I'm joining the Chain Gang!!. Milan has always given what I have come to know as the minimum standard of great customer service. What I realized is that Milan offers a Superior Level of Customer Experience. His Saturday team members showed me that the EXPERIENCE that Milan has been providing me since 2017 has been WORLD CLASS. His peers showed that there is a difference. Unfortunately in Milan's absence, the Saturday crew lost a long term customer. With an 11yr old car...who goes to the dealership for oil change?. I do, for the Superior Service and Experience Milan provides. His peers showed that the Experience isn't a requirement, it's HIS choice and I thank Milan for it. Milan should indeed share what he does different. The different schemes that were attempted disturbed me because I recognize the "sales aspect" of maintenance but not the trickery involved. The rep asked how was his service on Saturday. It was the level you set for yourself sir and its subpar to the standard of excellence Milan provides. I'll join the chain gang and get a 5min oil change where service might be comparable to what I received 4/6/2024. MILAN, Infinity has a gem in you. Enjoy your time off but they NEED you in the Infinity store in Doraville!!

They were wonderful. Chris, my salesman, was an absolute treasure to work with. The rest of the folks were wonderful too.

Ms. Cookie was very helpful with getting my car detailed! Every time I have come here and needed a loaner, she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Infiniti s. She is one of best parts of the maintenance appointment. Highly recommend!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

After finally finding it, which was difficult, the service was great. Went in due to Bluetooth issue. They quickly reset it and I was on my way.Very pleased with service and employeesNot much with location

The phone never works. The sales department acts like it's on a different planet from the service department. I can't stand this location and am counting the days until my lease ends so I can be done with this brand and dealership forever. So far today, I've been trying to reach a human there for 2+ hours.

I couldn't get an appointment. No one answered the phone on several attempts. So I've never had any service there.
