Outstanding service and experience. Very communicative, friendly, and fair pricing. Had my whole car repainted when it was starting to peel from sun damage, and it looks brand new now! They even picked me up when my car was ready (I live close by) and answered all my questions readily. Would definitely go back and recommend to people. 10/10

My car was running fine before I let them fix it and when I got it back my car shut off out of no where while I was driving home. They messed my car up and they did not fix my bumper and front end correctly on my car. I pad cash to get my car fixed that I work hard for. I would not recommend this location (Metropolitan) in Atlanta Georgia. My car wasn t ready on the day it was supposed to be ready within the 2 week timeframe and I had to pay extra for a rental car. I was told that the guy that paints the cars had an emergency on the day that my car was supposed to be painted but I think that was a coverup for my car not running normal how it was when I dropped it off to them. The guy that fixed my car has caused an electrical issue when he wired up my headlights that keeps causing my car to shut off when I m driving it. Now my car has been on the side of the expressway twice since I ve gotten it back from MAACO at this location. This place needs to be shut down if they re not gonna do fix people s cars right. They don t care they just want your money and tries to do coverups.

I came in with my front headlight busted out and a bumper that was completely detached to the front of my car. I was able to come in and get a quick estimate and parts ordered within 30 minutes! The staff was super nice and flexible with my scheduling, and really made an effort to give me the best price of anywhere else I went. The car was fixed super quick and it looked great. Accompanied my brother to pick up his car that had been here over 10days with no contact. Bumper repair issues. The manager, white female with pony tail, Marlena, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked to be present during the car inspection before we took it in our possession. . She was abrupt, yelled at me, at which time I checked her to refrain from talking me in that manner!! My brother just finished dialysis, was weak, and I spoke for him. We will never come back here due to the worst treatment ever for paying $1520.00 for sub par service.Service: Body & Trim

This was the worst experience ever it's not even worth a star but I had to give it something in order leave my review. I dropped my vehicle off July 27th 2020 I was promised to have it back in a week. Didn't get my car back untill Aug 20th 2020 and the paint job was still a mess. Went to this location and was given a quote on a paint job from Jay (manager)we were satisfied with the price so we put down a $200 deposit and was to pay the remaining balance that Tuesday when we returned to pick up the vehicle no problem. Tuesday I send my boyfriend to pick up the car and they had painted the car but didn't do any of the body work that was included in the quote. I was told that it was a miscommunication on the company's behalf. Ok so now I'm given another date to come pick up my car. This happened two more times I was given date's to come back to pick up my car because the paint job was still a mess. Fast Forward Aug 20th 2020 go to pick up my car and the car was still a mess and they had the nerve to tell me that Jay told them not to do anymore work on my car because they had done enough already and we didn't have to pay the remaining balance. The sad part about this whole experience is that I paid my money for a service that was supposed to have taken a week but some how it turned into almost a month and the car STILL LOOKS A MESS. I WOULDN'T DARE REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they didn't. This Location Is Unprofessional and has Poor Customer Service. Both pictures are after pictures.UPDATE: I'm just now receiving a call back from CORPORATE Sept 14, 2020 (I had to reach out to them twice before I received a call back) this company is trash. I see why this location is low rated corporate dosen't believe in honoring their policy nor do they believe in professionalism because everyone that I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude like it is ok to take our hard earned money and give us a Kindergarten paint job well it's not. Looking at the reviews this has happened on more then one occasion and that's lets you know that Maaco Collision Repair is all about a dollar and not good quality work or pleasing a paying customer. Once again do not use this location their a rip off the worst experience ever.Service: Painting

My headlight lenses were very dull and cloudy on my 16 year old Odyssey. The Maaco technician restored them to 90%. Compared too new lights. Very pleased

