Don't Bring your Car Here,If I could give this place 0 Stars I would but me N My Husband brought our 2008 Chevy Tahoe here for the Catalytic Converter to get fixed it was 2 that needed to be Replaced and we were Charged 1000$ to have it fixed so we said Ok we Dropped the car off and it took them the next day to fix it and we went to pick the car up didn't even get the car home when the check Engine light came back on so we immediately Brought it back and we was told that it could be the H2O sensors so we went to get 2 of those brought it back they put them on the car and cleared it out so we were on our was then the next day the Engine light came right back on so My Husband took the car back to that shop then they told us that they have to change the catalytic converter again so we had to leave the car there Free of charge cause it was their Mess up so It was a Hispanic Guy who did the work on our car not sure of his Name so when we got it back this time the same thing the Engine light Came back on wow!! So long story short we were Scammed by them we will never take our car back there to let anyone touch Her I don't know of the other work that they do but don't take your car there for a catalytic converter to be fixed.

I used to always bring my cars here but last year i have noticed that I had a check engine light on and I had to replace my catalytic converter. I was charged 1100 for the part and installation. Within a year before time to renew my registration the light comes back on for the same problem and come to find out its now the newly installed converter thats bad. The issue was the way The owner tried to manipulate me because i am a woman and tried telling me that since I had multiple converters on the car that another one (not the newly installed one) was bad. Something told me to google the car part which came out to be about 200 online for ALL CONVERTORS but only one part on mine was actually replaced! Now since i had paid 1100 for repair and a *NEW CONVERTER, I felt i was being bamboozled! I didnt feel something was right so I asked the mechanic to show me the problem convertor and he proceeded to show me the NEW ONE THEY HAD ALREADY INSTALLED. I CONFIRMED IT WITH THE MECHANIC but The owner was still attempting to get me to pay for them to install another "new" convertor for another $850!!! Now im highly pissed because I felt like I was being taken advantage of as a woman and they wouldnt be just throwing prices at a man like this.... in explaining the situation with the owner he decided to tell me the policy for his parts have a 90 day warranty, which is something unheard of for a new part, which almost always have a limited lifetime or lifetime warranty. Plus, there is no way a NEW CATALYTIC CONVERTER should be going bad within a YEAR.... I started to question if the parts were used when he decided to offer to purchase the new part only if I still paid 375 to get it installed!!!! At that point i knew he was throwing prices at me and taking me for a ride because there was no way i should still pay this much for repairs. After feeling like I was robbed the first time around I agreed to come back but left without a trace. After this mistreatment and discrimination save your money there is no telling how many people theyve done like this. Dont go to these crooks without someone that is car savvy...

Same problem as another lady that posted a review. Catalytic converter replaced and within 7 months, light came back on for same problem. Owner doesn't want to fix the problem saying that he has a 90 day warranty. I'm pissed and have been taken advantage of. They should be ashamed of themselves!

I Alfred received the worst treatment of any service ever. The owner and his son cursed me out so viciously that I felt eminent danger for my life. I called the police and explained that I sent my car in for catalytic converter. I have a show car with expensive lights underneath. I told the owner to be careful not break my lights . He broke them anyway and refused to pay for the damage . He changed me full rice while continuing on with his abuse. DIn Jesus name i will never do business with muffler city

Horrible everything started off good until I realized the exhaust tech wasn t as experienced as he stated he was. Long story short they charged me $360 just to remove my catalytic converter and replace the missing area with straight pipe. Then then tech couldn t get the weld to seal at the top so he got frustrated and try to blame it on my pipe saying it was rotted. What he was supposed to do according to other professionals was clean the surface with a grinder or wire brush to create a clean surface for the weld to stick to in so many words. So I was overcharged for his inexperience because it shouldn t have taken 4 hours to cut cats Which according to other shops in the area should have been at most a $175 job definitely won t be going back here and have taken my buisness to another shop 4 miles away that does better work for almost half the price

Cost me 375 to get brakes put on because previous mechanics couldnt remove lugs that was put on to tight. Charged me 45 per lug to remove and replace..... look at these d@mn lugs.... and the mechanic was some lazy spanish guy(its got to be hard to find one of them that's lazy) I asked him about a tick my truck was making ,he acted like he was listening then called me to pay the bill.... I'm thinking he checking it out till I get back. When I came back he was nowhere to be found.... real greaseball stuff.... update..... it was even worse then I imagined.... the guy covered the damaged to my rims with dust to hide the more serious damage..... take a look.... I got to get a new rim

I love this place. This guy is cool, respectful, a clean environment, and communicate on all levels. He took his time with me, I returned to him after 3 time trying, it kept saying the codes not ready. He didn't get inpatient, nor he didn't charge me extra. I brought him lunch, just for his great customer service. I been going to him for 5 years, and am going to keep going back. Thank you.

I am always trying to support black owned businesses. I went to get my catyltic converter placed in order to pass emissions. When I left the check engine light was off but came back on same day. Same code. Took my truck back mechanic told my daughter truck needs a tune up as to why a brand new converter burned out in a months time. However I got a tune up 6 months prior. I'm going to take my truck back myself and see what they have to say to me. Because I am not accepting that I need a tune up that I already got. Will update with results.

Best in Atlanta. You want a mechanic to trust they really the truth. Also had good company while I was waiting on my catalytic converters to get fixed. I also had another issue they didn t let me go until my tuck was fixed. Really awesome people!!!! Officially my mechanics!!!

John, the owner is Great! I called because I saw his shop listed on Craigslist. Told him what I needed, he kept me in the loop on what to expect and the price. He also saved me money compared to other shops. I definitely recommend going here for any muffler needs for your vehicle. Very satisfied customer!!!

Very fair. Had to have catalytic converter replaced. They didn t try to add anonymous fees and snowball me. Took the car in the afternoon, it was done by early evening as promised, even though they were busy. I have always brought my car here for emissions because they have the lowest price around. My respect for their business has increased immensely.

Complete Auto Specialists. Completely satisfied every time, emissions, little stuff like leaks, catalytic converters, diagnostics and not that AutoZone one..... etc... Sometimes you need a loyal place for your truck or car when the big things happen. QUICK AND FAIR.
