About my Salesperson Blessing. Out of all my years of purchasing vehicles, my Salesperson Blessing is the best of the best!!! I have never ever had a person like him to explain things to me that I never knew about purchasing a car!! And I though I knew everything after purchasing cars for over forty years. Lol. Blessing always returned my calls when he finish up with another customer if i had a question. Blessingreally is a Blessing to anyone to happens to get him as their Salesperson. Terrible just like the one in South Atlanta Union City. I drove all the way across town to get my car serviced. Long story short, I have customized hub caps on my car and one was misplaced/ replaced with a regular plastic cap. I ve called my service advisor Byron, but he never answers the phone or calls back. I finally got someone to transfer me to a manager s line, only to get his voicemail and I ve left a message over 4 days ago now regarding my concern; unfortunately, no one has reached me back at all about anything. I REALLY hate dealing with this luxury brand only to get such careless service. UNACCEPTABLE!

Service is top tier. Wait time was not long, I went on a Saturday and it wasn t as busy as I thought. Waiting area upstairs is really nice with semi-private desks next time I will bring a laptop.

I bought my 2024 Defender 11/09/2024and I have been to the Dealership 7 times and called in control over 11 times and the issue with this brand new car has yet to be resolved!!!!!!!!! I am beyond disappointed. They also told me they had the same vehicle that I had to swap but it was a downgrade not the same SMDH. :-(. I ask for my money back but that ask me to leave the car to give them a chance to resolve the issue. :-(

Services advisor was fantastic. The only issue we encountered was the cost of the service for one was a bit high. After the service was done we had oil stains on the front seat which our advice cleaned off for us. We then had to wait for the key to the vehicle once it was staged for pickup.

Customer service seems to be a non factor. My appointment was on Tuesday my car was not look at until Friday. I had to call for updates, because my service advisor did not keep me informed. My car was in the shop for a month plus 5 days. When he told me the car would likely not be done for another 3 weeks (after being in the shop for more than a week already) I inquired about a loaner again. Loaner cars are NEVER available. The waiting list for a loaner is always 6 weeks to a month out. He told me my warranty might cover a rental but he offered no assistance on confirming or guidance on how I could find out myself. I moved here from California. I have a jaguar and a land rover, since 2011. I have never dealt with this lack of concern for customers at Livermore or San Jose Dealerships. I would expect more from Buckhead! I was informed by the 4 customers there when I picked up my Ranger Rover. That the all had similar experiences. That same day one customers and her 82 year old mother had to walk to enterprise to rent a car due to the no loaner availability issue. Not one person from service called an uber, a courtesy car, a lyft or offered a ride. Totally unacceptable! They told me a service manager would call me based on my written feedback, here we are one week later, still no call. A clear sign of their lack of concern. I will be exploring other options for my next service. Also, I received my car back drove a few miles and the windshield wiper indicator came on. At the California service centers, they checked and topped off fluids and air pressure as a courtesy every time your vehicle comes in. Based on my experience from my last few visits, service standards and professionalism, there vs here, are just unparalleled.Service: Transmission

Usually I have a great experience because Damien is always great and he was great this time also. What I didn t like was that I had my 80k service done which included my car wash and vacuum (which all services include) and my car was not touched. I had to recheck it back in because I forgot to tell them about an issue I was having and told them my car wasn t washed or vacuum before checking it back in. They said it would be taken care of. Guess what?? It wasn t. It s not a big issue but for anyone to spend $2k on basic service, I should at least get the minimum you give to everyone. Ended up having to go and pay someone $60 dollars for it after giving them 2k. Smh

Cole greeted me as I entered the service lane. He was very prompt and attentive. He kept me abreast of the service as I waited for my vehicle. I was offered water and a cozy waiting cubicle as I waited for my suv. The entire experience was superb. Cole s customer service is exceptional. Very responsive and took care of everything. Contrast that with where we purchased our Range Rover Sport, Bluffton/Hilton Head, they never called us back or even tried to assist. The only reason we didn't purchase the Sport from the Atlanta location was lack of inventory. We purchased and serviced our Jaguar with Hennessy for years and again, great service.

They also fixed a recall on my vehicle. For the most part customer service was good Marco was really great and nice. There was one issue I had I requested a loaner vehicle because I had to leave my car over night and I live over an hour away. They would not give me one due to policy saying my vehicle was not a 2018 year or newer. Which I think is ridiculous what s it matter I bought my vehicle there brand new 13 years ago. It s unprofessional and inconsiderate. Your goal should be to keep customers coming back that s how you continue to have a successful business not steer them away to your competitor.SincerelyGINA WeaverService: Wheel alignment

There were multiple issues with my car that has caused basic functions of the car to not function properly (the ignition wasn t working properly, among other things). The team found the issue right away and fixed it very very quickly despite me being a walk-in customer. They even found other issues I was not aware of and fixed it. The main person I worked with was Marco, he was able to very articulately yet simply explain to me what was wrong with my car in a way that I, who doesn t know much about cars, was able to understand. He also informed me with recalls for my car. 10/10 service will be coming here for all my future car troubles.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Annual service is always a good experience. Land Rover Service Center takes great care of my vehicle. Our Service Advisor, Jovan Hawkins took great care of us. I ve used Buckhead Land Rover for 4 years now. My first experience was not great but they did make up for it which was appreciated. Every other time I ve gone in I ve used Cole as my service guy and he s phenomenal, every time. He always goes above and beyond. I ve been purchasing and servicing my Land Rover vehicles at Land Rover Buckhead for over 25 years. NEVER had a complaint about the quality or value of doing business there. My service advisor most of that time has been Bryson Cantrell. He does a fantastic job of making sure service is as fast and done right as possible. I would not recommend Ryan Briggs with the Service dept at all. I called to cancel my appt. He didn't even say thank you or anything. He just hung up on me. Which, was very unprofessional and rude!!

Hennessy Jaguar and Land Rover buckhead was amazing and did awesome services. My Ranger Rover caught fire one day unexpectedly and Kole from Land Rover willing took my car in although the negative connotation of the car catching a fire. They checked my car out and within further review deemed my car as totaled. They cared about my safety and not only making the money it cost to fix it. Kole was prompt about communication and did a good deal keeping me and the insurance updated on all steps concerning the car. Other Land Rover locations didn t want to bother with my car BUT Hennessy Jaguar and Land Rover took it in with NO problem and helped me get my car legally written up as a total lost. They now have a forever client bc I intend to go here for all service needs and advice for my future Range Rover.Awesome serviceService: Vehicle Inspection

Second time in 22,000 miles I ve had it in for the Check Engine Light. Had to wait a while to get an appointment. Then when I showed up on appointment day, I was told it would still be days before they could even look at since they were so busy. Hennessy is the worst service experience I ve ever encountered. I was not sure bout going here due to I look at some of the reviews, but I really needed this oil change and could not put it off like I have been doing, so I called and I was able to come as A walk in. I was told I needed A wheel alignment which I forgot about, they said it will take 2 hours and some, but it was done in 1 hour and some and everything was good, wash my car inside and out smells good and I have no complaints, I have A turbo diesel Range Rover , didn t change anything on my oil change as well, fast and simple plus the wait area is clean and nice and was able to get other things done on as I waited . Ask for Jorge Morchio, thats who I had, I can only speak for him
