I drove in unannounced 20 minutes before they closed. They looked at my tire, gave me the diagnostic and took great care of me in my car. I was out in 20 minutes and I am so grateful to Justin and the rest of the team. They could ve easily said wait till tomorrow, but they handled it for me/

This is one of the best good years I have ever been to, I m from Lawrenceville and the service I get there compared to this location doesn t beat it. Mr Derek Cassey is an awesome manager and I observed how he moves with his team and they are quick and clean with it! Highly recommend anyone with any vehicle issues to check them out. Ultimately reliable!

Was able to get same day scheduling for a tire patch. Had a screw in tire causing slow leak.Scheduled for Noon, arrived early and pleaded that they be careful with the vehicle (I took a different car to sams club and had a nightmare).The tire patch was completed in less than an hour.$50 was more than I typically spend for tire patching (usually $25) but I was willing to spend more for the good reviews and hopefully no damage to my rims.Unfortunately, I now have the first scratch on a 2023 BMW X4 after leaving. Didn't notice until I got home because it was rainy, but it looks like they brushed up against the car with something (maybe the tire, maybe a cord?) and left a 7 inch scratch just above the wheel well for the tire that needed to be repaired.It can probably be buffed out, . . . but that's still additional time and expense.Never fun going to an auto shop to get something fixed, and leaving with something different damaged. I could've gotten the $25 service somewhere else if I knew I was still going to have my new car damaged.

They had the tire I needed when other s did not. Price was mid-high, but the service was fast and excellent. Make sure you ask for the full out the door price because the price quoted on the phone did not include the fees or taxes.

This was one of the best retail experiences I ve ever had. When I called with a somewhat urgent request to fix my slow leak in a tire as I was days away from a 600 mile trip, they told me to come in despite that all the appointments slots were filled. Jason explained to me the possibility the tire could be fixed rather than be replaced. He told me it would take up to an hour and a half. He was exactly right. They reassured me that the permanent patch would be safe for my 600 mile trip which it was. They easily could ve told me I needed a new tire and I would not have known the difference. If I could give 10 stars to this business I would.

I came into the shop the other day because my car battery died and it turns out I needed a whole new battery. I came in last minute without a reservation and they were pretty busy but still made the time to see me, the Manager went above and beyond to help me and everyone was so friendly. I highly recommend Midtown tire for any car issues or services!

I went in for an oil change and also informed the person who checked me in that I was having issues with the push button start - I told him it worked sometimes and not others. He said they'd look at the battery power level. They called later telling me I needed a new battery, as well as other repairs, that totaled over $1,000. I don't doubt I needed some, maybe all of these repairs. However, after the work had been done, when the technician brought my car to me at pickup, he asked me "what am I doing wrong? The car won't start." Ugh!! The issue I shared at checkin was misdiagnosed as a battery issue, and I am still having the frustration with the start button.

The best tire place in town! They are always very courteous and work quickly even when they are busy. I have gotten replacement tires from them as well as had ones patched and repaired and I always feel like I am getting a good deal and getting good recommendations!

I want to give big kudos to Jerome, Mike, and team at Midtown Tire! I took my car in for what I told was a problem (diagnosed by another servicer) that I had repeatedly taken in to be checked, as well as, my local dealership, neither of who were able to assist and within 30 minutes of dropping my car off to the team at Midtown they were able to diagnose the issue (which really wasn t an issue but a mistake made by the prior) and resolve it. They have gained a loyal new customer! My entire office staff gets their cars serviced here and now I know why. Thank you for your knowledge and excellent customer service it s greatly appreciated.

The selection of Midtown Tire was quite arbitrary. They were the closest AAA approved garage in my area, but I am super happy and super pleased with my customer experience there.Had my vehicle towed in for a battery replacement, and was not only out of the door and half the time I was quoted, but the service tech even replaced part I wasn t expecting.Would absolutely use Midtown Tire again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality automotive service.

Easily one of the best car maintenance shops ever. I had a machine screw stuck in my tire (thanks ATL streets). I rolled up at 8:15am to my appointment and I left by 9:15am! This may seem like a long time, but I just came from a different tire shop in Buckhead, 2 weeks earlier to get a two tires patched (again, ATL roads suck), and I waited 4.5 hours to get my car back. The technicians at Midtown Tire were kind and courteous, explained everything to me and even filled my tire with air the day before when I didn't have an appointment and was panicking. I would highly recommend them, the waiting area had nice comfortable chairs, coffee, television and magazines to keep you entertained. All the technicians were knowledgable and afterwards I received a link to a full report of any issues they were able to find with my car. Very impressed. Will return.

Update: I d like to update and change my review to five stars!I want to thank the staff and managers for making sure my car was running well! Things don t always happen as we expect and sometimes things are out of our control! I had a part that didn t come in or get ordered but once it came they expedited my car! I want to thank Kendall, Derick, Jerome, Mike and Justin for the excellent customer service provided even when things seemed to be going downhill! The entire staff is great!!Long story car still isn t repaired after OVER 3 weeks. I hated to leave this review but it s just unacceptable the way we have been treated.

Had a slow leak and came for a tire repair, service was AMAZING!!! Staff was so pleasant and friendly for the entire wait. Took no longer than 30 mins to get serviced. Very affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Downtown Atlanta area!!! Will be a returning customer.

I ve been using Midtown tire for all my tire needs since 1993 and have been wholly satisfied with every visit.They are first come first serve and can schedule appointments. I would highly recommend calling ahead of time before you have an emergency to have your tires repaired.Midtown Tire has always stood behind their sales and service with me.Derek, John, Mike and Cookie are very professional and always treat me right.

I had another great experience at midtown tire this week - they are always very kind, professional, and fair. I brought my car in because I had low pressure in one of my tires and heard back from them within 30 minutes that they patched the tire. They previously patched another tire for me after I had a bolt puncturing the tire, and have been very consistent with quality fixes. They do a great job and I will continue to recommend this place to people!

The workers that helped me were very kind and helpful. I came in for a brake pad replacement and I had my car back in 4 hours (3 hours early than anticipated!). It was very pricey though (around $650), but my brakes were really bad and now they feel amazing so I know the service was good :)

I stopped by on Saturday 12/2 around 2:45 pm with a damaged tire. I needed help. I was literally told they could not help me on that day and they advised me to go to Pepboys. What kind of business tells someone who needs help they should go somewhere else? I can understand if you tell me the wait time is long but that was not the case. I was dismissed and quite literally told to go somewhere else. That s exceptionally poor service from a business that s supposed to perform services like this. I suppose I wasn t important enough as I wasn t buying a set of tires or walking in the door intending to spending hundred of dollars. Do better and try harder at actually taking care of people who need help and have damaged tires. You re supposed to be experts, right?

Typically efficient and effective service. I ve come to them mainly for tire stuff which has been great but other things have been less outstanding. They ve replaced countless tires for me always without problem. Had them help replace a broken taillight as well but it was not installed correctly.

Not a good experience at all. I asked to see an itemized list of all the services that were done to my vehicle. Seems to me like a standard thing to do, specially when I m spending hundreds of dollars. I noticed that asking about and itemized list bother the employee that work in the front desk who was rude and condescending. Does Midtown Tires have something to hide in the estimates? I will go somewhere else next time.

Midtown tire has great friendly employees, a super clean facility and reliable service. I had an 11am appointment for tire rotation and repair of a leak. It took just over an hour which was exactly what they said. The waiting room had bottled water and coffee and a large screen TV. There was no charge to me since they tires were under warranty.
