I've called twice in the last week. Both times they ask to put me on hold, presumably because they're talking to a customer. Then I wait 20 minutes, get frustrated, hang up and call right back, and both times someone is available to immediately speak to me.So basically once they put you on hold, they just never check back with you. When they finish whatever it is they put you on hold for, I guess they get distracted by a shiny thing and just wonder away from the phone with its big flashing light denoting your waiting call. This seems like a pretty basic piece of customer service which they are screwing up. It's a very annoying waste of time.Please train your staff how "on hold" works. It's not supposed to be the end of the interaction. It's only "on hold" if you actually eventually answer the call and help the customer. Otherwise it's just you hanging up on me in the slowest, most annoying way possible.

We re trying to check on whether or not our order is ready for pickup and the associate carried on having a personal conversation not realizing that she didn t put my husband on hold and when she did, she put him on hold and he s been sitting on hold for 20 minutes. 11/30/2023 at 5:23pm. Unprofessional and total disregard for their customer s time.

I ordered some power steerring hoses from here. One the had in stock the other they had to order from their warehouse. I gave them wrong info for one hose. I realized thst upon picking up my order. No problem! They ordered the right one for me & I picked it up a couple of hours later. Great customer service & knowledgeable staff every time I've been there. I've visted thisd store several times in the past couple of months.

The store had a must tool I needed to replace CV axel shaft boots in stock, and I'm very glad about that! Online order pickup was very smooth and efficient once my turn came up. The store is located very close to an I-85 ramp. Very convenient.

I'm not happy with employees, I drove 45 minutes to get a item that other Napa store called to check availability of the part. When I get there was 2 lazy people that don't want to leave their chair to help me. They told me that they don't have te part for my car, looks like they don't want to check the back to verify is the item was there.I left the store and called the other Napa to verify the availability of the item. They call the store again and the part was there. I went back inside the store and this time was different guy his Name is JHON he was able to help me out with my part.Very bad service with people lazy that they don't want to take time to help customers.Thank JHON FOR THE HELP, YOU THE ONLY one WHO IS DOING THE WORK.

I was taken care of here by a great employee, I cannot remember the name of the associate He has glasses, but anyway he was really helpful in what I needed. I had just come from the Norcross Napa where I did not receive the same help and customer service that I received at this location.

The sales woman who helped me was very rude and obnoxiously did not wanna do anything. Asked if she had a part and she did and I ask to see one of the two she had. She then advises me she will just make one trip to the back as her coworker was going home and she would have it by herself. Sounds like a staffing problem to me and I'm not trying to here all at as I'm a customer that needs to buy things behind that counter sdcc o if you dont like walk I would suggest you find a desk job so you dont have to walk and help the customer. Maybe they should get a motorized chair for you so you can do your job you was hired for with out complaining to the customer that has his on car issues to worry about. Lose the attitude and quit complaining, find yourself another job so you can be happier. Good luck with your future endeavors.

As far as NAPA locations or big parts stores this one is pretty solid. I buy from them pretty regularly and the parts people there are more helpful and knowledgeable than most parts guys. Selection in store is very very good and they can get most things same day if they don't have them on site. I'm always pleasantly surprised about some hard to find part they can get to me quickly. I only took off a star because in all my dealing I have a had a few negative experiences with a very rude associate. Overall these guys are my local "go to" when I need parts fast.

Having been a regular TRADE customer of NAPA for many years, always choosing them as my first stop shop for all my parts requirements, not just because of their competitive pricing, but for their excellent customer service and their eagerness to go that extra mile to source the parts I needed.Having relocated to Australia a number of years ago, I really missed the NAPA experience. Imagine my joy when it was announced a couple of years ago that they were establishing their business model here in Australia.Sadly my excitement was short lived as although the NAPA name is over door, there is absolutely nothing of the NAPA culture inside the premises..Particularly at the auburn branch in Sydney where almost the staff are incompetent and disrespectful and the manager is positively rude . Sad to say it, but NAPA Australia is not the NAPA I know from America.I feel truly sorry for the shareholders as I feel their money has been badly invested..

Called ahead to check price and availability of distilled water. Was told they had one jug in stock. When I arrived, I was told they don't stock distilled water. They had given me the price for battery acid. On a positive note, the staff are very friendly and helpful. This was most likely an isolated incident.

It started with Natalya going out of her way to help me out and get the right parts for out airport fire rescue truck that was down, then Charles patiently helped keep me updated as there was an issue with corporate processing the payment, and John helped to get it remedied, thank you Napa of Atlanta Georgia Team, keep up the great work and positive attitudes!God bless,

I want to extend my thank you to John for his excellent above and beyond customer service. Yesterday was a very frustrating day for me. I was seeking a very specific brand of oil for my car. Initially I stopped by the McDonough location and the item was not in stock however the sales person called the Pryor street location to inquiry about the oil. She directed me to drive to the Pryor location however she had asked for the wrong item. Needless to say, it was very very frustrating after a long drive from McDonough in evening traffic only to find that she'd asked them to hold the wrong item. Nevertheless no matter how frustrated I was to find this out and wanted to let them know about it John remained calm and professional throughout. He phoned the supplier and the main office in Norcross in an effort to locate the oil however he was still unable to locate the product. John went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer in the midst of my frustration. Great customer service please continue . Great spirit and remained calm throughout . I cannot say enough about John.

Was picking up something for a friend, they have what they were supposed to have that the packaging somehow came open so it was missing two of the fuses, two out of three which did the person absolutely no good, the store did not charge me for the product but the product was useless anyway without two of the fuses and there was only one left in the box so .. I don't think they did it intentionally but I was upset because I was the middleman and there was not really much that I can do

Terrible customer service I called twice to get some prices and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Not good at all I spend money there a lot and I feel I shouldn't be pushed to the side. NOT good for business.

I will go here every time to get my parts those employees John Sabrina the young lady dajuan and Jonathan was so professional very helpful I think they deserve to be recognized for again they had a perfect group to serve in that store

Napa had the part that we need it after calling three different auto parts stores. we are so grateful because we were stranded and had to leave our truck overnight. we did not have the proper to northern auto parts store that we stopped atso we had to come back this morning and it has been very easy to remove the part after going to Napa.

They mix paint to match factory color.It's an exact match, I Love It! I didn't kno they did this in store. Swift & efficient, it took less than 20minutes

The auto parts are high in quality. I have purchased a battery and brake pads to name a few. Very reliable. The representatives are knowledgeable of the products and provided great service.

Went to napa on Pryor rd to buy a part. They didn't have it in store I was told if I pay delivery fee it will come next day. Next day came to pick part up it was the wrong part. I was told I can't get refunded now they want more money to order the part again. The lady manager was no help all she could say is she sorry.
