I ordered windshield wiper blades online from another company and they were not the right fit. The team member at NAPA found the correct size for my car and even helped to make sure they were installed correctly before I left. It was a great customer service experience.

I've tried to visit this store twice during their posted business hours and they were not open. The posted hours on the door and the hours listed on Google are the same, so I'm not sure what the deal is. I'm sure they are great when open, but the owner needs to update the hours so that people aren't wasting their time.

I went to get my battery tested. They tested it and replaced it. They re very sociable, knowledgeable and helpful.

Not sure what the lady position was with the company but she was very short and smug and unhelpful. First, I couldn t see any employees because they were both sitting down on their phones, so I already figured I wasn t going to get much of any help. So I proceeded to ask my question in regards to seeing if they could help figure out what fuse I needed and she cut me off to say they can t do that in their system and that I should try google . Not knowing I ve already tried it that hence why I was in the store. But no worries, I ll try google alright, with this review! Someone should really offer them some touch up courses on customer service!

Went to this NAPA store to get a worn out, damaged, wiper blade replaced. Turns out, the entire mechanism is built by the manufacturer that can only be replaced by a dealer of the car. The price from the dealer was outrageous. Mark, at NAPA, wasn't going to turn me away. He dismantled the entire wiper blade assembly, piece by piece. Then pains takenly rebuilt it with another blade. Works perfectly. Kudos to Mark. Job well done. Even though this NAPA is WAY out of the way for me, guess where I'll be going from now on for anything for my car!

I'm a commercial customer, recently becoming service manager of a nearby location. In the past I refused to shop with Napa because of their snail pace in delivery and rude customer service reps specifically Bobby. I called one day because I couldn't find a part elsewhere, and I spoke with a young lady named Q. She was punctual ,helpful, and my delivery was on time. I continued to shop with you all at this location because Q actually acted like she cared,and went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I called to find out shes no longer here at this location, and unfortunately neither is our business.

Very friendly helpful and delightful staff. I observed staff going above and beyond to assist customers even with them acknowledging they were short staff. They assisted me with brake pads for my Mercedes Benz. Prices are the best as well. Will defiantly make this my go to Napa for parts unlike the Fulton Industrial store which is the total opposite.

Sales representative, who was friendly, was multitasking while processing my order and selected the wrong item. This caused me a waste of my precious time as I had to bring it back. The second time was a charm. It should have been that way the first time.

Absolutely love their customer service. Jonathan waited on me to get a fuse for my horn for my 2005 PT Cruiser which had quit working. He found it quickly and then happily installed it for me. My horn now works again!!!!! Thanks so much!!!!!

As others have mentioned they have great customer service. I went to buy a new battery for my car and they were very helpful with everything, and they are reasonably priced. Even if they weren't right around the corner from me I would continue to come here.

Friendly staff but got my mobile pickup order wrong (missed an item). But it was resolved easily. Just make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving!

Best NAPA ever, always staffed by friendly and genuinely helpful staff. I've even called asking for information and they called back in the time they stated. The other great thing, they are actually cheaper than the other discount auto parts stores in the area, which is not typically the case with NAPA stores. Always the first stop when needing parts/wiring/fittings etc

very unprofessional. Drove over 20 minutes to get here before 7. Got to the store at 6:38 with the OPEN sign off and doors locked. Very disappointed. your website and door says you close at 7. To lock the doors 20+ before that is unprofessional.

Had hard to find 24 volt relays in stock and plenty of them. Sales person helped as soon as I walked in.shelves stocked nicely so that forced me to buy more items.

Today I went to my trusty NAPA store because I just took delivery of a new (to me) boat that I bought. I needed an adaptor for the trailer lights and 3 new batteries. The manager told me to just drop the boat, he would install the batteries and I could come back later to pick it up. This is awesome! I bet you can't get that kind of service at Pep Boys, Auto Zone or any other parts house.Thanks Jeff

Well, I'm leaving two stars because I went to replace a battery, and the representative sold me the wrong type after looking up my make, model, and year. So I had to go back to return the incorrect battery and buy the new one. They were out of stock, so they suggested I drive 13 miles north to another NAPA while I live 1 mile south of the store. Maybe the rep didn't hear me mention where I lived, but I thought it was a pretty weird thing to suggest I waste 40 minutes driving there and back after having to get into this whole ordeal because of poor service in the first place. And to top if all off, it took about 10 actual minutes for the rep to make the return go through. Ugh

Would not swap a battery bought just last summer because they no longer store your purchases by your phone number. Also wouldn't install the battery.Go to Advanced Auto, AutoZone or Orielly's for install.
