I read all the reviews before I came and spoke with Jonathan multiple times, they are 100 percent up front about costs, friendly, and patient (because trust me I bring all the questions). I was skeptical about used tires but did my research before hand and Jonathan pulled two matching pairs down and we inspected them together! I think I got a great deal and honestly in Atlanta I'm tired of paying for brand new nice tires! Def do your research and let them know your concerns they'll take of you!As far as install, they don't do appointments, but I went on a Wednesday around 10:30am and didn't have to wait. There is no official wait room so park, go up to desk and someone will take care of you! Lucky for me I got Jonathan again and he was able to to go over everything with me again, and even inspected all my tires and we talked about options, and then I was able to have them changed right after!They take apple pay, and my experience from start to finish was amazing!Again, this is not your place where you go and have a fancy waiting room, but that's because they don't do appointments and they do great work fast!Def recommend and will be my go to in the area!

Efficient, honest, and fair.The reason this review got three stars is because they lack attention to detail. You can have it cheap, fast or good. This place is the epitome of cheap and fast. Make sure you have your degreaser in the car because you will have to wipe down, your interior and the exterior grease covered fingerprints.You get what you came for and nothing further

I needed either my tire plugged or replaced. I pulled up at 8:15 but I was early. Came back an hour later and they were busy. I pulled into an open bay and they took care of me right away, showing the hole and fixing it without trying to oversell me. My first experience here after living in the neighborhood for almost 20 years. Give them your business!

So I have used this location several times over the years with plugs and used tires and tire change out and the most recent time was my last time since they assumed I had money to pay for all of the breakfast I felt like I was being roughed up since I didn't have any thing to give the guys that helped changed out my tires so I would not recommend using this location on Metropolitan try any other place just not this one!

I had a great experience today. They were professional, kind, and quick! They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Not to mention, while I was there to get 4 tires installed and a temporary removed, there were plenty of people arriving with an issue and leaving out happy campers! As I was leaving, Tyrone and his brother (forgive me for not knowing your name) noticed my car s suspension didn t raise after the tire install so they assisted me with resetting the suspension. I am extremely appreciative of their service and will definitely recommend them to everyone!

This place is suspiciously odd, they are always moving tires back and forth to front of store but never really sale anything. And that's probably because used tires here cost more than new tires at Goodyear, Firestone or any legit tire store. They are good for air and plugging tires.

I came here because the reviews were so good. I had an emergency situation and needed a tire before driving out of town. The guys there did not try to upsell me. They gave me what I asked for and simply offered suggestions moving forward. I got on used tire to get me through the trip and it was great. I'll be returning to buy a full set of tires from Lee and won't take my car anywhere else.

This place had ok friendly staff and was quick at mounting 4 new tires on my van. But later when I needed to remove the tires to replace the brakes. The lugs were on so tight, it took two of us and an extension bar to break the lugs loose. And a couple of them, I had to stand on the extension bar. Using that air ratchet, someone needs to be trained to know when enough is enough.If I had been on the side of the highway with a flat, I wouldnt have been able to change my tire.

Always top notch customer service and they are usually going to have your tire in stock. Easy and convenient location to access. Parking not a problem. Prices are reasonable especially because if your are going to them you probably really need a tire repaired or replaced. I've had tires replaced and/or repaired over the years and will choose LEE TIRE over other similar establishments every time!!

They have good prices and fast reliable service. I've stopped by a couple times and they checked my tires and added air at no cost. That's a small thing but little touches like that are memorable and make a repeat customer.

I've come to this place three times and had no problem with getting air put in my tires. It's easy to tell that these guys don't have certifications or education to qualify them as tire technicians. The fourth time I had them to fix a flat. I was told that they would "take a look at it to determine if I needed a patch or a plug. It was immediately plugged without a conversation. I trusted that it was done correctly. I was also told that the tire pressure sensor would stop blinking. The plug came out while I was driving on 85 with my children. I was nearly hit from behind.I was towed to a shop that had certified technicians and was told that the tire should have been patched because it had a split not just a hole. I took the tire back to Lee's Tires and was met by the same guy who fixed it who stated that "he's never had a plug "pop" and tried to say the tire was defective. There was no one who would take responsibility for what happened or rectify the situation. My husband requested to speak to a manager. Finally an older white man came out tossed cash at my husband and said " tell you what, don't ever come back here again and waved a middle finger at us and told us to leave. I couldn't believe it. We weren't disrespectful just persistent in someone taking responsibility and assisting us with resolving the problem.

I called in the morning to make an appointment for four new tires. They had me come in the same day, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Very efficient, competent, and kind employees. Great price too!

I bought new tires from this location. I called the day before and they let me know what tires I needed and what they had in stock. When I went the next day, I was in and out in 20 minutes. By far the best deal from any place that installed tires. Friendly and efficient staff.

Great little business. Pulled up with a new tire and they took off the old tire, mounted and balanced the new tire, and had me outta there in 15 minutes with out getting my hands dirty, for under $20. Damn good buisness!!

I have been going to Lee Tire's for years! They never fail to deliver! I had another nail in one of my tires and they immediately fixed it. Friendly, reliable and reasonable. Thank you guys!

Don't come to this place they are a rip off. Trying to sell me a used tire for 150+. My tire new is 200. Make it make sense. Just stay away.

Yesterday I called this place to let them know my insurance company ordered a tow truck for me..and I chose their location to have my truck towed since I had heard good things about them and they had the two tires I needed. My tow didn't arrive until 4:10 on a Saturday. Well the place had closed...I had just spoken to someone at 3:20 and specifically told him I was enroute. He didn't have the decency to inform me that they were going to close at 4pm! I had my two toddlers with me at the time I had to take Uber plus had my SUV on the tow truck...so furious! I'm never doing business with this place. Unprofessional!

Nope! Don't even think about it. They never answer the phone. Half the time their voicemail is full. Their prices differ according to the customer. The same tire could cost $25 or $46 depending on who walks in. Dishonest.
