I recently had a horrendous experience at this mechanic shop, and I urge everyone to steer clear of their services. Josue Cruz, the so-called mechanic, claimed he could fix the turbo in my diesel engine vehicle. Little did I know, this decision would lead to a nightmare.Firstly, it became apparent that Cruz lacks the necessary certification and experience to handle diesel engines. Ignorantly, I entrusted my vehicle to him, only to be met with disappointment and frustration.After shelling out a significant amount of money for various repairs, my vehicle is now in a worse state than before. In fact, it's currently incapacitated and requires a new engine. The estimated cost? A whopping $30,000! It's beyond infuriating to think that I'm now faced with such an exorbitant bill due to the incompetence of this mechanic.Save yourself the headache and financial burden. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting this mechanic shop. Their lack of expertise and professionalism has cost me dearly, and I wouldn't wish this experience upon anyone else. I am from out of state and my cargo van broke down about a mile from his shop. He sent a wrecker to go pick up and fixed it that same day. The rate was 80% lower than what a nearby business was trying to charge me to get it fix the same issue. I am beyond grateful to him for going out of his way to get me back on the road.

My cargo van broke down a mile from his shop. I called around and no one could help me in that moment. I called him and he sent a tow truck over and fixed the van within hours. Very grateful.

Replaced head gaskets on 1997 ford f150, it was running hot ,he didn't take heads to machine shop and while the heads were off he had access to timing componets.now my truck has no oil pressure because he didn't replace timing chains and the tenisors poped out.he didn't take heads to machine shop to get them fixed and charged me 1600.00 for a botched job.my engine is basicall destroyed by sheer negelence
