So impressed with this company and service. Really saved me a lot of stress and I'm so happy with it.My 2016 Nissan Maxima just wouldn't start last night (Saturday) out of nowhere and I really needed it for Monday morning. I googled mobile auto repair and found this one and it seemed to have good reviews so I called around noon. I take very good care of my car and just wasn't ready for this out of nowhere.I wasn't going anywhere and knew it would be awhile. Joseph arrived at 4 and was so personable and friendly. I was told it was probably the starter when I described it to someone else but Joseph quickly diagnosed it as needing a new battery. He went and got the battery for me, came back and installed it and voila, perfectly running vehicle.Showed up at my house, diagnostics, go get the part and install it all for $150 in labor. What an amazing value and it was so important to me not to have to have my car towed to a auto repair shop and sit and wait, then have to go get the car. An invaluable service. Great people.

Expected more from this company given it s supposedly veteran owned. The impression I was left with question if the mechanic is competent and experienced. Never received a call back after being told repeatedly over a course of 2 days that the mechanic would reach out to go over specifics. I would have been okay with knowing they did not want to do the work or did not know how to do the work. But they lack communication skills and customer service. You would be better off going to the dealership where your money is accepted and will not be ignored.

I recently purchased a cash car that needed immediate repairs. The technician arrived within 15 minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed my vehicle. He was able to repair my car within the hour and it has been running perfectly ever since. The price was reasonable and the technician was very professional. Prompt. Professional. Great customer service.

I am so thankful for this mechanic. I broke down on 285 close to Dunwoody area and was so worried that I would have had to get a tow truck. I found this Mechanic during my Google search and called and they available were able to find me using my location (Thank God) and fixed my car right there on the spot. He was so patient and kind right throughout the whole thing. I would recommend him to everybody.Service: Battery

My work van got stuck on the highway and the technician was able to arrive super fast to my rescue!! I am so thankful I was able to return to work that same day and it did not cost me an arm and a leg! Very fair prices and amazing service! Highly recommend!!!

This gut is the best my car broke down and I was stranded on the side of the road, gave him a call and came to my aide, got to me did the diagnostics and determined I needed an alternator, he removed the old one right there on the side of the road and replaced with new .... Joesph came out within an hour of my call. He assessed the work I had done so far (attempted serpentine belt replacement) and was able to finish the job when I could not. He had the right tools and wasn t condescending about my lack of progress. It was a great experience and worth the expense.

So I had a mobile mechanic come to my residence to diagnose my vehicle on July 18 at approximately 9:00 a.m. for my 2014 Honda Accord. He said they charge $85 just to look at it. He comes over tries to crank it up and says ' it's the starter, but unfortunately I can't get to it because of where the starter was located ' . I'm puzzled on why he couldn't fix it. If you're a mobile mechanic why can't you fixed the problem after knowing what it is?' it's defeating the purpose of your business. I felt as if he didn't WANT to fix it.

AAA told me I needed my alternator replaced in my 03 Honda Accord that wouldn't start. I set up an appointment with Jordan, and he confirmed our appointment on the day of. He also showed up 10min early. He got to work on the car and we talked as he was checking things out. He was happy to explain things to me in detail and was very friendly. The job turned out to be more than either of us expected, as replacing the alternator didn't get the car started. Couldn't blame him for that since he did exactly what I asked him. He took a look at what may be causing the issue and was able to diagnose a faulty starter. He took me over to a nearby auto parts shop so he could finish the job that evening. He stayed well past sunset and was very thorough about making sure he did the job right. He gave me a fair price for a lot of hard work. I'd highly recommend him for anyone who needs a house call for their vehicle.

Though I was skeptical at first, This was a blessing, the owner came and very humbly ensured what was going on with my vehicle BMW 328i and we scheduled an appointment that she was on time for and she promptly began working on replacing the starter. Though there was a problem with my part ordering, she worked her schedule to come back and complete the job. My car is running just fine. I'm grateful and appreciative of the work she did and she will now become the go to person I will call for all my mechanic needs.You will not be disappointed with her work and efficiency.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Jordan was top notch! My Mercury Mountaineer was overheating out of no where and I found him through Google and really thought the ratings may have been exaggerated....Boy was I wrong!!! He was VERY Professional, Prompt (called to inform he was on his way), QUICK (he finished the job in under 2 hours) and fairly priced! We found the previous mechanic did a shady job and glued on one of the parts and he even cleaned that mess up!!! He was super nice, very helpful, (for the ladies) easy on the eyes (LOL) and most importantly *HONEST*!! He advised what I needed to do to help keep my Truck safe for my children and I, what could wait and what needed to be done quickly! I will DEFINITELY be calling him to perform additional services! I will update in about a week to make sure, but I'm pretty confident the review will stay the same! Keep up the awesome work Jordan! I already passed your business info on to 2 people! See you in 2 weeks for the additional work!!

