Jr. & the family provided great customer service and got us in and out! He took care of our issue and also made us feel at home. We were sent here by another mechanic and we are truly thankful for them. We will definitely be going back for any other mechanical needs!

Mrs. Mercy is the best and her brother. They all are amazing. The entire team is. The vibe is most definitely a vibe. Amazing energy in the building. Me and my fianc� were treated like family. I found our new mechanic home in Atlanta and the prices are very reasonable. This is our new home and family. Thank you again Mrs. Mercy. She knows her craft.

This is one of the best repair shops that do a concise repair job. Mercy is very knowledgeable and will help you out with the labor charge. I will refer friends and family to M&M. Be Blessed

Mercy is a beautiful person, her professionalism is excellent, she repaired my car in the same day with no problems, compared to other automotive shops, that make you wait 2-3 days for a simple repair. My car was running like new once she finished and she also made me aware of some others things, she could repair. The service was great! Mercy and her crew will be the only automotive shop that will service my cars moving forward!!!

In addition to great car service, I want to highlight how Mrs. Mercy and her team have been, not only, friendly but made me feel like I was dealing with my own family-loving, kind, and patient enough to explain issues and my options.As a (metro) Atlanta transplant, I have struggled to find a local mechanic for an older model Toyota. I stumbled upon M&M via google, saw the high reviews and that it is Black-owned so decided to give them a try. My first point of contact was with Mrs. Mercy who, very politely and efficiently, invited me to come by to get the problem diagnosed. Upon arrival, I received a bottle of water. Within minutes, they took my car, assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote without a bunch of random line items. Only because two parts needed to be ordered did I need to come back a different day. The part arrived quickly, they let me know it arrived and when I could come back. They promised to be finished within a certain, quick, time frame. I brought my mobile wifi and laptop then worked in the few chairs they have within the shop-all while I waited. They fixed it within the time frame and my car is running better than she has before. ;) This is a neighborhood-friendly shop, welcoming and you can tell my the flow of customers, trusted. Consider them for your next repair and tell them Jonica sent ya!

Honesty is the best policy. And I feel like that s their policy. I feel very comfortable taking my vehicle here. Fair price good service. Tell them Bryan sent you :-) ( don t mind the pictures. I just added some random ones that I thought I liked.

Scary welder that s works there hung up the phone on me after I told him what car I need mufflers off he gave me a ridiculous price of $400 just to take some mufflers off then hung up in my face. When I called back he says bruh we don t wanna touch yo car who is we you are the so called welder just quit cuhh

Jerry Jr slammed into my car on the highway a few years ago and begged me not to call the police because (among other reasons ask your son about that one) he didn t want to involve his insurance. He said that his family owns M&M Muffler and that he s a manager there. He said M&M Muffler would make sure my car was put back in the same position it was before he wrecked my bumper, since I was generous (and gullible) enough to do this without insurance. Behind the name of M&M Muffler, Jerry Jr. dishonestly dragged me along for a full YEAR (literally a year), lying about ordering my bumper, then having my bumper but needing the right paint to be ordered (white paint, nothing complicated), and so on. I was patient with him the whole time, even when it was becoming more and more clear that this is a dishonest person and a dishonest company. Eventually, he told me that I should ve called the police and there s nothing that I can do about that. This was a huge letdown and I really battled with whether I should write this. But the fact is, he used M&M Muffler and being a manager there as credibility, and M&M Muffler was fully involved with this SCAM. I wouldn t trust this shop for a second, and anyone who does will learn the hard way not to a second time.Service: Auto maintenance

Absolutely recommend. They don't break your pockets and everyone there is customer service forward. The work they did on my muffler was pristine. No going anywhere else for my auto needs.

Mercy was absolutely amazing, she was able to get me in and working with my work schedule. They were also very quick at getting the repair completed! I would highly recommend Mercy to anyone looking for a great mechanic

Ms. Mercey and her team were amazing from start to finish. Getting my car serviced is my least favorite task - I d rather get a tooth filled or have a home repair done - so I had put off my repair for a few months. She saw my car an hour after I called and had it done the next day. They have great communication and never left me guessing as to my car s status. No trying to push extra repairs on me - she listened to me and fixed the problem. Very reasonable prices and they take card! Have been to Thai location a couple time since I ve been living in Ga . Found this place on a humble in like 2012 . They about the business they very honest they professional work in a timely manner. Good vibes every time I have to go to . I love it here even tho I hate to come lol . God I thank you for this shop! The most amazing people I ve ever encountered, I came in with my car driving terribly. Mercy was patient and thoroughly checked all my spark plugs and coil packs. We found that they needed to be replaced. She replaced them and my car is driving like new. She didn t overcharge me and she was transparent about everything I needed! I have found my cars home!!

I was able to get my car's spark plugs checked and replaced quickly. I left my car there and walked to a food truck lot...sat down and ate a quick snack... Walked back to M&M's and picked up my car. I like Ms. Mercy...a woman mechanic!!!!!... who's reputation precedes her. She Is an excellent mechanic. The price was right also!!

The absolute best muffler shop. She is a female mechanic and knows her stuff. I visited 2 other mechanic shops prior to her and I am so glad I went with her. She is professional, fair and did great work on my mufflerHands down the best . I made an appt she was able to get car repaired same day with in a few hours

super quick/available, brought my car same day i called, they immediately started working on replacing piping around my muffler and were done in under two hours. Extremely nice, hardworking, efficient work and VERY fair pricing! Up front, good people. will come back!

Today was my very first visit and I must say I was very impressed. Not only are the friendly you feel like you re amongst family. The part I needed that actually had in stock! They fixed my car promptly and at a fair price! I will most definitely be back and I ll spread the word! Thanks for everything Junior
