Jamal Diamond s ability to provide outstanding service and anticipate what my car needs is always impressive. #fivestarservice

Where do I begin I made an appointment for 12 pm a week ago. This was for a routine oil change for my Alfa Romeo Stelvio and I did not leave the facility until almost 6:30 pm. No one can explain to me why it would take 6 hours for something so routine. No updates were given at all. If it was not for me asking Roger (Who was nice and no fault of his which is the only reason for the second star) I would have never found out at 4:30 pm the technician literally just started working on my car. If the routine service was going to take so long are loaner vehicles not issued? Since this is a primarily a Maserati dealership I guess those car owners are prioritized. This was my first experience with Jim Ellis Alfa Romeo and I can honestly say this will be my last.

Great experience. Warning light came on the dash in my Alfa I scheduled service online, and they called me and confirmed just minutes later. I showed up for my appt and they gave me a loaner in case it took a while. The next day they called, said I was good to go. When I picked up my car, it had a full tank of gas. 5 stars. Thanks guys!Service: Electrical

Just had a really poor experience trying to get my car tires replaced. I set up an appointment a month in advance, and confirmed a week before that the service department was ready for my appointment. I get there and they AREN'T ready. I was told it would take 2-3 days, they had no cars to loan me, and they weren't sorry at all. They sent me to Enterprise without even communicating to Enterprise or checking if they even had cars. They only had one car available and it was a painful process to rent it. I communicated my frustration to the manager, and he was very unapologetic and didn't seem to careService: Tires

Go to the Marietta dealer instead. Jim Ellis is just a nightmare of a customer service experience. I have wasted so much time simply trying to get a replacement tow cover, a very basic part. Nobody answers calls or responds to voicemails or emails. Assistants say they will have someone call you back and they do not. Bad service and no accountability whatsoever. And they overcharge for everything.

I arrived a day early for my appointment by accident and they were able to work me anyway. No long wait time. Decent lobby and amenities. Follow up phone call was made to inquire about my experience.
