Charles and Rock are the best!!! They helped me out when I was in need of a tow. They provided quality service and were very nice. If I ever need a tow again I ll be calling Lackley s!

Punctual as Heck! Actually 10min earlier than the 1hour requested ticket time to pick up the car. He was also polite n courteous as well... I'll recommend them Rt now for sho/sure!

We had a unique situation with the car. Lackley's arrived at the agreed time. They troubleshooted, adjusted, got the job done right. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I tried to call and get a simple ETA and was yelled at over talked and hung up on. Very rude. Me being a female has nothing to do with the lack of respect I received, I was barely able to get a word out because the owner kept rudely interrupting me.

I was at the gym this morning when my car broke down & triple A was too backed up to service me in my time frame & i did a search & found Lackley towing was close to my gym! I called & they were very transparent from the start on when they could pick up my car. They had two customers in front of me & was very clear with their communication & not to mention gave me a very fair price to my car to the destination I needed it to go! They made this headache such a ease! I will highly recommend Lackley for your tow needs!

Chasity was dispatch to me earlier today, very down to earth tower! I wasn t in a position to take her my car keys and she offered to come to me, no hesitation. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Not to many females towers out her, an she s definitely running with the big dogs. Today was a long day! My insurance finally assigned this towing company to me. They called and came quickly to the location. I had a special tow that was needed , but they still got the job done! When I called Mr. Lackley, to get a tow, I asked what would be the cost. He immediately said don't worry about that, you can get it back from your insurance company. But the cost would be $150.00. I was impressed that they showed up so fast. The truck driver was friendly and courteous. When we arrived at the drop off point, I asked for a receipt. He couldn't give me one had no way of doing so. He said as soon as I pay a receipt will be emailed to me. He called Mr. Lackley he said the same. I text him all the info he needed to email me a receipt. I called him a little later to see if I had the correct number to text my info. He said it will probably be tomorrow because they had a new system and his wife would have to send it to me. All this was last week on 5/24/22. It is 5/28/22 and still no receipt. I have text him and try to call him several times but no response at all.Service: Car towing

Marcus was so nice and the ultimate professional. He was there within 30 minutes after I waited over 2 hours for a towing company that never showed. Marcus quickly and efficiently got my car onto the truck and sent pictures of its delivery to the dealership. Can't say enough great things about Lackley Automotive and Marcus! They're all SO NICE!!

We had one of our vans go down at a customer s home and needed to get it towed to our mechanic. Charlie was exceptionally nice and very professional. He was able to dispatch a driver immediately and pick up our van and our technician.They beat us to the mechanic shop!Thank you, Charlie for being a huge help, today! We really appreciate it!! Hopefully we don t need you in the future, but, if we do! You re the one we will call!

This was an amazing experience. Extremely professional and polite, and Marcus was extremely fast. I only waited about 20 minutes for him to show (during rush hour). He called and told me his ETA, and then I got to hang out with him in the truck which was just awesome. A bad car experience didn t end up being a bad night cause I got to meet Marcus!

Reached out to about a dozen tow companies Sunday night with no luck. When I called Lackley, they answered quickly, discussed my tow details & provided a very fair rate. Said it would be :45 to 1 hr, but arrived in less than :30. Driver was very communicative prior to his arrival and when picked up. Overall great service by this team.Service: Car towing

Thankful for this company! Waited for ASAP towing for over 6 hours. Called Lackley's and they were there in less than 20 minutes. Super professional and Marcus was the coolest! Definitely would recommend them all over Atlanta.!

Today my Jeep stalled on me and I was stranded in Hapeville...luckily I called a friend to come help me because I thought it was the battery so we go, I purchased, I installed and it didn't resolve my issue. So I decided to call for a tow and Lackey was really close....placed the order and less than 20 minutes the Driver Mr. Al was there and really helpful and concerned.Keep up the great work everyone!!!!

After waiting and waiting for my truck to be towed by another company and stated they could not find it. Thank God for Lackley's and Mr Charles for going the extra mile and taking the time to look for the landmarks my roadside assistance gave them. He was on time just like he said he would be. Will use them again. Way to go great customer service and professional.

Mr.Xavier and Mr.Marcus were extremely polite, customer service oriented and fast and sufficient with getting my Marquis off the road and to the service shop. They took less then 30 minutes to get to me after i waited for another tow company for over 3 hrs. I would definitely recommend Lackley's Automotive and Towing to anyone requiring roadside service assistance. Certainly a 5 Star company.

I called this company at 9:30PM. Had a driver with a flatbed at my vehicle before 10:15PM. He immediately called the driver while on the phone and had him enroute to me before we got off the phone. It was fast and the cheapest price I found. Every other company couldn't get to me that soon. Very professional driver and business. They will be the first company I call if I ever need them again.

After waiting all day(12 hrs) for other towing companies to show up and with the correct tow truck, my tow request was dispatched to Lackley's Automotive and Tow. I received a call from Marcus who promised to get the car picked up and delivered timely. Marcus communicated several times and delivered as promised. His professionalism was Grade A! Thank you Marcus!!

I happened to meet Marcus at a gas station after I'd been waiting over 3 hours for AAA to come tow my car. He showed up just in time and did not hesitate to help when I asked if he was available to tow my car. He was very professional, quick, and understanding of my current situation being stuck for the last few hours. My car and I made it home safely after a very long day and I am ever so grateful! Thanks again and I will reach out directly if I ever need another tow! I'll also be recommending you to my friends!
