Excellent sales team and low-pressure finance team. Luis G was my salesperson and was efficient, knowledgeable, and really removed the stress out of the car-buying experience. No pressure, no games. The experience continued to be positive went I went over to finance with Leon. He was no-pressure, skipped the typical warranty upsell fear tactics, but did a very educational walk through of my options. The sales manager Arman and other members of the dealership went out of their way to discuss specifications on my truck, financing options, and more. This place knows how to build a team. As a business owner myself, I can testify to how hard that is, but this place is a well oiled machine. That s the kind of place I want to buy from. Highly recommend.

It s official I m a Ford gal! This experience was extremely seamless and transparent. I appreciated how thorough the team worked from me walking in to purchasing my new truck. What stood out most is that they re genuine and actually listened to my needs. I know my mobile business is positioned to get the job done. Elijah, Andre, Mohamed and LG all played a role in making me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Elijah was my sales rep and even followed up after my purchase to ensure I m all set. Andre, talked finance and made sure I was aware of my financial obligations no buyer s remorse here! I look forward to making this team my dealer of choice for servicing and referrals.

If you buy a car here ask for Armand. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great car buying experience. We have purchased several cars over the past two decades but Armand was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He listened to what we were looking for and let us test drive several options before we finally made a decision. He also took us on a tour of the service department and we got to speak with the service manager which was awesome. I had no idea they offered so many options to customize your vehicle! They even have a mobile service which I can't wait to utilize for maintenance. I would highly recommend. The only negative which has absolutely nothing to do with Armand was the 5 hour wait time to get through the finance department. It looked like the dealership was having an exceptionally busy day so I'm sure that was part of the cause but my wife and I were both exhausted by the time we got out of there. Overall though, this was a great place to purchase my dream Mustang and I will be doing future business with them.

I had to come and change my review after 5 months of having this car I m told I must replace the entire engine. Though Louis has been helpful I see they re just trying to make money first and not so much making sure their customers get good running cars. My main concern when buying a car was to have one that would last a couple of years at least. Would ve never bought from them if I knew I d spend $12,000 on a car that I would only have for 5 months . I would not recommend going to the unless you re buying brand newCame from Boston to buy a car and they made it very easy. I m a very indecisive person, mainly cause I m always looking to the very best deal. Yet somehow I went and they got me to make a decision that day. They sold me a 2013 that looks like it s brand new. Louis Thompson was my salesman and even after the sale was very helpful, even helped me drop off the rental.

I have been interested in purchasing a new Bronco since it was first released in the market. However, I was not willing to pay over the MSRP. One day, I stumbled upon an advertisement by Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs, and I decided to call them to find out more. During the call, I had a conversation with a salesman named Armand Ngabe. He was very helpful and told me that they might have one coming in that was exactly what I was looking for. He promised to check and call me back, which he did. He gave me a great price with no unwanted add-ons. I went to the dealer hoping for no surprises like, "Oh, that one sold, but we have this one, which is a little more expensive, or some other bait-and-switch game but no when I arrived I was told Armand was waiting for me he showed me the Bronco, it was perfect and then the paperwork just as I was told without any surprises! I am 72 years old and have purchased a lot of cars in my life but never has the process been so easy.Thank you to everyone at Jim Ellis for making my new Bronco purchase such a pleasant experience.Lester

Sad that I was called to book a mobile oil change. I agreed that 10am was great for today. She said ok. Called this morning because the lady never called me back about a coupon question.The only employee answering phones today was rather short and was just sorry that we can t do it today.Jim your people called me for my business and I said yes. Now I m not getting the oil change today. Why call and solicit business and not meet your end of the agreement? I was pumped that y all offered this service. Folks be aware when booking mobile service.

Once I figured out that I was ready to go into the market to purchase a vehicle and figuring out my specific needs. I visited 5 dealerships before I came to Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy springs. As soon as I entered the beautiful Lot I was instantly greeted in a genuine way. Every gentle Sales man on the lot could have got my business. I was Paired well with Louis Thompson III. Overly pleased how I was made to feel like family. IlHe listened with intent to cater too my needs and specific wants. The process didn t end here meaning that it was a Thursday and I still wanted to weigh options & make sure that I was choosing correctly. I visited one last dealership and immediately came back to Jim Ellis Ford Sandy springs that Monday. Well the deal was on the table and I had Jim Ellis Ford Sandy springs Finance Manager Andre going to bat for me to close and seal the deal. I m very fortunate and without settling I got the exact car that I planted my eyes on.Recommend 10 out of 10 so if your looking and Fords are your thing I highly advise you visit Louis Thompson III and allow him to be your sales man he is rated and I know why first hand. They did not fail me +I got the Bronco I wanted!