All I can say is WOW! What a gifted and absolutely awesome mechanic. Ladies and gentleman i have found my mechanic for life! I called last minute and he was there before night fall. He diagnosed my problem quickly which ended up being old spark plugs and replacement of two coil packs. He than corrected bad work from a previous mechanic. Mr. Jordan showed me all my bad parts to ensure he did his job, replaced them, made sure the car ran great and overall made sure I was HAPPY! Guys this guy is freaking awesome! Please take advantage of this blessing. You will be happy you did. My car runs better than it did when i bought it! Thanks Jordan!!!!!!

Man, let me tell you. These people are so good at their job. They fixed a problem plus more. They work hard, efficient, and they re extremely professional. I appreciate them for everything and them coming at a timely manner. I am giving five stars solely due to the fact that this person obviously reads and responds to every review or at least a good percentage of them! I ve never done business with them before, and that s the other thing! He seems to remember his customers! Another plus for me!I can t speak for his work... but to me if someone cares enough about their business to read and respond to commits about his business he must do great work also! It shows his care for his business.I was looking at the reviews to gather some options for service we need- I am helping my husband. I don t know that his final choice will be to use this person as he makes the final decision. But I will definitely put in a good word based on the customer service alone!I own a.business myself and know how hard it can be dealing with the public. Especially these days with social media couples with hate and sprinkle in what I like to call keyboard courage ! So kudos to you for working hard and building a good business to serve people!

Jordan and his crew, Patrick and Wesley are the best! Their service was great and fast. These guys are honest and reliable. They also have the best rates! They understood my situation, and were able to get me a deal which is fantastic. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone.

I do not recommend this company to nobody. This young man came out to look at my car, took parts a loose and was suppose to have my car towed to a dealership which he scheduled the appointment for. The day the car was supposed to get towed, nobody showed up. Then to top all of this, I discovered that the parts he took a loose, he left the car like that. So now I have a disabled car that won't turn on and different wires are out of place and the screws are missing. I asked him can he come back out to put all of the parts back together and ge told me that he was out of town! So do not let the young light skin guy, didn't get his name, work on your car!

Jordan is awesome! Quick and immediate response time. He answered the phone himself, not voice mail. Very personable and helpful. He saved me 2/3 of what NTB quoted. Didn't need 1/2 of what they said I needed. He picked me up and took me to parts store and made sure I got correct parts and correct price. Completed job quickly and perfectly. If there is a better mechanic, I don't know it.

I had a great experience I would totally come back if anything. I'm from out of state an he came to me an fixed my car real quick. I definitely recommend him best mechanic EVER! I've token my car over a couple times to another mechanics an no one was able to fix it right he had no problem at all figuring it out. I really appreciated everything he did for me. I wish there were more mechanics like him.

Awesome job. He made it to my car in downtown Atlanta with a new battery in less than 2 hours and replaced it in 5 minutes. Great price too. Easy to pay using credit card. Courteous and professional. He made a frustrating time easy.

I called in around 8am inquiring about my Electronic Throttle Control sensor showing and explained I was unable to go past a certain speed. I spoke with "Joseph" who stated that I was able to schedule an appointment for him to come out at 1pm, that it was $50 for him to come out, and he could run a diagnostic test to find the problem. Great! He had me send my address and vehicle information to a separate number. I left work early because he stated that they did not work past 3:30pm. It was 1pm and he had not arrived, neither had I heard from him stating he was either running late, or had another obligation. When I called him at 1pm verifying if he was coming, his response verbatim was "When I finish doing what I'm doing here, yea Ima head that way." 2:30pm I called and was forwarded to the answering machine. I sent him a text asking if he was still coming and that a courtesy text stating he was running late or if he could not make it would have been nice. He didn't even have enough respect to reply. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! No true sense of customer service. And I'm not the type of person to get mad because you had something come up. He could have simply said that and saved my time, so that I could have rescheduled or went elsewhere. Inconvenient. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Used again and under new ownership, much more professional and def knows what they are doing, has a shop and this was the service I used this time, they fixed two shocks and put a new starter and timing chain on my silverado. Way above 5 starsJordan Smith removed and replaced front and rear shocks on my Chevy Silverado pickup truck. He did a fantastic job, was very reasonable on price and had it completed in the time frame that he said it would be done. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Best in town, expert service, fast, friendly and reliable, they fixed my mustang with in a few hours and saved me about $300 from what the dealership would have charged me. I waited a week before I posted seeing that I wanted to make sure that my car was actually fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair, the very best part is they fixed my car in the parking lot of my office.

Joey and Joe are absolutely amazing. We have used their services a couple of times, and both times they were absolutely the most professional, honest, and efficient mechanics I have ever come into contact with. I cannot think of any reason I would ever call anyone but them in the future. I have recommended them to friends, family, and neighbors, and if you are contemplating whether or not to give them a call, I am recommending them to you, too!
