They currently have my Continental and I can't get a hold of anyone.They've had my car for a week for service, recall repairs & a couple of repairs which should be under CPO warranty.I've been out of town for the week. I thought this would give them plenty of time to fix everything but the problem is I can't get a hold of anyone and no one calls me back.The link they text to follow along with repairs doesn't work nor does the page on their website.Someone called a few days in and he agreed to call and text with updates but I haven't heard anything.I've left messages with the receptionist & even the overnight call service but still no one will update me.Of note, one of the repairs has to do with a 3G modem which no longer works because 3G cell service was discontinued over a year ago. There's a class action lawsuit over this but somehow they've never heard anything about this when I asked for info on the 4G modem. It was up to me to provide them with the part # I discovered on the web.

I had a electrical issue with my F-150 that was not under warranty. My service advisor was Bill V. He greeted me professionally when I arrived and explained the whole process. Bill was in constant contact with updates on the repair. It was done quick and I was very happy with the results. FixedThey are honest and trust worthy folks. Long story short: extremely disorganized, dishonest, and made no effort to make it right after three mess ups. I had to go back multiple times before the advisor couldn t follow through and make sure the job was actually done.I wish I was leaving a better review, I was hesitant to leave this but I keep getting the automated request to leave a review.I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Tuesday morning for an oil change, brakes replacement, and have some electrical work done. I was told by the advisor my car would be ready in 48 hours since he was out of the office on Wednesday.I called after 48 hours and was told my car was ready to be picked up. I paid for my services and when I got into my car I noticed the oil change sticker had not been replaced. So, I went back in asking if I could drive up to the oil change area and get the new one. The advisor said he would go up for me with my car so I went back to wait.Over 45 minutes passed without any notification from them that something was going on and I had to go check twice before the advisor let me know my car did not have an oil change or the brakes done and they were doing it now and I had to wait. No apologizes, no consideration for my time, and no offer of a loaner car (another employee heard my frustration and offered to line up a car AFTER my car was still not ready when they said it would be).I waited the allotted time given and it still wasn t done. I was finally able to get a loaner car since I had to leave, came back when they said it would be ready. Left in a rush because I spent half the day out of work due to their error. Noticed the oil change sticker still wasn t replaced so I called to check. When I finally spoke to the advisor he assured me the oil change was done, only to call me back and say it wasn t actually done and I had to bring my car back. Again, no offer to make this mistake right. He did offer to come to me, but I was working and my job involves driving my car to client homes, which I explained the first time they messed up.This was not my first poor experience with this dealership so I will not be going back for service or maintenance.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

I am very impressed with how the dealer called me to initiate the service required. This is my first time using the dealer since purchasing my truck. My entire experience since my purchase has been top notch. I sought out this service center after speaking with a representative and being assured of prompt and thorough diagnostic analysis of my 1995 Ford Econoline. Not only did I not receive the service, as promised, my vehicle was NEVER touched. It was left at the location on (3/18) for more than a week and the diagnostic tests were NEVER done. I returned to the center (3/26) and retrieved my vehicle after speaking with a representative on three occasions and repeatedly told that service would be completed shortly. That did not happen. How can I comfortably trust this facility to perform any repair work on my vehicle, when staff had no regard for my business? I do NOT recommend this company!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Mary Sharp, the service rep, is amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, and incredible to work with each time I go in for servicing or maintenance. The whole team from the moment I arrived, got driven home and picked up two days later, were exceptional! I enjoy my Ford Focus for this very reason. Charles Hart was the person I spoke to on the phone over a week ago. Through routine diagnostics, he identified several critical maintenance issues with our car. The service department efficiently explained and repaired the problems. These repairs were completed by Friday of last week. Then, just yesterday, we began to hear a new noise in the car. I was able to contact Charles immediately. He had us bring the car to the service department within the next 30 minutes. Charles and the team were able to identify the issue and it was not related to the previously performed repairs. We were reassured that this was not a noise that was related to any engine, suspension, structure or brakes and that we could depart the following morning on the previously planned trip to see our grand children. They are severly understaffed. Took 3 hours for an oil change. They say they provide a complimentary car wash and vacuuming, but they dont' and say that it's due to lack of workers. They also charge misc fees on top of service, labor, and parts fee.

