It s the principle behind all of this ..I m disappointed in the way this shop has handled business with me. It was a very simple task fix the flat tire I had. Instead they wanted to charge me $70 for a used tire acting like it was new. Everyone was not speaking any amount of English and it was hard to communicate. One guy gonna tell me he speaks French. What the heck? We are not in Africa or France ok? Let s speak English please or at least learn enough to communicate with the customers.The owner was very upset because I decided not to get my tire fix due to me finding out with Costco that I still had a warranty on my tires. He starts charging me $5.00 just to take the tire off then at the last minute they waited until after the fact to charge another $5.00 just to put my spare on, but wasn t going to charge the $5.00 in addition until I asked for the spare to be put on. The owner was very rude and disrespectful and began yelling and screaming for me to leave out of his office when someone had ask me what happened. Lol the employees even said that some of the customer tires came off their car due to inexperience people not certified to work on your vehicle. This place is a major rip off and when I told the owner that I would do this review on his business .. he replied saying, I don t care . Well guess what you will care when people read the reviews and decide to do business elsewhere .. by the way the owner is African and has the nasty rude demeanor that most Africans have when you decide to change your mind doing business with them. Will never come back here and I am sure the owner will reply and say this incident never happened or comeback here, but I am over it ..very inconsiderate and unprofessional .. Guys run and I mean run .. lol the business has a sign that has no name on it as well. It s just horrible how you think is Americans gonna keep giving you our money only for you to be nasty,rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. No sir ,Also they have nails and potholes in their parking lot to set you up with more flat tires just to get you to come back. No way RUN and go spend your money elsewhere . These people must be on Drugs because there is no way you will stay in business treating customers like this .my advice to this shop is post your prices to avoids issues like this . And stop changing the pricing when someone initially ask you, how much is your fees?

I ve been to this place multiple times to get an alignment or even by tires but i called yesterday and spoke to someone about a mobile tire service. He took my number down and said that someone would return my call. A hour went by and i called since no one returned my call & they did not pick up. I was purposely sent to the voicemail twice. If you ever need mobile tire services please don t call them. Call mobile1tire services instead

Their service and attention to details is supper outstanding compared to other places i have been. They fixed my tire and rim and i haven't had any issues ever since.. They did a great job.

One of the best used tire shops I have ever visited. I drive Lyft at times so we always need tires for one reason or another. I got 3 tires and all of them still had really good tread, which unfortunately is not common to all tire shops. There was a bit of a wait because they were busy but it was definitely worth it. I will be back for future needs!

I waited over an hour for this business to open. The number on google is wrong so you have to call the number on a bent up broken sign slapped in front of the building. When I spoke to the owner, he stated the time on google was wrong. If you know this why not reach out and have it corrected so people won t waste their time. He also stated that he had a worker coming to the tire shop via bus. He kept telling me to wait 10-15 mins every time I called but no one ever showed. Do yourself a favor and don t waste time sitting at this tire shop. The owner is out of touch with what is going on and his employees are not showing to work. When the employee finally showed. He told me to wait while he changed from his personal clothes to work clothes! I cannot make this up. Most unprofessional experience I ve ever had.

Called to ask for a tire, said I would be there in 20 and was there in 5, and they failed to answer. Closed in 5 minutes.

Fast and efficient flat tire fixed, while you wait. The Good: great customer service most days. Not-So-Good: Unclear Pricing (which should be illegal). The Bad: POORLY Handwritten receipts, and poorly warrantied services (2-days, maybe). Come on guys!I'm still giving them 5-Stars, after witnessing bad customer behavior.

A group of women called to receive assistance and as men and business owner they were NO HELP. Could care less and didn t even provide options. Very SAD day when this happens. Lacked compassion, assistance or resources. Horrible experience!

I visited MLK tires on February 8, 2017. The team exceeded my expectations! They were attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. They are affordable and honest. The Owner is very involved in the operations of the business and that is rare for many places. I have told all of my friends about MLK tires and will be back for maintenance service. Highly recommended!!!

Only bc this was my second time here I put 3 stars the service is great but when it comes to being overcharged then I m outFirst visit I paid $35 for my tire (killer deal won t find anywhere else) new tire and lasted a while but my tire rod is bent so I need new tires sooner than average anywhoI pull up this morning and was greeted I was told $40 today no biggie. I used my card and was charged 47.73 ..40 for the tire3 to keep my bad tireThen charged for paying with my card ..I called to ask why I was charged more than quoted and the guy swore I wasn t there when he has other employees he should ve checked withSo since he just knew I wasn t there, believe I proved my case so at this point I m here to say use CASH ONLY here unless you don t mind being taxedI haven t ever been taxed for a tire change so it took me by surpriseIt would ve been better if he acknowledged that I was a customer so here I am bc he didn t

This has been my tire shop since I found them almost 3 years (or maybe more) ago. Always reasonably priced, fast, and efficient. I've sent a plethora of referrals to this shop as well. Loyal Customer here!

Everything went as planned. had a blowout on these ATL streets and MLK tire HOOKED IT UP! fast and polite as well as awesome prices. honestly I got a near brand new tire for $35+5 tip for the worker, good people do good things!

I love MLK Tires! I have been a customer for nearly 4 years now. I don't get tires from anywhere else. Having referred many friends and family to the owner, Daniel, I can honestly and wholeheartedly say his customer service and product quality is unparalleled. Looking forward to many more years. This place is very professional, affordable and reliable. I been going here for the past 2 1/2 years. I brought tires from here a while ago and my tires are still good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you guys for all your help!

Great service by the manager! Got my tyres changed and the service was professional. The owner is quite friendly and honest. I'm recommending this place to anyone in GA looking for great quality but at affordable price.

MLK Tires provides quick and affordable tire replacement service, and even let us sit in our car during the replacement. I would definitely come back here next time I need new tires.

Came here because of a blown tire; they were helpful with prices over the phone and in person they were quick even with 3 cars ahead of us. I originally wanted new tites but the gentleman insisted on used and gave me tires that looked so close to new, I am planning on coming back for more tires soon

I'm new to the States and happened to find this place on Google as I needed to get my tyres changed. Good service, polite owner and great price too which I think is lush! Definitely recommend! :)

These guys are great was able to help me quickly and efficiently and in a pay method other than cash and card was very helpful and professional to get me back on the road in 15 minutes will definitely return will refer to anyone needing a good tire shop thanks team keep up the good work

Bring your own tire gauge because there's do not work they always put too much air in your tire using a very cheap 99 cent tire gauge. I've worn them twice about it and they still have done nothing to change. My advice is not to go there for air in your tire if you wanted to pop

Rip off will sale you used tires with plugs in them as new tires.... charge you a different price every time you come.
