Guys Kelby is the absolute best! Super easy to set up a convenient appointment time and the fact that he comes to you just makes everything so much easier. He was able to purchase parts and showed up ready to fix any issues. I had to replace spark plugs and gaskets - honestly I don t know the first thing about an engine but he walked me through every step so I knew what to look for and monitor. Would absolutely recommend

Forever grateful! Kelby does it all! At 80,000 miles, my car needed some TLC. Kelbys in-depth diagnosis was spot on. His care and service are unmatched! I had three conflicting quotes from places who barely looked under the hood. Kelby ordered the parts, fixed my car in my driveway, and at a fraction of the cost. 1000% recommend!!!Ps...My puppy loved him too!Great guy!!!

Initially booked him based off of his reviews, however, our personal experience was not pleasant in terms of the service that we received. Initially called about my In regarding my Acura and needing my alternator, replaced due to having a faulty one on 11/14/23 it was tested at a local auto zone . although he did communicate with us in terms of being late for the initial appointment as a vehicle, that he was currently working on, was giving him a hard time. We waited initially two days before even being seen.Once He arrived, he spoke to us regarding my car and stated that he felt that it was not the alternator although it was tested and the voltage was showing a lower power due to the belt that in most Acura's that he had dealt with , if the alternator was the problem the vehicle would not drive. He further stated that he had experienced it before with Acuras and normally your voltage will show less power if the belt was worn we purchased the parts from him and made another appointment to have the belts replaced. We took the alternator back to store and awaited the fix of the belts. He replaced the belts the week of Thanksgiving on Wednesday Saturday morning we crank the car up and the same alert that initially made us make contact started to show. Immediately text him a picture of the alert that my car was giving ( which was the same alert giving in the beginning )He stated that he would fit us into his schedule that Sunday we didn t hear back. Monday we drove the vehicle to Publix and my car shut off. We then again made contact. He then stated that it seemed as if it was the alternator, which was the original problem that we presented when we first made contact .I then had to Uber me and my children back home. He stated that he did not have time as I had left the vehicle and that the next available appointment would be Tuesday at 4:30 which he made no contact. I personally would not use him as we initially had a brand new alternator ready for him to install, he advised that he felt that it was not the alternator and the belt and due to him having the experience we listen I can t speak for others work that was performed on their vehicles. I can only speak about mine and it was as if he had us to change out something that was not the problem Just to have the issue that we presented be the problem all along.as I stated this is my opinion and my recommendation as I would not want any others to go through the same thing that we went through spending unnecessarily on parts that were not needed and having to have a alternator replaced when it could have been replaced at the beginning , I would not recommend this location below are the original alerts that my car was showing on 11/14 and the alerts that was given prior to the car completely shutting off in the alternator being the problem and we having to go to another mechanic and get the same work done that we requested initially be done. God bless and I hope others have a better experience

Good customer service is important to me. When an unexpected situation happened with my vehicle going into the weekend, I needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable and available mechanic. Kelby had great reviews from previous customers, but what really stood out to me was how Kelby handled a challenging and complicated situation with a customer. Kelby has good communication. He is transparent and welcomes questions. He cares about each customer s situation, and it shows by his honest feedback and willingness to walk you through diagnosis to repair. I ve been having some recent car issues - I ve taken my car to several different shops and worked with other mobile mechanics, but I have to say that HANDS down- Kelby was the best!On Saturday February 17th, I was downtown when my car began stalling out. I parked immediately and looked up mobile mechanics near me. I saw that Kelby had great ratings and reviews . I called, but didn t get anyone- within a few minutes , I received a text advising that he was on the phone but was asked how May I help you? I knew immediately that he would be someone I could count on. Kelby communicated when he would arrive and his diagnostic fee. Once he arrived, he was very personable and got right to work. Luckily it was a quick fix, so after we went to the auto store for the ignition coil, we came back to my car and it was fixed within minutes .It s very obvious how passionate Kelby is about his work and as someone who also works in customer service - I can appreciate how he runs his business.Kelby, thanks again for rescuing me today and for just being so nice !If you re ever in need of a mobile mechanic- I highly recommend Kelby s Mobile Servicing .

I got a nail in my tire Wednesday on the way to my daughter s softball game that caused it to go completely flat very quickly and Kelby got me back on the road in no time. I m so thankful to know he s in our area now and can do any kind of mobile mechanic work. Such a nice, trustworthy guy and I learned a lot watching him!

