & Affordable. This places was great!Mechanic Mr.Green Was Through in his Evaluation & Explanation of my car & store policy. And gave me an honest solution on repairing my vehicle. I respect that!!

They are the best pulled up and needed help with my car offered to pay to help me. Small problem they toke good care of me and I would refer anybody for there service anytime . I m a happy customer thanks to Kevin. If I could leave 100 rating he deserves it. Thanks a lot Kevin !

We had a great experience with Kevin and his Staff. They were professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in an efficient manner. The overall price for the repair was affordable. I recommend this shop for your automotive needs.

I brought my 2013 Camaro in for some work and the service was excellent. Very professional. They sat me down and explain everything to me and get the job done. You can definitely trust when you drive away in your vehicle that you and your family are safe on the road. I would definitely refer anyone I know to come to this shop.

This place was Awesome. They swiftly diagnosed my issue and then fixed it in a timely manner. They also didnt charge me and arm and a leg as most mechanics have in the past. I highly recommend them and would trust my vehicle with them again!!! Thanks Nationwide Discount Mufflers.

VERY CLEAN! I went for an emissions test: very swift service. With Covid19 I was concerned about how testing would be at a mechanic shop, but they provided hand sanitizer, and even Lysol 'd my car after finishing.I am very thankful for the precautionary measures that were taken and the professional service.I DEFINITELY recommend this location.

Terrible business! Spent over 1000 dollars an they didn t fix anything.. also kept my car over a month without fixing the problem. I would not advise anyone to get work done here

I was referred to this place from my mechanic and I couldn't be more satisfied. Came to get my muffler fixed and without any hesitation the mechanic saw another issue and fixed it ON THE HOUSE!!! this was heaven sent considering my circumstance. I broke down at the light across the street. I wasn t able to start my car so I ran across the street to Nationwide hoping they could help me. One of the mechanics helped me push my car to the shop. Originally I thought they only did simple stuff like brakes and tires. They diagnosed my car and told me that my serpentine belt broke. They as the belt and made the repairs the same day. I was skeptical at first, but I would definitely take my car to them again.

I was in the waiting room when the owner went to his car. The owner came back so fast. But in fact, what I witnessed was complete rudeness on the non customer who was at Nationwide discount tires not affiliated at ALL with Nationwide discount Mufflers. Nationwide discount Mufflers have excellent customer service!

My car wasn't working. Took it to one repair shop. They claimed they fixed the engine but it still was not 100%. Then I took it to Nationwide. Not only did they resolve the issue but they provided top notch customer service in explaining to me the problem, why it occurred and what the first repair shop should have done. Now I will never take my car anywhere else.

Technicians and Office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Had my vehicle towed to them by chance and they had me checked out in 2 days. Waiting room and bathrooms are very clean

Very good customer service. They changed my brake pads fast and even alerted me to some parts that needed replaced, but wasn't critical. This business deserves its five star rating.

Friday I went in to get brakes fixed. Initial price was 150 to fix brakes with my own parts. Get there and noticed my driver side drum brakes where bad. They told me then they dont have extra parts and itll cost 490 to fix. Exactly $150 to $490 just like that. I asked why $490 the lady says the parts are kinda high. I Immediately called O'riley to get priced for parts. Turns out O'rileys parts are WAY cheaper than they parts they tried to offer. I suggested I will get my own parts and just pay them for labor. So now the price went from $150 to $290 if I supplied my own parts. Came back with parts, i literally dropped my truck off at 9am 1st one to be seen. Tell me why it took till closing fornthem to finish my brakes. I drive off thinking everything is good. Noticed my brakes had air in the line still. Thought to myself itll tighten up eventually. NOPE! turns out the guy who installed my rear drum brake did not properly install the shoe for the drum brake. Now I'm hearing scrubbing while not being able to stop completely. Let's not forget to mention, soon as I start my truck friday night my check engine light came on. I went to get brakes fixed now I have more issue. My check engine light never came on until I took my truck to get brake serviced here. I'm writing this review to notify others not to do business here. Will make things worse on your car. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. COMPLETE RIP OFF.
