Excellent service and quality guaranteed! I replaced my front brakes here last Nov with them. There was some noise when I stepped on the brake with certain strength. I came back to them today, and they helped with replacing the breakers with no extra charges. Appreciate their customer-oriented attitudes. Will definitely come back again.

Great experience with JJW. They were recommended from people at my mom s church. I had a strange rattle that the Toyota dealership incorrectly believed would require the airbox to be replaced for $1000. JJW correctly determined the issue was a faulty engine mount that they fixed for Under $400. My driver side window was also loose/slipping. Toyota dealer said the motor would have to be replaced for $1000, but JJW was able to fix it for $75. Bottom line, go here and not to the dealership! Dealerships are incompetent scammers.

I swear I'm not their friend. I swear I'm telling the truth. I came to Atlanta for the first time to fix my car. I was on my way back to Las Vegas when the engine detected a problem and I looked for a reassuring garage through Google Maps. Finally I found this and the garage. So I went to the garage skeptically, leaving the car entirely in their hands because of engine trouble. Even if he tried to lie to me or hurt me, I had to accept it. So I spent the afternoon working on the car at his shop, and they did their best to help me out. Two parts can be replaced. Only charged me 298 and solved the problem. At first I thought it would be 800-1000. While I was waiting, they knew I had eaten for two days and had no rest for two days, they offered me a place to rest, and they even offered me their lunch. I am very touched by their kind help, and also very grateful to them for helping me repair my car with the lowest price. Thank you very much.

They probably offer affordable and quality job, but they should know customer service better. I feel offended when I didn t get the first explanation from them and the owner appeared to be impatient.

Excellent service. My car was found a lot of problems by a Honda dealer and told me that my car is not drivable. They checked my car carefully without appointment and showed me that my car is totally fine. The owner and people are really friendly and professional. I had a collision and my right side of the car got broken. They helped me fixed my car and also changed oil for me at a really good price. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends if needed.

charged 1.9 hours labor @ 65.00 per hour for a starter replacement, after which the engine still failed to work properly after ignition, both the Mexican guy and the owner told me there was something wrong with my engine which could not be fixed , after driving a few days with the problem and found out myself that there was almost no oil in my engine and the car drives great after oil refilled, They have charged me at least one hour on the inspection and did not even think of checking the engine oil level.I went there simply I am a Chinese and I always saw their ad on a Chinese website.Do your best to avoid this shop, honestly I went a lot extra miles to go there expecting they charge comparatively less on the labor only finding out they actually charge more than a lot of repair shops.

They are honest guys telling you upfront what they can do and what they cannot. I had a broken right mirror on my 2013 Honda Odyssey. I called them and they ordered the mirror ahead of time. Later I found from dealer that I might need the motor and the fancy camera built into the mirror. Most important, the dealer can do the calibration which is hard for an independent repair shop. I called them and offered to pay the mirror they ordered. They said they would return the part to the distributor and there was no charge to me. It is a good experience.

WARNING! If your car had a collision, never come to this place to repair your car, if you want to put your life at a risk, never mind what I have said.My car had a collision and I bring it here. What I experienced was the same as Authur Tao. They said my car has a minor damage in my suspension system, and a small control arm need replacement. They charged me about 3 hours labor @$70.00. Actually it only takes 15 min to replace that one. Afterwards when I was driving my car, I found that the car was still not good aligned. Two weeks later my front tire worn out on I-75, which was extremely dangerous.Afterwards I bring my car to a dealer and they find other damages in the suspension. (Change all parts in the suspension only cost 5 labor hours...)When I called back what they explained to me was they could only repair the part they could see. I was so angry because when I took away my car they said my car was functioning very well but when my vehicle make turns, I can hear the tires squeal. Luckily two weeks afterwards when my tire wear out there's no accident happened, otherwise I won't be able to seat here and write this comment about this DAMN place! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND DON'T WANT IT TO BE AT RISK, PLEASE FIND OTHER NICE AND KINDHEARTED DEALER TO REPAIR YOUR CAR. GREEDY PEOPLE SHOULD GO HELL!