(This is what I have said on the multiple surveys they continue sending asking for feedback as well as what I emailed to the customer care email address I saw in a previous review...still no response from Maaco. I called the "corporate" number but the call just drops. )I wanted to share my experience with you because, as a member of the neighborhood in which the store resides, I want to support my local community but, the service I received was less than I know it can be. Overall, the staff was pleasant for the most part, 7/10.I brought my car in 12/29/22 and got it back 2/4/23 for a fairly mild collision issue. During the entire time, I had a terrible and near impossible time with communication. This significantly increased the time I went without my car. When I would call, the phone would go to voicemail and the mailbox is full so no messages were left. (Same thing when I tried to call 5 minutes ago). This lack of communication was brought to the attention of the front office person Lisa, who I learned is the manager. It was never resolved. My insurance company tried for several days to contact Maaco but, they were unable to reach them. I emailed and never received a response. This became such an issue that in order to speak to someone, I would just drive to Maaco to speak in person. I had to be the cellphone liason to Maaco and my insurance company at least twice because there was no way to communicate. While in person, Lisa acknowledged receiving my email, but she never replied.After checking on the status of my car once or twice, in person, I finally got the car. When I got it, the right brake light (the side of the repair) did not work and the key was bent. Two bulbs were lying in the trunk. I have to now gingerly insert or remove my key from the ignition for fear of breaking it. I have not been able to find any information to speak with a regional manager or area manager to address this situation. I would love to speak with someone.I incurred a significant expense with keeping the car rental past it's due date as a result of all of this (which is why I took the car when the brake light was not working). I took the car back and they can fixed the brake light. As far as the key, the right thing to do would be to replace it and I have not heard anything. The key is over $300 to replace!Metropolitan you can do better. I know you can.3/24/23 called the number requested and the mailbox was full...Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrific. They had my car over two weeks just to call me and let me know they hadn't did one damn repair to it. 1st LIE, the insurance company(USAA) was being very difficult. 2nd LIE, the manager's Boss didn't want to deal with the IC. 3rd LIE, the insurance company owed them $. So I asked what did the insurance lady say? NOTHING

This shop location is now back open again. I just took my car in, and I'm very pleased with the work. It starts at 600 to have the whole car painted. Tim gave me a good deal. I took it in on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. The paint quality looks very good, you cannot tell that it's been repainted, but I think he gave me the better quality paint. Not sure what the lowest quality looks like. But overall very happy with this shop!

Went there for a couple of things. Had to get my Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track Painted with their top tier package. They did a great job at that.But they forgot to paint an aftermarket front grill which I specifically asked them to paint when I got there.The other thing was, they had to replace my passenger side mirror (not assembly which is a $279 part, just the glass, a $39 part which snaps on and takes at the most 5-10 minutes to install), they charged me 4 hours ($400) to do that!!!! I kept challenging them on this but they did not budge.PS: They were a week late as someone was out sick but I was fine with that and understood given today's job market.

I was in a minor collision and took my car here, on a Monday, to get some body work. I was originally told my car would be ready by Wednesday but end of week at the very latest. At the end of the week, they told me it would be done the following Monday. The following Monday, I was told it would be done on Tuesday, the next day. On Tuesday, I come in to pick up my car, and I'm informed they haven't started working on it yet (like, at all). When the body work was eventually finished, they didn't even give me the courtesy of calling me to let me know it was ready to be picked up... so, it just sat in the shop an extra day, just because.The body work was generally fine. The [customer] service, however, was mediocre. So, if that's important to you, you may consider taking your car elsewhere.

I came in on a Tuesday for a minor repair and was quoted a great price and awesome time frame in which I would get my car back. I dropped my car off on Wednesday which was the next day and picked it up Thursday with no flaws! I was impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work. I definitely recommend Jay at the metropolitan pkwy Maaco! Great job....

I ve had my car serviced here three times and I ve never been disappointed. Jay and his team do great work and are very helpful when it comes to evaluating my options. Also very fair in fees, as I ve typically gathered two or three other quotes my first two times and he was either willing to match or was very close to what I would see elsewhere. The 3rd time I just brought it straight to him bc at this point I m not interested in anybody else. I wish they worked on Saturdays but hey everyone needs time off.

I worked with Jason to get my Crown Vic painted and he was excellent. I got the medium paint package with the gloss coat for a great price. The paint job came out perfect and couldn't be more happy. Fast, efficient, affordable and great customer service. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!!

