Nice staff, a little slow if you're in a hurry. it wouldn't do exactly what I wanted. I suppose the days of lawsuit crazy over zealous people have caused companies to be apprehensive about making repairs that they are liable for. I still help me put together some parts and made some good suggestions and hopefully got me back on the road. Thanks for the help.

Quality parts and good service backed by solid warranties and knowledgeable associates. I have been purchasing parts from Napa for years and I have always been satisfied. Even when there were times that I had an issue with a part I was taken care of quickly and accurately with either their refund or their warranty policy.

Depending on the location you go to, service can be slow to moderately good. But for a multi billion dollar company these guys should be much better than they are. I mean they drop the ball a lot on orders that should be taken care of quite rapidly. Especially when my business has been buying exclusively from this company for many years now.

Napa auto parts stores consistently close earlier than their competitors, which is why I rarely visit one; it seems that I have to waste my time visiting one on occasion to be reminded of that:(

Went in to the machine shop to get a flywheel repaired - sheered bolt extracted and the flywheel turned. These guys know their stuff and would trust them with any job. Prices are reasonable and very fair. Will definitely be going back.

Needed a battery ASAP! I prefer batteries from Napa, just from personal experiences of being cheap to save a dollar. Other places like Wal-Mart, zones, advanced and Reilly don't last. Only sad moment was finding out that they don't install batteries! Well, the guy behind the count allowed me to use some tools to get it done in the parking lot.

I'm usually pretty handy, but I was failing to get my old wiper blades off of the mounts for some reason. Anyway, Homer helped me find the right blades and even helped install them. I'll definitely be going back here next time I need basic parts.

After being turned away from 3 different auto repair shops this particular morning. I went to this store for some assistance getting a broken bolt out of my cylinder head. The machine shop staff EXCELLED in performance, knowledge and customer service. The two gentleman extracted the broken bolt in what I would call a NASCAR pit stop. Sharing my customer experience, I was greeted as I walked in. The staff assisted me and resolved my issue and I will proudly refer this store for your automotive needs.

Had a flywheel machined by Chris today. Excellent service and Excellent finish. Machined many, many flywheels in my day. Top notch workmanshipI must say. Appreciate the professionalism!

The gentlemen in the Machine Shop saved my bacon on some rear axle issues I was having with my Jeep. Such a great experience that I am looking for other things to take to those guys!!! Much thanks to Mitch and the team.

I had a problem to be solved and contacted their machine shop.I was helped within 2 minutes and my proven was solved.Returned in 45 min.and picked up my repaired part ready to install on my vehicle.Than you very much machine shop

Had Eneos 5w 30 & some coolant I needed in a pinch @ 8 am this morning.Dude even gave me some paper towels lolDidn't get 5 stars because bf hwy got repaved at some point & their entrance drive is not level (sucks for low cars) & their parking lot sucks for checking things like fluid levels.Would stop here again.

Had my alternator that son in law replaced for me. Not crazy that no box was offered to put new one into since I brought old part that they said they needed for core to send back.

Been going to this Napa for decades. This particular one can be hit-or-miss. I came in looking for a specific part one time that their site said they had in stock, but the employee said they didn't have it. I had to resort to placing an online order for in-store pickup and come back an hour later to pick up my part that they did indeed have in stock.

Napa usually has everything that you need for auto repairs. If this location doesn't have it, go to the warehouse on Peachtree Industrial. They have everything, I mean everything.
