This place is a huge scam especially the guy there named Ricky everything was ok at first until I called and asked them to not touch my motorcycle because I was going to take it to my own machine shop they said they never touched the bike and when I came to pick the bike up they started on the repair after I was told the bike was never touched originally came in for a manifold stud to be extracted but was advised by others to not use this shop. The ended up ruining the original broken stud and stripped the other none broken one. Also the owner I think Ricky threatened me so i advised him I m the wrong person for that seeing as I have a military background. They re not even willing to fix the problem they caused so I will be taking them to court DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE

If u are planning to take motorcycle there please don't. I rode my motorcycle there but had to tow it away from there to another shop ,they charge me as if they had repaired my motorcycle never informing me that its not fix it cut off soon as I got out of the parking lot ,I return to shop and they made it appear as if it was my fought I didn't want to argue with them so I took my bike to a professional and he told after diagnosis what was wrong with the bike and bad work that master automotive did by screwing up the carberators, they also told my engine was bad,not the case at all master automotive just don't know what they are doing. Probably good at fixing lawn mowers.Avoid like the plague.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stay away from these money hungry people charged me $600 for a tune up on a 06 and 4 months later i had a cylinder 3 misfire i took it back and they charged me again eveytime you go back its gonna be something different wrong with your car definitely overpricey and scamey

This place is amazing. I brought my Kia here when my Niro started leaking oil due to a bad oil pressure switch. Even after saying they couldn t guarantee that anyone would have time to get to it that day, they diagnosed & confirmed the issue within a couple of hours. Then, they kept me updated on the part delivery delay, replaced the bad switch & changed the oil (at my request). Customer service was top notch, communication was thorough with zero promises that they did not keep! I would ve spent just as much at a dealership, if not more (not that I had a choice at that point, my engine would ve seized had I not been able to leave my vehicle there). Highly recommend.

The staff is extremely nice and I appreciate the updates on their website if you need to know if anything changes. They do great work and go above and beyond if they see anything that may need to be repaired instead of doing just what the customer notice. Took my vintage bike in to be serviced. It came out of the shop running better but upon closer inspection and testing at home it became clear that what they did was just a bandaid fix to a deeper problem that should have been communicated to me but wasn t. I do a lot of work on my bike and know it very well, so I would have really appreciated to know exactly what they did and what it meant, but their communication left out very important facts that only became clear when I performed tests on my own. I appreciate that they have someone in the shop who works on these vintage bikes since they are complicated machines but I would have appreciate much more clear communication. They made it seem like everything was totally ok with the bike when it came out of the shop but when I realized what they did was a bandaid fix, and they didn t mention anything about the deeper problem, it made me feel they were either being dishonest or just lazy. They seem like nice folks and it seems like the guy who worked on my bike is a competent mechanic but they could definitely improve on the communication front.

Where do I start? This was the weirdest and worst experience I ve ever had with a motorcycle shop. I needed some gaskets replaced and the carbs cleaned. I took my bike in, got a quote and a timeframe of a few weeks for when to expect the bike to be ready. 5 months later, I got my motorcycle back in worse shape than it was before taking it in. Ricky, the tech, told me that I would need new carbs (very expensive for an early 80 s Kawasaki). This sounded odd to me, in combination with the absurd amount of time that it took for him to tell me this was an issue. I took my bike to another shop up the road. They had the bike riding well within 4 days with the existing carbs in place. They also pointed out to me how messed up the bike was after being worked on at this shop. Ricky simply could not complete the job, but did not have the decency to be honest with me about his ineptness at working on motorcycles. Stay far away from this place.

