This is my second time in about 6 weeks at Mavis Tire due to tire punctures and both times have been great experiences. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Mr. Blue who took great care of my situation. I would certainly recommend this location for auto work! Reasonable pricing snd great service! Also very clean office, bathrooms, and seating area.

I have been here twice in the last 10 days because I am trying to do a better job of taking care of my car. Janae is always so helpful and this location is very professional. Great service and convenient for me since it s very close to my house I can go home and they ll call me when everything is good to go!

For one the manger sha is phenomenal!! She took her time explaining to me wait is needed and also help me stick with in my budget. The whole team been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back for all my car needs

This was my first experience getting an oil change here, and I was thoroughly impressed. Not only was the price reasonable, but the service was excellent too. Additionally, I received a generous $25 discount on the oil change. Overall, it's a fantastic place to go for automotive maintenance.

I had a positive experience at this location today. This was the first time I used Mavis. They repaired a tire that had a nail in it. I also asked to have an oil change while the car was on the lift. Everyone was pleasant and the pricing was competitive. I will give them my business the next time I need a set of tires. Other shops won't repair a tire, they will just try to sell you a new tire.

Mr Blue took care of me today. I came in with a flat and they really made sure that not only I got another tire but I got the best deal out the door . The customer service was impressive and they truly wanted to ensure all my needs were meet. I highly recommend this location. Mr Blue will take care of you!

Brought my Honda accord in on 3/29/2024 to get 4 new tires & alignment, they did the install and the alignment, and I left. I soon noticed the car was pulling to the right side. So, at that point I went to check the tires. Upon checking the tire pressure, I had 50 PSI in one tire 44 PSI in another, and the other 2 were some random tire pressures above 40 PSI as well. Now keep in mind the door clearly says what the tire pressure should be for the vehicle. And he added way too much. So that means the tire tech who worked on my car absolutely did not even look at the door he just put air in the tire and kep it moving. Plus, the whole time he was working on my car he was on his cell phone talking to someone wile he was working. I started to say something to the manager, but I did not, clearly that could have added to the reason why all my tires were not properly inflated. Please be careful if you visit the location because you just may encounter the same thing. No one there is really monitoring the tech guys and letting them know this is a work environment and they should not be talking on there cell phone while doing jobs on customers cars. Its so unprofessional & it can lead to a poor quality job.

Excellent service. Most notably from Steven. He's a straight shooter. I told him exactly what I wanted done to my fiances car while I was out of town and he executed the job perfectly. This is now our place to buy tires and service our cars so long as Steven works here.

Excellent customer service by Hamilton! He was super helpful and accommodating! I was worried about being late for an oil change appointment after work and he insisted that I come in and even went above and beyond to check my windshield wiper blades ! 100 percent recommend and will be coming back !

1st let me start out by saying this place is brand new it's only been open for 2 weeks weeks the date of this post. Still has that new store smellThe customer service here is beautiful they're transparent truthful and sometimes brutally honest With the repairs that need to be done to your car, They let you know all your available options and they're patient with you On you make any decision for your car.I came here in the morning time I had a big big repair that took a part coming in, the part was delivered with within An hour and the repairs was done in a matter of a few hours To me that is an appropriate time to get things doneThey have clean bathrooms and they even have a play area for your childrenThey do tires & Breaks And more don't let the name Fool You!All in all this was a great 1st time experienceUpdate: This place is still amazing I have come here numerous times now and I have Met the general manager and most of the staff and they are amazing The prices are reasonable and they work with youWanted to add that they do have free air machine that calibrates to your tire pressure which is amazingThey also have parking in the front and back of the building and the property is very clean. If you don't know the area very well it is surrounded by a bunch of hotels ,rental car options and a mall That has a very big food court just in case you need these things on your visit.As of right now this is amazing a great place to bring your car. No reason to hesitate just bring it in and receive good service

I wanna give a huge thank you to Steven who have actually made my day from worse til it could have been worse I was totally stressed out leaving the mail from picking my girlfriend from ny some dog equipment for only 10 min coming out the mall to a flat tire . Man I cried almost caught a heart attack I almost was bout to have a funeral and there was Steven to the rescue also I wanna say thank you to new the worker Ciara who was also a great help to calming me down and letting me know it ll be okay I recommend any one to stop by who having car problems Steven was the best automotive mechanic I have ever felt with in my years of driving . What a breeze, visited on a Sunday and Mr Blue took really good care of me. His attention to detail was very thorough, he explained all that was needed to be done to the car and was also very forthcoming with the pricing, i knew then I was in good hands. He's a master at this and I appreciate his service skills.

Do NOT go to Mavis Tire! This location has treated me HORRIBLE. They crashed my truck into the garage bay and have been completely avoiding me for months. Delaying any repairs on account of their "vendor" not getting back to them. I call the manager once every few weeks and she does the absolute minimum and never follows up or follows through on what she says she will do.Very disappointed. A company that refuses to fix damage that they blatantly caused. Imagine the damage they cause that you can't see! Not to be trusted.

I love this tire shop! I spent weeks searching for a reasonable place to get my tires and I will look no further. I've found the one! This Mavis Tire & Brakes location at Lenox Rd is the best place to go. Come see Mr.Blue and let their team take care of you. They went above & beyond their service expectations for me. 5 stars!

Two months ago I had a very negative experience at Mavis Tires Cheshire Bridge Road location and wrote about it. My review eventually came to the attention of two people in management. The first, Mr. Kevin McCoy, reached out to me to advise me that Mavis wanted to make the situation right and he set me up with Mr. Norman Shaw, who took the ball from there and arranged for the Lenox Rd. location s manager Janae, to completely redo the work, put 4 new tires on, do an alignment, and fix lug nuts that had been stripped. All at no charge. Mr. Shaw even met me at the location. This is truly customer service working at its best. This deserves a 5 star rating for responsiveness, customer service, and working hard to make a situation right and turn a 1 star review into a 5 star. Thank you.

Went to get my truck serviced after work. Every single employee at the Mavis in Buckhead are so polite and professional especially the attendant at the front desk! Great service and I was in and out in no time. They really put my mind at ease when it came to the tune up I needed for my truck and they are very knowledgeable. Thank you Mavis in Buckhead!

I towed my car here this past week because my tire went flat. Turned out I needed a new tire. They didn't have one there so they ordered it for next day delivery. I have been to this location a few times to have the air checked in my tires, and to have a tire repaired, and they have always been friendly, professional and quick to help me. I received excellent treatment this time too and my new tire was ready the next day.While I was waiting, other customers came into the shop. Without fail, every customer received the same friendly service and attention. I highly recommend this place!

Dropped my car off at 10 am for a slow leak in my tire and it wasn t done until 5 pm BUT they were super busy so I feel like it was really good that I got my car back same day. They were so friendly and efficient. Called me once they figured out what was wrong with my tire, answered my whirlwind of questions, and called me when my car was done. Pickup was quick and easy. It was so cheap too!! Definitely the best prices!

Had appt today I arrived at Mavis on Lenox Road to a Mr Blue at front counter He was ready to serve me with a pleasant smile a very professional with his knowledge of my service needs. ..he answered all my questions an concerns, gave me my price an ETA of when my service will/would be done. Mr Blue showed great customer service today!!! Well done!! He was great !!

Had a great experience bringing my truck to this shop! Mr. Blue & all of the other employees there were honest, helpful and skilled at what they do.