Kelby has exceptional customer service, and is very thorough with the process! He diagnosed and fixed the issue at hand (engine mounts) while also describing the issue/showing me the part keeping me in the loop with the what is happening with the car.He is great w communication, will source the parts for you, and best of all, your car will be fixed!

This was my first time using mobile servicing. Kelby was good with communication about setting a time to come to work on my car and when he was leaving his previous appt to head my way. This was important to me. He is a friendly and personable guy. He didn't mind me asking questions as he worked and in fact he wanted me to ask questions and he explained about the different parts & how they worked. He was knowledgeable about the workings of my vehicle and what should be checked, how to do repairs, etc. I liked that I could be home for the repair and not sitting in a repair shop waiting area. His pricing is reasonable--basing this on my repair. I won't hesitate to call Kelby again if needed.

TL:DR - If you need a competent and skilled mechanic you can trust that is willing to meet you where you are, fix your vehicle and all for a fair price, do yourself a favor and call Kelby! Seriously, he saved the day.We found ourselves - visitors from out of state - stranded downtown on the eve of the highly anticipated Taylor Swift concert. Honestly, it put the whole trip in jeopardy. How are you going to enjoy the experience knowing you're also stuck in an unfamiliar place with no idea what's wrong, how to fix it, who to trust, how much it will cost or how long you'll be stranded. The stress, the expense, the fear...ugh. We called mechanics. They had full schedules and no idea when they could look at it. Frustrating.Then we called Kelby. He listened to our description of events, the things we'd already tried and had an idea of the problem before seeing the vehicle. He had a plan formulated, explained it to us and we asked for his next available appointment- the next day. We took it but then he called back a couple of hours later. He'd finished his current job early, rearranged his schedule and could get us going BEFORE the concert. That was great news on a day with little going well.He met us at the vehicle and tested his theory - fuel pump. He was right! He got on the phone to find the part, picked it up and installed it. The sound of it running again was music to our ears! We all breathed a collective sigh of relief knowing that Kelby took excellent care of us. We appreciated his efforts so much and what they'd meant to our families experience that we gave him more than he'd asked.If you find yourself the main character in this kind of story, call Kelby. He's the hero you deserve.

I cannot say enough good things about Kelby! Amazing service, he really knows his stuff, gave me great advice about the issue, came to the house promptly and let me know down to the minute when he would arrive so it didn't interrupt my work day too much. 10/10 would recommend!

Look no further, the BEST in the business!! If you need ANY mechanic work in ATL, Kelby is your guy! He is extremely pleasant to deal with, will guide you through the mechanic problem, incredibly reasonably priced and genuinely cares about his customers! The best thing about choosing to take your service to Kelby is he will teach you through the problem and explain what he is doing. He is NOT there to rip you off and gives you a personal service that you won t get anywhere else.Cannot recommend enough!

I was SO lucky that Kelby was able to make time to assist me and repair my car on a Sunday! My car would not turn on after leaving a dinner with some work friends and the people who first assessed the car assumed that I needed a new alternator. When I spoke with Kelby, he was quick to say that he did not believe I needed a new alternator and the issue was more likely stemming from an old starter.He took my initial call at 8pm on a Saturday evening and was able to meet me by my car by 12pm on Sunday! This was amazing as I needed my car on Monday and all auto shops are closed through the weekend.After running tests on my battery and examining the starter, he decided that my old starter would need to be replaced. Kelby spent the entire day taking apart my car just to access the starter on my Honda CRV. He was able to get a new starter from an auto parts store and promptly instal it into my vehicle.Thanks to Kelby, my car was running better than it had in months by the end of the day! I was so grateful with how quickly he was able to help me and diagnose the problem. Also, I am so lucky that I did not have to call a tow truck. This was a really great experience for me and I would recommend Kelby for any auto work you need done or if you need help in a pinch!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Excellent service, thorough and complete with his work, and fair and affordable with his prices. First time utilizing Kelby s services, and I m more than pleased. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Not only was he detailed in his explanation of the issue and what the repairs would consist of, but he also completed a complex job in a timely manner. Kelby did a great job replacing the CV axles in my Honda odyssey. He came by last week, checked out the car, and showed me the problem. I ordered the parts, and he came by a few days later to do the work. He was thorough and did honest, and walked me through the process. Excellent experience all the way around!

