Horrible! I paid $100 for them to come out. NEVER CAME! I waited two hours thinking they were coming. Had to pay to get my car towed home. They are a SCAM!

Joseph came to work on my car and fixed it well. They responded to all of my phone calls, arrived when they said they would and fixed my problem. His price was also very fair, especially considering when they come to you and repair a broken vehicle. It is unfortunate to read some of the other reviews, but my experience with them was a very good one. I would use them again and recommend them.

These mechanics are the worst they just want to cheat and beat you out of money. I got my car repaired and the check engine came on after the mechanic left. I tried calling him and he never answer the phone. The rest of the crew are worst they lied to my husband said they want to recheck my car. And when I spoke with Joseph he was very rude and told me do not call him. The so called vice president continues to lie to my husband. I told my husband stop listening to her she is lieing to you. They are being rude to me every time I call and also threaten to call the police on me. I said I should call the police on them they ripped me off and did not do good service on my vehicle. I truly believe they are scammers that commit auto fraud for sure. I will be doing something about this guaranteed. Again do not call this business are you will regret it!!!

Made an appointment with an agent named Melissa. After the call she text me a survey. Day of the appointment I hadn't heard from them. I called in and they said the mechanic cancelled the appointment because he couldn't get ahold of me. Melissa gave him the wrong number and he moved on to another job. An agent named Chris tried to help but the company ultimately did nothing about the mistake and I had no other time available. Spent about 2 hours on the phone with them for nothing. Their manager refused to speak to me. Their complaint number is a recording that hangs up on you. This place isn't worried about customer service.

I called to schedule appointment made plans for mechanic to come. When the time came I called to see what was going on and text to ask if he was still coming never got and answer or reply. Waisting peoples time and failing to communicate is terrible and no way to build clientele.

We were faced with an unexpected situation and Dexter was the Man to call to get the job done efficiently and effectively within a reasonable time. Communication with Dexter/ was very open and honest. And he was very knowledgeable in regards to explaining in detail what was going on with the current issue.

6.16.16 if I could post and give Joe no stars I would. This man first of all gave me the run around all day. Finally, hours later he says he is on his way. He wasn't able to park where I was because of his van....cool. He tells me its my starter. He says he is going to see of there was another entrance....I look up and he is GONE! Yup.....GONE! Good job sir....I guess the 666 in today's date says it all.

This company is terrible. They have shown up unprepared to do the job and have had to cancel on my 4 times now. If I had just taken it to a real mechanic 10 days ago my issues would of been solved.DO NOT USE THEM, they are awful

This is a company if thieves. They replaced my alternator with a bad rebuilt part that only lasted 3 months. They have a warranty but it s a cheat. They had a part if I purchased thier services again at full price but if I wanted the warranty to cover the repair I would have to wait and miss an entire week of work! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst experience. Came to fix my car and created more problems. Said he'd fix them but then never returned calls or texts. I'm going to take him to small claims court for my expenses after he worked on my car.

Very professional and clean! This guy named Joe came out to fix my car and did exactly what he said he would do. He explained what was wrong with my car and had me go get the parts to repair it. Now my car runs well, with no issues. Thanks Mobile Mechanic!

This is a scam!!! They never show up and keep rescheduling the appointment. When you tell them to cancel the appointment they tell you it will be $20 to cancel!!! No management was ever available to speak to but finally got a call back from one who just said he was sorry! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

do NOT NOT NOT use these people!!! The guy will 'fast' talk you, keep telling you, he'll call you back, but wont, and will not reply to ANY text messages.....will over charge for very simple services.....if you want to hear the truth and save yourself the heartache, do NOT NOT NOT call this person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great experience, i told Kevinwhat i needed done, he took my VIN and gave me a full quote. we agreed, he sent a second quote for the parts only which i paid, he ordered them. once they arrived he showed up, finished the job perfectly and then i paid labor. 10/10. thank you!
