We have been loyal Hennessey Lexus customers for 25 years. We are on our 4th Lexus and have loved them all. Hundreds of thousands of miles and very affordable maintenance. We drive 90 miles (each way) for service. The Hennessey service is exceptional especially our longtime Service Manager Tim Halloran. Highly recommend!!

Although this visit for 30k maintenance was a whole lot better than my last visit I still have an issue with the cost. It was ridiculously high. Maintenance shouldn t exceed a monthly car payment! Ryan was great and the same for the rest of the staff, nice replacement s!

I was able to schedule my service easily online and confer promptly with my service coordinator Darius. We carefully reviewed the work to be done and addressed a specific concern I had about a tire pressure sensor. Darius and team began work on my car right away and provided a transportation option so I didn t have to wait for the work to be completed. Great experience all around.

Had an exceptional experience working with Omar Cash and the team over at Hennessy Lexus. Omar worked with me to find the vehicle I was searching for and had me in and out of the dealership same day drive-out with ease. His work ethic shines in his continual checkups on me from time to time to make sure I m happy with my purchase.5 stars for Omar and the buying experience at Hennessy.

I had a positive experience. Lexus serviced my car in 1 hour. I was in and out. I love the snacks. Great customer service. I will say that my sticker for my next oil change was not replaced. I guess someone forgot to replace it.

Took my car in for a pre purchase inspection and they found a few minor things wrong such as battery, air filters, ect. After I purchased it noticed it was leaking oil and took currently have an appointment at my local dealership to officially diagnose.

***UPDATE***I called and spoke with Mike Williams in Service and he was able to look me up in the system and asked me if I was available to come in the same day. He was able to get me in, install my puddle lights, get my car washed, and get me back on my way!! He explained that there was some issue with how my VIN was entered that caused the confusion with my part and me not being contacted. I'll accept it for now and hope that it doesn't happen again.I'm really surprised with my recent experience. Service department put in an order for puddle lights for my vehicle back in December and scheduled my appt for installation. I show up only to be told that the part is not only not in stock but that it had not been ordered either. But that the part will now be ordered. That was December 23. I called back about the second week of January and was told that the part was still not in and that I would receive a call when it was in and an installation date would be scheduled. I called again today, January 26th and was told that the part was in by the parts department. I then ask why wasn't I called for an installation appt? I was then told that since I placed the order myself, that I would have to call and schedule an installation appointment. This makes no sense!! So then I ask to be transferred so that I can speak to the servicing department and then the line goes dead and I don't receive a callback after they had already asked for my phone number. I am very surprised and disappointed at this slack customer service and lack of follow up from this dealership.

Made an appointment, they checked me in on time. I waited a reasonable length of time to complete which included a wash and vacuum. I was very satisfied with the service.

love this place always nice and great people and i normally get in and out within 5 minutes. they always give me a little discount when i expect to pay 100$ of bucks. lol i still pay it but 40$-60$ off helps ease the pain. i keep getting all my lexus needs here

I went in to get my vehicle serviced. After having explained the issue to the consultant. I am proceeded by a an inspection fee which is standard in most places. They could not figure out the issue after having provided them with the codes that I needed them to fix. A complete waste of $600 overall.

Mr. Halloran was so kind and patient with me and made feel like I was in good hands. They help me all the way through. He and the other gentleman who were dealing with my car wanted to make sure my car was fixed properly. I had a very bad experience with another shop, but you guys were different and I feel you care about the customer and the reputation of the product you stand behind. Sometimes dealership service centers can persuade you to get services that aren t necessary. This has never been my experience. Jakeel has always provided the best customer care and made sure I was well informed of services needed. Over the years, I have owned three Lexus. In LX470, RX300, in RX350. All were pre-owned. I had the pre-purchase inspection done at Hennessy in all three cases. Consistently, they identified all the problems. As a result, I have been very pleased with their service.

Great service. The Staff is always kind and attentive. Waiting area is clean, stocked with refreshments, TVs and work stations. Loaner cars are available if needed. It is a dealership and trying to upsell service is to be expected.

The best Lexus Service Department Ever! 100 stars. I ve used them for 15 years and even after moving from Atlanta I drive 5 hours to have my car serviced here. Honest, Reliable, Friendly. A great team environment. I had a really bad experience with this Lexus. I was out of town on business for a week and didn t have time to get serviced before leaving. As it happened, when I drove home the following week, there was a possibility of getting towed in the middle of nowhere. I had to stop by another Lexus dealership on the way, and am returning to my local one to get this resolved on Monday.

I now bring my Lexus to the North Atlanta location. It s not the closest to my home by the service is AMAZING! Ryan is the best! (Quote me on that)He gets me in and out quickly, without making me feel rushed. He s careful and thorough, but not unnecessarily long-winded.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Literally money grubbing business! I did work on my own vehicle watching a YouTube video and did all the taking apart, changing, and putting back together in 2 hours. Their service team said its a 3.1hr job at $180 or more an hour. How can you be a service professional and I can do it faster than you and yet even if you finish in 1 hour you still charge 3.1 hours of labor. They werent helpful and magically said they didnt do anything to my car but the one time i bring it to them, the horn stops working and my tire pressure gauge comes on and ive never had an issue before.