Service: Awful experience.I scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. I planned it purposefully for when I wouldn't need my truck. After getting my truck, they informed me they could not service my truck for five days. What is the point of an appointment? It was warranty work, so they probably just didn't want to do it. Choose another dealership.

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Ford. As a single female, car shopping can be quite intimidating, but the wonderful staff at Jim Ellis Ford made this a very pleasant process.Denis Esapa was my Sales Consultant and was outstanding! He listened to what I wanted, then went out and found me the perfect car at a great price. He was very quick to respond back to all my questions (even on his day off).Leon Yarborough handled the Finance side of the sale and was great! He patiently explained every document he asked me to sign and made sure I understood everything. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.The prices at Jim Ellis Ford are significantly lower than other Ford dealerships in the area, but it s the excellent staff that really makes them stand out.I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a car from them and found their sales team very friendly and responsive. They did not pressurize me in any way, and were very helpful when my car was delayed due to COVID driven shortages.I ve since been here for service and again found them pleasant and prompt. We are so thankful that we stopped in to look at trucks at Jim Ellis Ford. We were greeted by a kind and caring staff. Each one taking the time just to say hello and let us know how they would help us with the process. We were also very fortunate to have an awesome salesman. We can not recommend Armand Ngabe highly enough. He was on top of everything from start to finish. He made this such a quick transaction. If you re in the need of a vehicle you should definitely speak to Armand. My husband and I felt this was the. Easiest and best car buying experience we have ever completed. The team at Ellis also took care of all our accessory needs and have them scheduled for completion within five days. We will definitely be referring friends and family.

I was told that I needed to drive into the dealership for them to determine what window-shield my Ford Escape needed (company policy I was told). I explained that I purchased my vehicle "new" from THEM 3.5 years ago ... but they insisted. In the meantime my brother a thousand miles away used my VIN number and told me the part number. When I drove in, Jim Ellis also used my VIN number and came up with the same part number. Poor Customer Experience to require the customer to drive into the dealership (in Atlanta traffic) for something that they should have been able to determine more easily than my brother miles away.

Ezequiel Rik is one of the best salesman I've worked with! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We were able to work out a sweet deal for my 2014 Mustang GT! He made sure I got everything that I needed. Everyone there was great also. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

As someone who has dealt with a lot of Ford Dealers, Jim Ellis is top notch. Upfront, honest, responsive, competent, aspects that many dealers are not. I purchased my new GT500 from them and the process was very smooth despite me living 800 miles away. All the add-ons that were put on my car were professionally done and came out fantastic. Kevin, Giovanni, and John where all great to work with and I would recommend Jim Ellis to anyone.

I had a great experience at Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs. I ordered a Bronco through them in 2021 and although it took nearly two years for my car to arrive (due to the parts shortage) I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. Specifically my sales consultant Robert Yengibaryan was always respectful and responded to my injuries in a timely manner. Both he and Andre Thomas were extremely helpful during the purchasing process and I couldn't be happier with their service. If you're looking for a car in the Atlanta area I would definitely recommend Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs.

I am a disabled person with a family that has a military background as well as 4 decades of automotive manufacturing experiencefrom Detroit. Armen was extremely rude on a never bought 2023 Explorer I was looking at. By now it has almost 2 years of depreciation sitting on the lot and he completely disrespected myself, my wife, and my 2 year old daughter. Will not buy here or get service here again. Be better.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2023 Ford F150 from Jim Ellis. I have had experience with 2 other Ford dealerships as well and this by far was the best experience i have had . Armand was my salesperson and was friendly and personable as he showed me a truck that had the features and color that i was looking for and he was very knowledgeable about all of the safety and convenience features of the truck. I had a great experience when trading my old F150 for my new truck. Armand working together with Muhammad the sales manager and Jose the general manager provided a great buying experience. Everyone i encountered at the dealer was friendly, welcoming and easy to deal with.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP LOCATION FOR SERVICE!!! I had a brake fluid hose break on my F-150 and left it at this location to have it replaced. It took them two days to even determine what the problem was despite me explaining the issue exactly when I dropped the vehicle off. Once they figured out it was a hose, they informed me that the hose was on back order. It was at that moment that they told me they had a monopoly, and I could not have a non-authorized Ford dealership install an aftermarket hose. I use my truck for work, so I was forced to be out of work for 8 days! They finally ordered the correct hose because the first one they ordered was the wrong one! The "customer service" rep was completely incompetent. He couldn't remember my name during any of the first 4 times that he called me. He also went on long, rambling stories about other people's vehicles because he couldn't remember which vehicle was mine. They charged me over $1,000 to change a hose! One hose! When I took the truck to a different dealership for its 30k service, they explained that this dealership replaced the hose and must have put old, not new, brake fluid in the system because the fluid was very dirty! The new dealership replaced the fluid during the 30k service, and it fixed the brake problem that I was still having. The new dealership located on Peachtree Industrial Road serviced my truck in one day, where the Sandy Springs location stated that it may be another week for them to service my vehicle. Save yourself the stress and go ANYWHERE else to have your vehicle worked on! This place SUCKS!