Ford does not inform you prior to making the appointment that this is NOT a scheduled appointment. This is a wait list you are to be added to and they will service your car when you can. You need to have a ride ready to get home because they will be keeping your car for 48+ hours.After that time you must call and remind them to do the services.I ended up not getting anything done due to the incorrect information provided, the lack of urgency at getting my situation handled and no communication about the services. After 48 hours, my vehicle had not even had a service check. It was sitting waiting. This should all be told while making the appointment so better planning can be done by the customer.Very disappointed with Ford and wish I could trade my vehicle for something else so as not to deal with the lack of help from this companyServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Hennessey performed service on my truck in several areas. It was during a time of blizzards in parts of the country so there was a delay getting parts. They loaned me a car to drive and my service advisor, Charles Hart kept me informed on progress every step of the way. The service was excellent and the best part was Charles and his caring, professional attitude.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I should ve known better. I needed a part replaced on my truck that has been a common issue for many F - 150 owners. I get to the service station and everyone is helpful and professional. We get to the point where it s time to pay and sign and the quoted cost is near $1000. I knew going into it that the dealership would cost more, but the prices quoted online during 2020-2021 were around $250 so I expected to pay $350-$450 at the dealership. I told him I couldn t do that and he was professional. I found another mechanic who did it for the price quoted online. They shouldn t charge 4x the price of everyone else.

My servicing is covered under a very expensive warranty and I do not pay a dime. I verified with the Service Rep Mary Sharpe that this is under my warranty. I explained Hennessy Ford Service has been lackluster in the past and saying a service was performed when in fact it had not. Mary said not to worry and asked if I d like my car washed too. Almost 2 hours later I was informed the service was complete. Mary stated the car wash did not work and she had to leave in 10 minutes to take a child to the orthodontist. I was presented with a bill for $168. Mary said she would take care of it and I did not owe anything. Six days later I received an email stating thank you for your payment. I then received an alert stating Alamo s 33,000 Ford rewards point were used. So Mary cleared my balance my stealing my points not using my warranty. I called and spoke to Chris the service manager who agreed it was to be covered under my warranty and Mary basically stole my points. Chris said he would call me back. Almost 10 days later I called and Chris stated he forgot to call me, I have my points back. No apology for the actions of Mary or Chris not calling me back. I have called the dealership and Pam the operator said Chris does not have a boss and someone will call me back. Crickets! Hennessy was a respected Atlanta dealership. Now the name conjures visions of thrives and grifters!Service: Oil change

My service agent Nick Odom was phenomenal. Made sure everything that was needed on my car was done and on time. I only bring my car to this location because of Nick Odom if it wasn t for him I would be taking my car to a different location. Nick provides outstanding customer service. Two issues I had: (1) The bracket on one of my sun visor's is damaged and the tech claimed he wasn't able to do anything about it, which I find hard to believe. (2) My car didn't looked washed - more like some water was sprinkled on it sans any soap - and the floor mats didn't look vacuumed whatsoever.Otherwise, the service was fast & the service advisor (Tony?) was professional.Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Went in for an oil change and a check engine light on my 2017 Ford Escape. They took way longer than anticipated to get me my car back. Week and a half after picking it up. The check engine light is back on. I will be going back to make sure they actually fix the issues. I had a great experience with Lincoln. Concierge service made everything very convenient and stress free.However, the roadside assistance company that they utilize is not aligned with Lincoln s standards of excellence. They are slow, inept and unreliable. Calling them should definitely be a last resort.Service: Tires

Unfortunately, I was not a priority as a customer as time progressed. 1. Initially my service manager D'Waylon was helpful in tracking a tire that was unusual in size and style. 2. I was to drop my truck off on a Tuesday, but we discussed him calling me (the day before) in case the shipped tire did not arrive on time. 3. No call on Monday, so I found a friend that could pick me up from the dealership and give me a ride to work (no more courtesy shuttle). I was at Hennessey Ford at 645am, my girlfriend rearranged her schedule to pick me up to drop off me off at work. 3. At 7am opening,, Dwaylon proceeds to tell me he forgot to call me the day before, the tire had not arrive. He stated he was sorry and that the company would not sale the tire and he was going to reach out to another company. He was sorry, but he got busy and forgot.He put air in the tire due to the slow leak requiring air in the tire every 2 to 3 days.. 4. One week later, I reach out to him (Oops he forgot to call me and let me know the tire was available.) Once again," He got busy and forgot." I can give someone a pass one time, but if I messed up once that person or issue would be on my radar. I am healthcare worker and it necessitates me juggling several issues at once. I make myself a note(displayed prominently) so I can remember tasks especially one where the ball is dropped earlier. However, I was not on Dwaylon's radar. Then he was not standing there for check out and had not adjusted the bill as he said,"for your inconvenience. " I had to stop the person checking me out and ask for my formentioned bill adjustment that was promised to me. For all my inconvenience he gave me $50 off a $400 bill....hmmmm.Service: Tires

Corey was great as usual. Your dwindling availability of loaner vehicles, especially F150s, remains a great disappointment. Not what I expected or was assured when I chose Ford over other truck dealers. Bad service. Took my car in they worked on it. The car got worse. Took it back the next week, they told me my car was too old for them to work on. Even though they just had last week.