From the first call Kelby was courteous and helpful. After calling a discount car service to jump my car and having the car die 20 minutes later, I was annoyed and really just wanted someone to tell me what was wrong with my car. Kelby came and was able to tell me what was wrong with the car and how he could fix it. He was patient with me as so many unexpected costs came up as far as parts go. I could tell he was super knowledgeable and passionate about cars and I felt like my car was in good hands with him. My car was just at the dealership last month for a service package and I really feel like they had done the bare minimum for my car and the first person I called to jump my car when it died also seemed like he knew minimal about cars and just owner a battery jumper. I was really tired of feeling like I was wasting money on my car so to have Kelby come and figure out what the problem was and work on it until the problem was solved was such a relief and a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend using his services and definitely will be calling him again if I need work done on my car.

Kelby Will take your money for parts. Never show up to complete the job. Then refuse to refund you. And doesn t not communicate refund policy until you actually ask for a refund. At first he said he can refund me for the parts. When I request the money back. He then starts to send paragraphs about why he can t hold up his end of the deal! I ve had to file disputes and looking into small claims court for the major inconvenience this man has caused. He also resorts to name calling once you ask for the money back!

amazing!!kelby is so sweet and helped explain to my grandmother about what was wrong with her car! replaced her spark plugs and triple checked to make sure everything was okay after he replaced them! he s absolutely amazing, made sure everything was okay with her car before he left, and told her what to do if something were to go wrong later on since she has an older car!will be referring all my friends and family to go to him!!

Kelby is your guy hands down! He is incredible at what he does and he truly uses his gifts to help people. His customer service is amazing! He keeps you update throughout the entire process. His prices you can t beat anywhere. He knows what he s talking about and what he s doing. The best part is he comes to you!Kelby has worked on my brother s car for brakes. He helped me with my car as well that had been broken down for an over a month. I didn t want to pay dealership prices because I felt like they were trying to up charge me. I needed a fusible link and I think it needed to be attached to a harness. The dealership wanted to charge $1000. I talked to him about it and he was able to get me a much more affordable price. He found the part I needed and had everything done for me within 2 days. He even fixed my A/C which was going out on me too.He s reliable. He s honest!!! (that s so hard to find in the car repair industry) He works around your schedule. HE S AFFORDABLE! I literally had nothing but a wonderful experience with Kelby! If you found Kelby you re in great hands. I wish I could leave 10 stars. He really is the best!

Kelby has great knowledge and know-how about cars. He saved me from an extreme situation of dealership service center scam with a few fixes that cost only hundreds instead of the several thousand that the dealership wanted to charge. I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs car help!

Had to replace brakes (rotors and pads) where my usual servicer quoted me an outrageous fee for. Came across Kelby via a friend and am very happy that I did.Super fast communication. Always keeping up to date on parts ordering and scheduling. Changed oil + filter at the same time. Very happy customer!

From start to finish Kelby s expertise & professionalism was on full display. To be so young it blew me away how well he was able to articulate his knowledge on cars. He told me everything he was doing , explained in depth why it needed to be done he even explained as he was working on my vehicle felt like I was taking a auto class while getting my car worked on. I ve definitely found my new mechanic and it puts my mind at ease knowing I don t have to go on a scavenger hunt the next time my car has issues looking for a quality mechanic. Kelby is definitely QUALITY. Another great thing about Kelby was his follow up. I was blown off & stood up by countless mechanics. He communicated with me the entire time even about his breakfast before heading my way lol! all the way up to him arriving to my parking lot constant communication. If I could give 10 stars I would! We met Kelby at an auto store. He diagnosed our battery and figured out the problem in 5 minutes. His knowledge and expertise saved us $275 because we were able to return the parts we bought that we didn t need. You can tell Kelby loves what he does, and he s good at it. Highly Recommend.

I highly recommend Kelby! He came to my apartment for an oil change and it was faster, more convenient, and more affordable than going to a shop. He also has great communication - it was easy to make an appointment and he gave me updates beforehand letting me know when he was on his way. Kelby is a lifesaver! He was able to come the same day and replace the starter and spark plugs on my vehicle. He charged me a very fair price and did outstanding work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a mobile mechanic!
