Absolutely love the customer service I receive from here every trip! I've been coming here the past 3 years now and everyone here is great! They get your cars in and out in a timely manner, and great communication when it comes to questions about your car. I recommend friends and family here all the time.

I recently visited Metropolitan Auto Care & Towing and had an exceptionally positive experience. My daughter and I were at the establishment on a Saturday morning to have a new set of brakes installed. I must commend their dedication to providing high-quality care for my vehicle. Moreover, they offered complimentary beverages such as water, coffee, and tea, which was a thoughtful gesture.It is noteworthy that Metropolitan Auto Care & Towing is a black-owned business, and my daughter left with a friendly token a free book authored by a black writer. The friendly and sweet demeanor of the staff and the tranquil ambiance of the place made our visit even more enjoyable. They were not only helpful but also informative.Furthermore, the establishment's conducive environment allowed me to accomplish some computer work during my visit. I wholeheartedly give this place a 5-star rating, a commendation that I rarely bestow upon businesses.

I recently visited this auto shop, and it was a great experience. The customer service was from their receptionist, Kamille, was exceptional! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns. The positive atmosphere and attention to detail were impressive, creating a trustworthy and welcoming environment. I highly recommend Metropolitan Auto Care and Towing for their excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction. They've earned my trust, and I'll be returning for future auto needs. I love this place! And I would recommend them to whomever needs car services tbh. When you go to other places they re very rude & just want your money. THIS PLACE has VERY nice staff. They get you IN AND OUT in a timely manner. You don t have to sit up there all day! You ll be very comfortable while your car is being serviced & they ll be sure that you understand what was done on your vehicle. This place of people have become FAMILY! Check them out! I promise you won t regret it!

It's one of my favorite places to get my car serviced. Front-end customer service is always top-notch, respectful, and welcoming. When you walk in and they know your name, you know your patronage is valued and appreciated.I'm always leary about going to a place and being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, and I know nothing about car repairs, maintenance, or pricing. Ms. Mel and the mechanics always take the time to explain everything in detail and my options and ensure I know what's going on and comfortable.I support black owned businesses, and I love supporting black owned businesses owned and managed by a black woman.

Let s start with I have gotten a few oil changes here and there from them and my experiences have always been pretty pleasant .. BUTThis company went above and beyond for me today. So much I wanted to come up the shop and hug all of them.My car recently broke down and I towed my car to them after hours. Mind you I work the same hours as there operation so it was hard for me to be able to come to the shop to take care of any business. This is where the front desk started exceeding my expectations for any auto shop. They called and texted me to keep me updated, they communicated with me and worked with me on how to fix my car. I was able to speak to the mechanic on the phone about my car issues and he addressed them in a timely manner. (Mind you this was the Christmas holiday weekend). They repaired my car and worked with me as I figured out how to pay for the services needed .And to top is all off they delivered my car to myJob after payment which helped tremendously since I work the same hours and it would have been so difficult to even get my car back.I m forever grateful for their hospitality, kindness, and patience!Will definitely recommend to everyone

Always a pleasant experience! I have gotten several oil changes, new tires, alignments and even mechanical work done to my car. Mechanics were very thorough and figured any issues that needed to be fixed.

I've been coming here for 4 years and i have never ran into any problems. I drop my car off and I know that it's in good hands and that I'll get it back in a timely manner. I want to especially thank Destiny for going over and beyond with great communication and custumer service skills. I was having a bad day when I arrive, but I left feeling on top of the word. Thanks guys.

The service was GREAT! My car died as I was going home and I didn t know what was wrong.. I called and they got my location and was there in 30 minutes! He explained to me what seemed to be wrong and was very polite and I really appreciated that! Thank you so much. I look forward to doing business again!

Daryl is absolutely amazing.. being a woman he didn't make me feel like he was taking advantage of me.. he legit helped me save and did some extra for me being he seen how many kids I had. My car stopped on the side of the highway after overheating. After calling around town for a tow, Metro auto care and Towing was the only company available and came to the rescue within minutes and towed my car back to the shop. I was able to get my problem resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The entire staff was professional, fast, and easy to work with especially the young ladies at the front counter. I was kept informed and up to date of the status of my vehicle thoughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend. Price to diagnose and repair my issue was very reasonable compared to having the work done at the dealership. They ve gained a loyal customer!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady at front desk has absolutely no customer service experience and is down right rude at time. I would not recommend this place, pay for the tow truck. I came in for a tire change, after my tire bubbled and was about to blow out. My car had been serviced by a certified mechanic two week prior to coming here. After going back to the dealership, turns out I now need $300 worth of work related to the wheels and to replace my wheel lock keys!

this place is so amazing! I came in for an oil change and it took less than 30 minutes and was not expensive at all! they also noticed a hole in my tire and plugged it for FREE! I will definitely be back! the lady in the front was kind and the mechanics were absolutely charming!

My experience here was very good. Camile was friendly and informative and helped me complete the paper work. Darrell explained fully and completely what needed to be done and even gave me a glove so I can feel for myself what the issue with my tire was. I will definitely be coming back.

The price didn't equal the service. And when I questioned why the engine light was still on, the mechanic said "I don't know, that means something is wrong with your engine". Instead of doing a point check after the oil change and letting me know of future things that might become an issue soon. Now, 4 weeks later, my car won't start and someone else has to do the job they could have done when they changed my oil. Oh yeah, and they don't like using the parts you buy (if you found it sold cheaper somewhere else, they have a "deal" with the auto parts store across the street. So make sure you ask if the parts have a guarantee warranty.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