Horrible service and customer service...Do not use this service. I am a retired veteran of 24 years Army and this is the worst place I have encountered when it comes to customer service and over priced labor. I visited this shop to have new tires put on a yamaha roadstar motorcycle. I purchased the tires myself from another location and also requested for brake flush and oil change. Total price was $1100. $400 to put on a rear tire and $300 to put on a front tire and the rest was for the other items being fixed. After their rep called with the price, i was hesitant but gave them the green light to proceed. Within 1 to 2 hours i had spoken with Freedom motorsports "licensed yamaha dealer" of Mcdonough and they informed me that they charge $161 to change both wheels. I immediately contacted the rep at the shop to halt services and she said they had already taken the wheel off. I explained the situation and she said she would see what she could do to modify the price. i took her for her word or i would have stopped all other services and stop it there. i never had expectation for them to price match but have some consideration. $700 versus $160 is a giant labor fee difference. We had miscommunication as to when the vehicle would be ready as i had to have someone drop me off and it was pure attitude from when i walked in the door as like what am I doing there. I requested price quotes for additional items that i never received. I politely asked would there be any modification of the tire mount from previous conversation and her response was our original quote stands and it is what is is. I was was taken back like wow. I informed her i wasnt pleased with the decision made without any consideration and i would be doing a review on this shop. Her response with attitude was "everyone has a right to their opinion and our prices may be high but we have quality work."..I paid their over priced labor fees but I guarantee I will never use their services again. Please do not use this shop for any of your services. They are ripping you off and they are way over priced. You will have a better..If I could post a zero star. that would be my rating. I wish i could post the invoice so you could see it yourself. ive posted it on Yelp if you would like to review for yourself.I read your response to my review and your response was not factual. You as the owner was not there for any conversation or transaction. As i stated everything that happened was factual and my quote was factual from Feeedom Motorsports of McDonough. I've taken two motorcycles to Master and I've been impressed with the quality of work each time. Once they start on your vehicle they will get it turned around in a reasonable time and have you feeling like new again. I would highly recommend, if you're in the Atlanta area, to bring your vehicles to Master and you'll see first hand the quality work and professionalism you're met with. 10/10.

Took scooter to twist&scoot to get carburetor cleaned they did a terrible job scooter stopped working 3 days later. Took scooter to master auto and motorcycle and they did a very good job they gas jets were not cleaned by other place. I would highly recommend buddy scooter owners should take their scooters here because they care and make sure you are satisfied with their work.

My mom had just buried her husband and I wanted to do her a small favor of getting her oil changed before I left to fly back home.1st day the owner told me they were very busy and for me to come at 9:00 am the next morning. Did that in pouring down rain and he was not there. Told the receptionist it would be 2 hrs. before getting there, to get my number and he will call...well never received the call and did not get the oil change. #HonestyisBlissful

Unfortunately I would not take my motorcycle back to this place. I took my bike in for a tune up. It took them three weeks. When I kept calling to check in my bike the guy said why do you keep calling. He had poor customer service. Well let s fast forward six months later I go to change out my batter and the screws have been stripped . It was not worth the time nor money. I was excited to see a motorcycle shop in the community but this is a huge disappointment.

Quick, reliable, quality service. I called for an appointment for a synthetic oil change, came in an hour later, and I was greeted right when I got out of my car. Excellent customer service and I'm happy I was recommended to come here by word of mouth.

Customer service wasn't up to par, as being a potential new customer and seeking their service, when I called I was told, I would receive a call back shortly. Well after 2 weeks it's safe to say that call isn't needed or expected.

Towed my bike here for a tube change. After a day and phone calls later they quoted me $350 to change a tube... something that costs maybe $60 at any other shop in the city.Waited three days to speak to their tech about this insane charge to fix a flat... never got a call. Ended up just walking my bike up the street instead.

Had a tire rapidly going flat so I gave Master Automotive a call. I spoke to a very nice lady who said to bring it right in and they would check it out.25 minutes later I was on my way with my tire fixed. Excellent customer service.

Pay attention to the low reviews with the most thumbs up.. This place is way overpriced and a little scam-y. Took a motorcycle rim in with the new tire on. All they have to do was set the bead with the machine, a job that takes under 10 minutes. Anyone that knows anything about motorcycles knows this, they quoted $120!! What a joke. Do not take your bike or car here.

Most I admire their honesty and patience.Auto issues aren't fixed with a magic wand, and the full staff take extra effort to explain the problems and caution about what to look for in the future.And always lots of smiles. Good people.

Top-notch customer service, and quality repairs! Mechanic is very knowledgeable and has no problem showing you exactly what s going on, rather than just telling you. When you come here you know you re gonna be taken care of! Highly recommend

WONDERFUL ! PLACE when I got to master Auto motive and Motorcycle my last car was a mess! so Ricky and Mellisa put me in a new car! and Ricky and Mr. Kenny fixed everything on it new tires, tune up, oil change, emissions , wind shield wipers, tie rod ends even got all of my windows tented here! and I was excited and good to go. The labor and price are un real as high as the dealership better off going to the dealer he marks the price of parts up 4time the amount and you gave all the auto part stores near and he doesn't think people would go do a price check some one is going to hurt this guy the work is not quality????????
