Meineke in sandy springs is the best, been coming here for about 10 years, when Rommell and the team repair your car you can sleep at night. From emissions to oil changes, brakes or engine repair, these are your guys, look no further!

I don t know much about cars or car health so I am typically apprehensive of going to auto repair shops. However that is not my experience at meineke - they have made me feel so comfortable, they are always concise with their feedback and make it digestible with breakouts for costs of each repair item and they are all around good people. I will never take my car anywhere else!! Don t sleep on Meineke

The folks at this Meineke are top-notch. We discovered them by accident when we moved here and have counted on them ever since. They are honest and kind. Two things I can t say I ve always felt about my car mechanics. In this instance, our truck was examined promptly and fixed the same day!

I was in my work truck this morning and had a very low tire. I stopped here to just get air. The guy comes out and says $5 just for air. The was he said oh that s how we get down around here made me feel like I was not at a business at all but plainly on a street corner somewhere This was the most unprofessional and rude shop I have been to in the last year of working in Roswell. I don t recommend any service they offer! If they charge $5 for air imagine what the charge for other services.. The customer service here was ridiculous and horrible.

For about 10 days now, I've driven my car with the new breaks installed by Meineke on Roswell Road. Rommel and his team consistently offered a good customer care and attention throughout the process, resulting in a very positive experience.

Came by with a 2016 Sierra Denali. GMC dealers quoted me 2.5k more than this Meineke for the service I needed.Came by, spoke to the owner and it was clear he was detailed and technical. I was impressed and felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced. I like the service i received at this location. I feel the manager was thorough honest and educated on the issues my vehicle had. My vehicle was a 2003 Econoline Van. This establishment made my vehicle run a lot better because of the professional work and staff.Thank you

Terrible place for business. Rommel is a poor manager. I brought my car in for issues with the acceleration and they only changed my oil. I go back in a month later because the problem persisted. Dropped my car off at 12 just to get a diagnostic, was told it would be looked at by 2, they closed at 4 nobody ever called me and I had to take it upon myself to get a ride over there in hopes of just getting my car. Once I get there, they didn t even acknowledge that I may have been without my car from Saturday morning until they opened again Monday morning because nobody called AND they didn t even have the resources to get 2 front wheel bearings to fix the issue with the noise. When telling a staff member this, Rommel overhears and shoots up out of his chair all hostile because I simply asked for an itemized receipt for the oil change a month ago vs the alleged diagnostic they did that day and then he refused to give me the branch manager s info to file a complaint and only gave me HIS card info. Clown behavior, never going here again

I came by there for my brakes and I intentionally got several different estimate from the same spot in the price changed twice not for the better higher. Over charging from the jump start. Even the price just to look at your car I got charged two different price

They wanted me to sign/approve an incorrect estimate. It clearly had the wrong year. So I'm wondering had I approved it and they completed the repairs, would they have now said oh the price is much more since we had the wrong vehicle year. I'm almost sure this would have been the outcome.I believe this is now a trend as another repair shop entered in a totally complete make and model which caused the price to be more than $500 less!!! They are Purposely entering incorrect vehicle info in order to quote a much lower price, then you end up getting an unpleasant surprise.One guy was not nice at all, yes at Meineke Roswell Rd., maybe he was in a hurry to get off, it was a little after 5pm. Still no excuse for your rudeness. In fact, when I called that evening, I was literally stranded on the side of the road and I was still polite and kind towards you.There's absolutely no excuse for your rudeness!Oh, and they're quick to tell you how many hours your repair requires according to what their computer spits out. This is a complete LIE!!I Can assure you they have made that same repair more than 100 times and they are fully aware that it doesn't even take half the time the computer says.Again, this is now a trend, they are just taking advantage of people and charging the maximum price possible.Thank you. These guys are the best, do good work, and have always taken good care of me. I started coming here about 10 years ago after I needed a second opinion. They could have made some easy money off of me, and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest. Since then I have been a loyal customer and have never once been disappointed. Even though I moved 45 min away a few years ago I still refuse take my car anywhere else.

We called these guys on a busy Saturday morning for an emergency repair, they were booked but asked us to come either way to take a look at the issue. The car was repaired within the same day!Great costumer service and great work! Thank you guys!

This Meineke location is outstanding. Professional, helpful, courteous and caring. The staff is very mindful of how car ownership can get expensive. To have a car repair business that is always willing to be transparent on what they find and willing to let you know we can do this for you today because this is what is most critical and then come back to us in another month or two and we can take care of that other issue that can wait till then means they get it and they care about their customers. I always recommend this location. Added bonus is Diesel...he s an adorable hunk of Pittie love! 4/2024: now 7 years of doing business with this Meineke location and still never disappointed.Service: Battery

Very courteous staff. Very professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything you need is done as quickly and accurately as possible. Because of how well I've been taking care of, I will definitely continue to do business with them and have them be my regular car maintenance team. Also, when explaining issues with your car, they don't talk down to you. They actually take the time to explain exactly what is going on. I went to this shop for repairing the AC of my Honda CRV. The problem was that the blowing air doesn't get cold. This costed me close to $400 to repair at this shop, and they told me that everything is fixed. Guess what? after three days the AC started to blow hot air again. I went back to the shop and they told me they will refill the Freon with UV dye fluid to determine where the leak is happening. After two days from refilling, the AC is no longer working and I went back for the third time. They told me that it is a compressor issue and that will cost me another $1300. At this point, I realized I am getting ripped off, and never went back to this shop again.Service: A/C installation & repair

People were fantastic. Daughter broke down and got towed to them. They checked out the vehicle, explained the issue, and also what they could and could not do. Picked up the vehicle today. I appreciate these guys immensely.
