My experience at muffler King could not have been better. They answered my phone, call immediately, and immediately started servicing my car. They did a free Test to see What was wrong with it, When they found the problem, they replaced the part within an hour! Everyone that helped me was so kind And also funny. They definitely over delivered. I also expected to pay a lot more for the thing that was wrong with my car, But was pleasantly surprised at the price. Thanks guys! Exceptional service

Everyone here is very respectful and Knowledgable. I came in a bit of a rush and they took care of me as fast as they could. I recommend this shop over every other shop on the south side. There s no greater customer service then the service I received here, and also the price at which they do work is good. No complaints we love it here

Muffler King's staff was very professional,friendly, and efficient. All the exhaust work I needed done to my 2020 Dodge Charger R/T was done within an hour. I highly recommend them especially if you need custom exhaust work done, and also the price was very reasonable.

My exhaust seperated the day before and I called these guys this morning. They were a little slow and told me ride on up.Pulled right into the bay, lifted me up, quoted me a very reasonablly priced basic repair, showed me exactly what s was wrong and how he was going to fix it .I think I was in out and in under 30 minutes. Appreciate you guys so much and especially the gentlemen who picked up the phone, and guided me the through the process.Happy new year from us, highly recommend!

Great & honest work. Tony is courteous and professional, he does great work. Brought my wife s 2012 Versa to repair the exhaust pipe that rusted and broke off as Nissan uses cheap metal for these parts. Tony got it fixed and got me on my way in 30 minutes. Fair price! Hats off to Charles and team, running a well oiled shop. Recommend and will be back if I ever need more work done.

I had a muffler and resonator delete plus the installation of two new exhausts on my 2018 civic hatch. Shawn and Jorge were very friendly and professional, explaining each step of this job. I didn t have to wait hours for my car to be done and the price for all of this was very reasonable. I liked the final result and i would definitely recommend this place !

Outstanding, friendly customer service!! Above and beyond my expectations. As I was pulling into Muffler King , Charles was on the cell phone and directed me directly into the car lift. He and Davis were under my car within 3 minutes if pulling into the lot. Someone had stollen my catalytic converter was their verdict. They are very knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely take my cars to them in the future. Don't hesitate to bring your car here! Fabulous experience! Thanks Charles and David!

I couldn t pass emissions so I spoke to them about replacing the catalytic converter. They had me bring it back in the morning. I was there as they opened, the mechanic took my car in immediately & began working. He prob finished in about 2 hrs, it wasn t long at all and I haven t had any issues since! I immediately passed emissions and would love to use their services again. Very professional people.Service: Exhaust

I wish Muffler King was a full service shop cause they know their cars.It s rare to find a mechanic who will explain everything they ve done and give you an undercarriage tour of future areas and parts to pay attention to and what the symptoms will be when it s time to change them.I got a world class diagnostic, the diagnostic explained to me in laymen s terms, a few random free fixes, and a new muffler in under an hour and way under what I was scared I was going to have to pay.I fully recommend this shop and I can say they won t treat you like a walking dollar sign but as a car buddy and that is top level service.Service: Exhaust

Took my Wrangler in with a new Banks catback system in the passenger seat. The owner asked me if I could still return it (I got it from Quadratec, so yes). I asked why - he said if I could get a refund, he'd install something custom that cost half as much (Flowmaster & custom piping) BUT he was glad to install the Banks if I couldn't. 5 years later, I'm still pumped about my Flowmaster install.Service: Exhaust

Hey y'all, if you trying to find a place to delete your muffler and resonator delete, this is the place . I also had them weld on single chrome tips that I bought from them.

Great service and results! I arrived in the morning to get a new exhaust set up for my 6.2 Silverado and they were able to take the truck in almost immediately. Just call ahead and ask about their availability. Super knowledgeable, passionate and friendly staff who got the job done in under 2 hours. 10/10 recommend and will come back for future jobs.Service: Exhaust

Great service and not oversold on work I didn't need to do. And mechanic Tony did quick good work while also being charming. The owner, Mr Khademi, was very personable. Both explained what needed to be done. And the price was reasonable. Now my car doesn't rattle!

I called on the phone and asked for quote. They told me a price and even insisted that it could be cheaper. I drove over an hour because they told me the work I wanted could be done. I got there and showed them multiple pictures of the angles and tips I wanted. They started working on my truck and then told me a different price than what was discussed over the phone. I ended up paying $200 more dollars than I was quoted. The worst part was the exhaust looked nothing like what I requested. My truck was literally louder Before they worked on it. The owners were very nice but I feel that they used that to get over on people sometimes. I would recommend another shop if you want to have exhaust work done. I am very disappointed at my service and I feel like I was very overcharged. I think that any good exhaust shop should be able to do what you ask and how you want it. These people did not. The price I paid was way too much for the work I received.Service: Exhaust

Great experience. Pleasant to deal with. Did the work quickly and professionally. For the same scope of work they charged me a small fraction (almost ten cents on the dollar) as compared to what the crooks at a national chain known for exhaust work ridiculously quoted me. I will definitely go back and I encourage everyone to try them out.Service: Exhaust

I ve been here a few times for my car and I m satisfied from each visit. They re very fair with their prices, personable, and do good work. They have always quickly diagnosed my check engine light issues on my 2007 Rondo and gotten me fixes quickly. I know little about vehicles and they make it simple to understand. They ve gone above and beyond for me in taking care of me and my vehicle. I would definitely recommend checking them out.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Reliable, affordable, and quick service! This place is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend as well as bring my business back. In and out in under two hours on a muffler replacement. Reasonably priced too. Shawn is a great guy who knows his stuff.

I brought my truck to be checked and these guys were integral. Another mechanic recommended I come here and see if I needed a catalyst converter however, that wasn t the issue. The owner suggested I take it to a certified Land Rover Shop. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for not taking advantage of a woman like most mechanics often do.

Such awesome, quick service!! I took my car to another mechanic who said I needed a muffler and new pipes but it turned out I didn t need a muffler at all (just a repair job on the pipes). I think it s awesome that I didn t have to replace something I didn t need! These guys are awesome, delivered great service with a smile, and I d recommend them to anybody!

Muffler king is the spot! FAST & FRIENDLY service. Quoted me one price, final cost $100 less! Can t beat same day service with ordering parts.. and did I mention friendly? It s hard to find places that treat the customer like these guys do in today s world. Highly recommended!!

Paid $256 for an "exhaust adjustment" and the labor of welding the new tips on. The exhaust adjustment wasn't great, it squeaked a lot. Went back, and shop looked at it and refused to fix the issue. Wouldn't recommend, do not stand by their work.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

YES! Super friendly and fast! My muffler was hanging off, rusted out, and rattling against the bottom of the car. They fixed it in an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust
