I would like to Thank Mr. RV (Tank) for doing everything that he said he would do in such a short amount of time. Our exterior step stop engaging on our trip. After trouble shooting and doing all I could do I ask around the RV Park for a mobile mechanic and his name was given several times. I made the call and explained our situation and how we needed to leave the next day. They agree to help and worked me in his busy schedule. He kept me posted made it out found the problem got the part ordered for the next day. He made arrangements with me to meet him so we didn t need to extend our stay. Next day part came in he contacted us and met us in a parking lot and made the repair as he stated he would and got us back on our trip. We appreciate Tank going out of his way to help us in a tight time schedule. We highly recommend Mr. RV (Tank).

The service provided by Tank was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely expeditious. It seemed like he was finished replacing a low voltage converter box before I had a chance to sit dow. He also kept me abreast of his arrival time. Will definitely use him again should any future RV electrical needs arise!! Yay Tank!!

Arrived on time. He replaced my electrical adapter to my pop up camper. A really nice down to earth guy. He did a wonderful job and even gave me tip on another matter on my camper. I would recommend him to other RV owners. Thank you so much!

This was a wonderful experience. Tank was right on time and was very efficient. He was a great representative of his business and was extremely knowledgeable. We were afraid we had damaged a brake/wheel on our travel trailer. He checked everything out and left us with the peace of mind that everything was functioning correctly and that we had no problem. He also answered questions about our hitch and made suggestions on how to make it better. We will definitely refer this company to others and will gladly use him again in the future.

Mr RV showed up on time as scheduled with a courtesy call ahead of arrival. Ran several tests to look for a propane leak. Very satisfied with his work.

Tank (Mr. RV) happen to be rolling by ... This fella stopped. Listened. And Helped.He didn't try the I-am-man-you-woman mess. WE tackled installing these D-Rings and I was on my way!!He was thourough and efficient.Highly recommend.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable about RV repair, maintenance and operating matters, and it s clear they have been in the industry for a long time. They know what they are doing, and you can trust them to do it right. I ve got a 37 foot Class A motorhome, and I ve been through the ringer on repair and maintenance issues. If you re looking for the opposite of the typical repair/maintenance visit at a local dealer repair shop (i.e., the delays, surprises and lack of follow through on time commitments), then give Mr. RV Mobile Repair a call. You ll be pleasantly surprised for a change, and you ll probably save some money too! Oh, and on top of all that, they are really nice guys.

The best we've encountered living full time in our rv for over 2 years now. Troubleshooting skills are vital for anyone claiming to repair anything. He is the best I've seen do it thus far. Fantastic service! We woke up on the morning of starting a trip to realize that our coach batteries were not functioning properly. I contacted Mr. RV and they were at our house within 2 hours with 2 new batteries in hand. The installation and clean-up after was handled very professionally and efficiently. Mr RV replaced a leaking kitchen skylight in my RV. Mr RV arrived at my home and replaced the leaking skylight in less than an hour. Great professional Service! They will be my go to repair experts for now on!

We got more than we paid for with Tank, and the service you would expect from only the best. What we got was a "house call" since I was reluctant to move our RV trailer from the driveway once I discovered that we had some kind of wheel problem. It turned out that a wheel bearing repack and brake adjustment that had been performed by a dealership less than two months ago was substandard, which required the grease contaminated brakes to be replaced and the wheel bearings to once again be repacked. Tank is an amazing guy who is packed with knowledge and more than willing to help people, helping me to understand brake and wheel bearing technology and maintenance. And, gratefully, the importance of and how to use after-market brake controllers, which I just purchased. Great experience with Mr. Mobile RV Repair and Dean (technician). We were at Stone Mountain and had an issue with a bent awning that needed to be fixed before we could take off. I texted them in the a.m., got a callback with a quote, an estimated arrival time and a text when Dean was en route. Professional, super nice and great service.

We contacted Mr RV secondary to a water leak under warranty. He promised to return our call that evening, he returned our call, and came out to Hard Labor Creek SP (over an hour away), within stated time, where we were volunteering. He quickly assessed the issue and repaired it. He has an abundance of knowledge and is very pleasant to work with. I would definitely use Mr RV again, excellent experience!!

I called Tank about a furnace fan that kept running continuously in a 2003 Class C RV. Tank resolved the problem by repairing an issue with the thermostat contacts. During the service call it was determined my roof and over-cab bunk area was leaking. Tank sealed the roof and also repaired over-cab area which involved carpentry work on the inside. I was pleased with his work and it's comforting to know he's just a phone call away for future issues I may have. Scott G.

We met Tank while pulling into the RV park we were staying. He was waiting to meet a client who was running late. I asked him about an electrical problem I was having with my 5th wheel. He happily agreed to take a look and very quickly resolved the problem. He was very helpful and saved us a huge headache! So thankful we found him!

Tank made room for me in his schedule on very short notice and repaired my generator. He is clearly very knowledgeable and highly skilled as well as friendly and focused on helping the customer. I will be contacting him for my future repair needs.

While heading north for the summer, we were camping at Stone Mountain Campground and our refrigerator quit after replacing the marine battery. Called for same day service as we needed to leave next morning and he graciously worked us in after his already too long day. Very appreciated. Very nice and knowledgeable guy.

We called Mr.RV because our slides wasn t working. He was very prompt and when he showed up he immediately went to work and explained what he was doing step by step. We we amazed at how knowledgeable he was, although our problem didn t turn out to be a major job. He accessed it quickly and not only was our slides working again, he made sure we knew how to operate other important aspects of our RV correctly.