My experience was good as far as professionalism and price. However the out come of the full body paint job is gritty like they sprayed on top of my old paint. The paint dryer runny, and paint is on my window. I payed almost 800$ I had the car repainted the same color to get rid of minor scratches and I am not satisfied at all my paint does not look smooth like before . I went back to talk about getting the fender and mirror repainted and one of the employees said I have orange peel referring to the gritty look paint job . I told him my car was painted at this shop and that is what I want to talk to someone about also because I was not satisfied. He went on to ask when was it painted. I had to show him my receipt that it was just painted in March. He then told me to get the whole car painted again and pay another 760$. I am very disappointed . This paint was not worth that much money

I took my car in on a Saturday appointment only and was told the car would be ready on the following Wednesday, I paid for the service just to realize there was black paint on all 4 of my windows, my car was left outside the gate since I paid in advance, and no service techs around to clean up this mess of a paint job. I m a contractor bye trade and I would never leave a job like this. I Definitely want some of my money back. This was a 500.00 paint job and I m stuck with trying to scrape black paint off my windows. No happy at all

In December 2019 I took my car into macco to get repairs after being in an accident.. the beginning process of getting the car looked at and getting an estimate went pretty smooth. I dropped it off on a Monday without any problems. However, when it was time to pick it up on the following Friday is where the problems began. I received a phone call from the associate saying that my car was ready to be picked up. I told him that I would be there around 2 to pick it up. He replied that that was fine. When I got to the store around 1:50 the door was locked.. They close at 5. I called the number that called me to let me know my car was ready but it just rang and rang. I called the main phone number but no answer. There was a truck parked in front of the store and the lights were on even the computer was logged into a Facebook account sooo someone is there. ..I sat in the parking lot for 2 hours calling both numbers 40+ times.. eventually I called corporate to ask what can be done because I had to turn in my rental. Nothing could be done.Monday morning when I returned my car was sitting right out front. When I inspected it there was paint on my headlight.. the clear coat looks like it s running... they missed a spot by the license place... my bumper is attached my a zip tie that was hanging under the car. The store manager took something off of the pain job it self but I ll still have take it somewhere else to get it repainted properly.

My car was a Quartz Metallic gray (LHK)paint code, now it's Seafrost Metallic. Yes, it was painted the wrong color. Even though it was the wrong color, I liked it. I took it back not to complain but to see if they would re- clear coat the car because of dry spots and I offered to pay for the service. Instead the manager was insulted and refused to provide any more service because I accused him of painting the car the wrong color. Maaco, if you value your reputation and these reviews, contact me and correct this issue. It's easy to verify. See the car, check the paint code, see if they match. I'll be waiting for your response.

Before Covid-19 my dad took his vintage truck in to get an estimate for a paint job. Fast forward to now, he went back and was quoted the same price. This says a lot considering when businesses opened back up many of them raised their prices to compensate for the loss of business. Mr. Indy painted my dad s precious vehicle and now we can t get him to stay home!! He loves the outcome. You. an find him anytime riding up and down Metropolitan showing off his prized possession. For $2500 when I came to get my front end changed due to an accident most of what they did looked good but for the price the front end wasn t really lined up the best, I bought a separate new grill that is black and you can see the paint marks on that n�e grill, also the clip in attachments that go on a Chrysler 300 bumper are not securely put on. They are half way falling off.. I will take it back when I get it out the current shop from having to change the radiator.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

May change later, but based on my initial impression of service, I should have gone somewhere else. I made an appointment online and called to get further information. On the phone, the employee stressed that I don't need an appointment, I can just walk in for an estimate, which I would have to be in person for anyway. I arrive and meet nothing but hostility. After waiting for 5 minutes, the employee responsible for estimates tells me I should make an appointment or be prepared to wait. Great, thanks for that. The thing is...I did. And was told not to. Very unprofessional.

Went and got a quote last year but things changed. Went back Monday and was quoted the same price. Fast, friendly, and fair prices! Hopefully I won't need anymore work done but if I do I know where to come! Btw my car looks great as well!! Thanks Jay!

I got my Acura painted a few weeks ago. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I was met with professionalism and didn't seem like I was tryin to be hustled.. I recived my car back in a little over 48 hrs and the paint job on my car looked really good especially with only paying under 500. However although the I was satisfied with the actual paint job the color did not seem to be the same as what I picked out. It seemed to be nearly to shades lighter than what I anticipated. l may come back and do an update on how long my paint job last but as of now would recommend this shop.

First and foremost I must say This Maaco is not like all of the rest. They gave me a quote in less than 5 minutes. I wasn't looking for a car show look, but when I came to pick up my 97 maroon honda accord, I was in disbelief. .It was car show quality and in 3 days..No one believes me when I tolled them that Maaco did it as they will be checking them out for their ride too..They did a AWESOME JOB! And only for a fraction of the price compared to the other body shops. They will be the only body shop to touch any of my cars again.(Quality)GREAT JOB! Might put my car in the car show this summer. !
