Pulled in & they instantly took off my tire before I could evn ask how much there services were,then I was just here waiting for nearly an hour with no explanation why for them to put on the new used tire (obviously I couldn t pull off because my old tire is gone & now I m running late for work) btw the tire cost me $55 (I ve never had to pay more than $45 for this car before).

These guys are the absolute best!!!! We were from out of town with a tire that blew out, had no idea where to go. What a blessing to find Naphtali Tires. They were kind & very cheerful! They got us right in and we were out of there before you knew it! I highly recommend Naphtali Tires!!! Thanks a million guys!

A friend came to visit and pulled up with a flat tire. These guys are always outside and their business has a lot of energy. I recommended them and I now know why. It was like pulling up to your distant cousin's house during a long road trip and they greet you like family, take care of your needs, and send you on your way.

I went to them to get my tire changed and the guy tried to give me the wrong size tire 235 50 17 and I needed a 225 50 17 so I told him to put my tire back on and I would go down the street he got mad and this is how he put my tire back on. But I went down the street to snow & red and they got me right back in the game thanks snow & red

They ruined my car. Told me I needed work done and to purchase parts and after he touched it the noise was worse than it was before. It s loud and sounds unstable. I don t understand how someone can scam someone and then act like it s not a big deal. He ruined my car and now I can t even drive it! Do not waste your hard earned money here!

I ve been to these guys about 10 times and every time I m done right. The owner acts like he knows me personally but I know that s just his superb customer service, and that s why I ll be there later today for the 11th time!

Eh Don t risk it. I am pretty sure they do the job fine (mostly), however, the customer service is extremely poor (especially when the things don t go smoothly), and as a stickler for customer service the treatment I ve received has not been pleasant or professional.

Very Honest, Very Knowledgeable, and Extremely Efficient! I came/ "coasted" by in an emergency due to shoddy tire work from another repair shop. They showed me the problem and even allowed me to drive one of their vehicles to purchase the parts that I needed for the repair. Jid� is AMAZING and talented!

Good evening Reverend Ross here went to this establishment needed my tires rotated and changed inside out had no problem great service wonderful personnel great atmosphere nice and clean very spiritual when it came to the Lord our God will be returning if I ever need any work done concerning tires oil changes and what have you job well done I recommend to anyone to stop by this shop one of the best tire shops that I've ever been to job well done keep up the good work God bless Reverend Ross be encouraged always thank you

Great we came in this morning with a total flat back passenger tire. The same tire we had patched on yesterday. It was apparent we needed to replace our tire. We did. Thanks to this crew we came for one and drove off with four. Tires. Keep up the good work

Since I've been in Atlanta (almost one year) we have been to see Abey at this location so many times. Because the roads in Atlanta are horrible. His customer service has always be genuine to each customer. He has a welcoming smile that makes you forget about all of your car problems!!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of tires. They replaced my tire at a very reasonable price and also provided what I needed when it was hard to find my tire size everywhere else. I m very satisfied!!

I recently took my wife's Toyota SUV for general service at Naphtali Auto to do tire change, tire rotation, and oil change. The technicians are very professional in the work done and on time. I will strongly encourage anyone that is looking for a good store that is not expensive with good services to go to Naphtali Auto & Tire services.
