I bought my own tires and I just needed them mounted and balanced. I was told I didn't need to balance them. Then I said I want them balanced. I was told that it was now going to be extra. I wanted to know why. He said those are big tires and would require more weights. I wasn't happy and went somewhere else.

Worst tire shop I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. Horrible tires.The tires they sell are not worth the money. I bought 4 tires from them and have had nothing but problems since the day I bought them. I kept taking them back and instead of fixing the problem they just kept charging me more money for repairs to the tires that still did not fix them. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would because they don't even deserve the 1 star.
