I would like to thank Adrien for providing world-class customer service at Mercedes Benz Atlanta South. After damaging my socket flap, he was able to research the exact parts I would need for my repair and connect me with a service advisor. I appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure I was all set, especially during the busy holiday season. I appreciate his help, and highly recommend Mercedes Benz Atlanta South for all your parts and services.

Disappointed as usual. Went to the Parts Department, and they had the parts that I needed. I spent almost $200 and the parts clerk didn't have the training to say "Thank you" ... That's not the clerk's problem... It's a customer service training problem.

Love the new coffee bar waiting area. Mostly every staff greeted you as they passed. The service tech Emmanuel was capable of explaining the service needed and what to expect on the next service. He was very helpful, Polite and courteous.

Great place, ask for Z Stewart. She knows her stuff and she got me in my 1st C300!! Fabulous service and for the finance guy ask for James Ruffin.

Went there for a service recall. Recall said approx 30 min so set appointment and arrived early. Service rep says 1 1/2 hrs to do 30 min job. Just a software update! 2 hours later they finally finished. Blamed the initial 30 minute estimate on Mercedes corporate. Totally unexceptable!

I needed to replace my key it was not unlocking my doors the replacement key $350 is not unlocking my doors. The dealership looks nice everyone seems to be very pleasant and the only thing I am very disappointed about is the fact that I paid for my key on Wednesday they said it would take 2 days I called on Friday and was put on hold for about 45 I called back again on Monday was put on hold for another 22 minutes so I left and went up there and guess what MY KEY had been there since Friday but it was lost they couldn't find it all the time it's in John's drawer and no one called me and I had to pay for a rental for two extra days that they don't care nothing about that was very unprofessional

This is my second Benz from their and the service e department is always on point. Ms Gabe is always a pleasure and efficient when I go to pay for my services. Always smiling and just great energy.

I travel for work so often times I use the airport concierge service. It's a pretty simple process . You park in the designated area before departure and then you pick your vehicle up after your return . The dealership parks your vehicles at the airport and hour before your return . You retrieve your key by using the last 5 digits of your phone number. I returned Thursday evening to find that my key could not be retrieved by using my cell phone number. I called the emergency number as instructed several times and got no answer. I texted and called my service advisor still to get no answer . I was forced to leave my vehicle at the airport and get a ride home from my husband. I finally received a text message the next morning inquiring as to why I hadn't picked up my vehicle. I explained the horrible ordeal I had experienced and asked to speak with the Service Manager. I was told that Joe Pitt was in meetings but he would call me back . I did not receive a call from Joe so I called him back and left him a voicemail. It is now Wednesday and I have yet to receive a call from the service manager or anyone else but coincidentally I receive a text message every single day in reference to a $36 parking payment . I am very disappointed in the level of service or lack there of that I have received from Mercedes Benz Of South Atlanta and will be reporting this to their corporate office. Currently my vehicle is still parked at the dealership since last Friday and no one has even bothered to return my call or even inquirie as to when I will be picking it up . As much money as I have spent with this dealership over the years , it seems their only concern is the $36 parking fee . If you are looking for a Benz dealership with Great customer service DO NOT VISIT Mercedes Benz of South Atlanta

Went in this weekend to get a part and received the worst customer service I could have imagined! As I was waiting in line I overheard two other customers talking about the lack of customer service now I understand!

Not as friendly as the buckhead location plus I was educated as to how they have different ownership.: what does it matter? It's supposed to be a brand and be seamless!
