I hit a pothole, well really it was more of a crater. It pretty much took my whole wheel off the hub assembly and the knuckle. Had my vehicle towed to Mavis and they ordered the parts and completed the repair. They're very professional and helpful. Sometimes it can be hard for a woman to find a mechanic that isn't going to take advantage of them. I've been coming to Mavis for several years. I continue to come back because of the professionalism of the staff. This is my first time coming to the Cumberland location. I based my decision to come here off of the stellar reviews. Before I received with any repairs I always double check and make sure that the price I'm quoted for the parts and labor is within industry standards. I found that the price that they quoted me for the parts was actually $600 less. The bulk of the cost of my repair almost 80% of it was in parts and the cost of the labor was very fair. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location. I'm thankful that I was able to get back on in the the road.

My first time being serviced at Mavis. Truly a smooth experience. Alex at the front desk has exceptional customer service. In addition everyone at this location was informative, welcoming, & professional. Definitely a returning customer.

10 stars if I could! I was in and out with a new tire in 20 minutes. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Being a woman doing anything car related can be a nightmare sometimes. They were fast, helpful, and most of all trustworthy! Will definitely recommend them to all.

I went into Mavis today and was greeted by Kevin. I had my tire changed a few days ago somewhere else, and they did not put the spare back under the car. Kevin happily got down in the rain and put the tire back in it s holding spot. He even showed me how to do it so if this issue comes back up, I know what to do. Thank you to Kevin for being so patient and kind and to Mavis, too!!

I was in from out of town and ended up with a flat tire. Went to 3 places looking for help and this shop was finally able to help me find a solution that would get me home! Alex and Kevin went out of their way to help me and were as kind and gracious as anyone I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I commend this place for their excellent customer service and friendly and helpful employees!

This is my go-to spot to get my oil changed. Service has always been top notch. I called up here on Christmas Eve less than an hour before they closed to see about getting an an urgent oil change the day after Christmas. Kevin told me to go ahead and swing by and they d take care of it for me. Fastest oil change I ve ever gotten and Kevin and Aaron were extremely generous to squeeze me in at the last minute before a holiday. Great guys and diligent workers. Come here and see these guys for the best and most accommodating service.

I can not say enough amazing things about the ALL STARS at Mavis on Cumberland Pkwy. Lenny, Aaron, Drea, Kevin, and John! Anything and Anytime I had an issue they always take GREAT care of my vehicle. Their customer service is superb and the mechanic work is always top notch! Thank you guys for going over and beyond

I am very impressed and satisfied with this location. I recent had my front brakes and rotors replaced. However, I had to bring my car back as I began to experience squealing in the brakes shortly after as well as an issue with my battery. The staff here did not hesitate to make this right! Fixed the brake noise and replaced the battery! Also when I originally came in my bumper had two screws on the bottom that were not fastened and they took care of that too! One thing I have to say is that they take care of whoever walks through those doors. I really appreciate the service!

My car was making a very disturbing noise. As soon as I pulled in to Mavis parking lot, two customer service representatives assisted me immediately. There was metal piece stuck to the bottom of my car. They also assisted me with choosing the best tires for my car. If you want to be wasted by great people in a timely and professional manner, please visit them.

I walked into Maven after a long day of work with a flare tire and these people took care of me effortlessly. They have a great attitude and fixed my tire within 30-45 min wait time. I 100% recommend using them if you have any issues with your car. You don t meet many people who will genuinely love what they do and it shows in their customer service! 10/10

I pulled in this business to ask questions about my tire pressure. Kevin was Awesome! He gave attentive, friendly, and efficient service. He shared his knowledge and experience openly and made me want to return. Customer Service like this is a dying breed. Five stars for Kevin making a difference.

Got all my tires replaced here. Staff is very nice, especially Kevin and Alex, and Kevin had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Barely had to wait.

Do not believe a word these people say. I had a flat tire yesterday and brought it in first thing. They said they had to order the tire and it would be in this morning at 8 AM and be installed at 9 AM. Called at 8:15 AM to make sure it would be ready at 9 AM and was told the tire would not be here for two more days. What a joke? Word to the wise Do not trust anything these people tell you.

It was a stormy Tuesday morning and I was en route to work when the tire pressure light came on. I stopped at this location and Kevin graciously put air in my tires. He was friendly and professional. Thank you for giving me peace of mind!!

I am a returning customer to Mavis who has a bad experience at another store when it came to balancing my tires. Spoke to Alex on the phone and Andrea in store. They were able to calm my frustrations and get my car back to riding the way it was before I visited the other store

I made an appointment the same day online for an oil change. Aaron the assistant manager was so nice and welcoming. He told me things that would need to be fixed next and gave me Black Friday deals on my oil change. He was also helpful with tips on when to get certain things checked at 30,000 and 50,000 miles. Lo had my oil check done quicker than I could blink my eyes! lol! Needless to say I will be back!

I recently had a tire with a pesky patch issue, and this tire shop was a lifesaver! Their prompt service and expert team fixed the problem efficiently. Awesomeness!I came to get air in my tires on the way to the Jeep dealership. I was explaining to Kevin my frustration with my truck and he informed me that they could take a look at it and my problem sounded like a bad battery. I came in and Aaron assisted me. I called to inquire about service and I guess Scott didn t like my responses because he hung up on me in MID conversation, I was not rude I was not yelling , I was simply asking questions to get an understanding. If I can t ask questions for an understanding, I definitely won t trust you with my car for services.

I came in tonight frantic needing a tire as my tire had popped and this crew was phenomenal!!!!! They handled my car with so much care and ensured me everything would be fine!!
