Went here to pick up parts for my RR Sport. While there, this guy is just going in cursing out a female employee like she was less than a human being. Didn t matter that I was there. That was about a month ago.Called today, the 800 numbers on Google all say all circuits are busy now, had to search everywhere for the actual local number. Needed more parts, and the guy on the phone had a smart remark for every single thing I asked him.When I asked if they price matched other Land Rover Dealerships, the response was We sure don t! The commentary is highly unnecessary, especially when I m spending $3K on 2 parts. I shouldn t feel like the guy at the parts counter is making fun of me. NEVER have this problem at Nalley BMW, or Land Rover Alpharetta. Another prime example of businesses in Buckhead hiring people who do not care about offering exemplary service.I will say that the sales staff is nice from my interactions, but why wouldn t they be? They re trying to get you to buy another $80K vehicle.I m ordering my part online, even though this dealership has what I need in stock. They no longer will have my business.

I mean this is the best place you can bring your car to get serviced! Erin Brien has to be one of the greatest sales reps I've ever met before in my life I believe. Beautiful and sweet personality, and she had my parts ready to go! Thank you so much Land Rover / you guys are the best!

GENUINE QUALITY OEM parts......the only way to go ....roverland parts provided excellent customer service....and my parts came one day early