If you are planning on purchasing a car here, I would highly recommend speaking to Elijah Smith. Car buying is typically not something I look forward to, but I can say with confidence I had the best buying experience I have ever had with Elijah. From the time I called to inquire to the moment Elijah handed me the keys I felt as though all my requirements were exceeded. Elijah went above and beyond to make sure we were able to have a smooth buying process. In closing, if you're planning on buying a car at Jim Ellis Ford make sure to ask for Elijah- you'll be glad you did (trust me).

I purchased a brand new 2023 Ford Bronco in March of last year. It currently has about 19,000 miles. I am having several issues with my truck already and the dealership says i have to give it to them for 3-5 days just to get a diagnostic done to see whats wrong with it. They are refusing to provide me with a loaner car while it gets worked on. Every time I start up my car it sounds the like engine is scrapping against something (loud noises). The remote start doesnt work anymore. Also, my usb connection stopped working so i cant plug in my phone to charge which means I never have directions because my phone always dies on me. Since I am a single father who needs a vehicle to pick up their child after school I cannot be without a car for a whole week. I though purchasing a new vehicle would avoid these problems. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle with this ford dealer. Try Chevy. The were able to get me in same day for repairs before I traded in my Camaro.

As a potential female customer, I felt discriminated against. I gave a reasonable offer for a car that s been on the lot a while and the sales person said when you come back to reality let me know in front of my two year old daughter who was with me. Unacceptable behavior and I will be calling corporate over this incident. This place is not respectful to women or people with disabilities. AVOID.

Awesomeness! !! I walked in at 11:30am and was out with my new truck at 2:10pm Robert was my salesperson, he was very tentative to my needs. He worked with me answered all my questions and even came in on his day off! Leo(Mr Finance) wasn't just a numbers guy! He was down to earth! We shared life lessons! He broke down everything before I signed anything. He even worked with a sister. I had budget, and there was no pressure. He gave me time, so I can get everything I will need in the future. Sitting by myself for a few, I saw the other employees communicating and working together. Hospitality was very nice and warm. The place itself was elegantly cleaned. I felt like a queen, more importantly special. Not a number or a dollar sign. They both worked very hard to give me what I wanted and at the same got to know me! My only negative issue was very small, I didn't get that new car ribbon! Don't judge me! Other than that, these guys made my week. The initial negative reason that brought me to them went away when I met these guys! I would definitely recommend this place and these people when your ready to buy a vehicle! Top tier!!! Been looking for a used suv for a bit when I landed on Jim Ellis Ford website. Saw a used 2016 Ford Edge that checked all my boxes. Titanium trim with AWD fully loaded. Not easy to find an AWD drive suv in the south. I'm formally from NY and I only drive AWD vehicles. Hank was my salesman and he was very good. I stopped in while I was still at work so really didn't have much time. Hank brought me to the car so I can see it in person as I only saw pics online. I said I would come back the next day to test drive vehicle. Car drove like it was brand new. Kudos to Jim Ellis Ford for having an 8yr old car on the lot that felt and looked brand new. I told Hank I wanted the car. I admit I did give Hank a bit of a hard time with the price of car and he was very patient with me and went to sales manager everytime I made a demand.We settled on a price and I bought the car that day.The name of the finance guy slips my mind but definitely want to give him a shout out. I have an 800 credit score but an 8yr old car is not a favorite of most of the major banks but he worked his magic and got me a great rate lower than I expected and I was extremely happy with my monthly payment. If you looking for a used car or new one lol go to Jim Ellis Ford and ask for Hank.
