Nothing special about this place. Achieved my goal of getting an oil change. Service was very slow, mostly friendly. They gave me the incorrect mileage on my next service due sticker. I was told one price before I pulled in and was told a higher price at checkout. When I questioned it, I got a little push-back before the employee just went ahead and gave me a discount that was even lower than what I was originally told. Much appreciated.

Chivalry is not dead! Great customer service is not dead!My morning started off great, then quickly went to hell with a flat tire. I pulled over and was distraught as I would have to call road side assistance and all of that great stuff that takes so long. I looked up and across the street was this Jiffy Lube. God put them there for me (I m convinced of that). I made my way over there and without hesitation they assisted me. EJ and Marcus have great mannerism and truly cared about me getting home safely. I was in great hands and you will be too if you take your vehicle to this place. Thank you so much for helping me!

DO NOT GO HERE. They will mess your car up and blame you. They are not car experts and they will charge you 2-3 times the amount they should charge you. They even tried to void my warranty so they could wash their hands. Customer service sucks and if your are easily intimidated this isn t the place for you. They will side eye you and mean mug you if you have an issue. Everyone works hard for their money during these times and jiffylube will take your money and verify later. Don t email them it s a waste of time. They don t care. Y all didn t give me a receipt, didn t change my oil filter and then lied about it when I confronted you. This was borderline criminal.Then you have the nerve to text me days later asking for a review?? I wasn t going to say anything, just simply not go back.Stay away

They were friendly so perhaps I was there on an off day but it was chaotic and not fast (which they did apologize for). Had my tires rotated and the tire pressure light came on less than 2 miles after I left. Ignored a request to change a bulb.

Stopped by to get an emissions test after leaving Take 5 since they weren t able to do it today and had a very unpleasant experience. There weren t any cars in the bay when I pulled up and a worker was sitting in the bay and looked at me but didn t move, he seemed irritated almost. So I waited outside the bay until someone came out, but no one did and after a couple minutes he looked up at me again so I thought he was expecting me to move forward, so I started to and then he came up to my car and yelled at me WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!! . It was terrifying. Especially as a young female getting yelled at by a grown man. I was very taken back because I was confused on what I was supposed to do since there was 0 direction given when I showed up. I had never been there before and thought ok maybe they are closed then?? Because it didn t look like there were any other customers there and it was completely dead. It was around 3:30 and they don't even close until 6pm. Then someone else came out to see what I needed and what the hell was going on and he was nice but I was so shaken up at that point that I just wanted to get out of there before I started crying. Hate that that happened because I won t go back there again, especially since I had just come from Take 5 where the customer service was above and beyond even when they were very busy.

Went for an oil change, did the same old "your air filter is dirty. No thanks, I'll buy one and replace it myself" spiel. By the time I went to change it myself, I opened the hood and found the filter compartment open and the old filter laying on the wheel well.Update: I received an email from a Customer Care Manager who apologized for the oversight. I appreciate the quick response and the gesture to regain my trust in the Jiffy Lube brand.

I've used this Jiffy Lube for years and it's been ok. They have a whole new team there now led by Pablo. They are very friendly and professional. Pablo is especially knowledgeable and does all he can to be helpful. I was so impressed with his service today that I returned the same day with my daughter's car. Exactly what you want at a Jiffy Lube. Fast, friendly, professional. Martez Walker, the manager at the 4995 Roswell Rd location was courteous and informative. Did not try to oversell any unnecessary parts or services. My breaks started to get screechy and that's never a good sign, so I called around 8am Tuesday morning and the manager explained a few options and rough estimates and I drove over within a half hour. I was greeted by a service tech, Pablo - who was excellent. From his cheery greeting (even gave my service animal a treat) to taking the time to run down what my needs were and what his game plan & pricing were to be. He went to work and had the car back to me in a "jiffy!!" He gave me a few suggestions for my next visit and wished me well. Great experience. Horrible customer service. They recently got new employees here and they are very rude. I got an oil change and they were very curt when answering my questions about the price, what oil to get, and if they take the Groupon coupon. They do a complimentary "window cleaning", but they don't do a good job and leave streaks. They we're very confused what to do about my sleeping kid in the car. They ended up letting me stay in the passenger seat for the oil change. On top of this, their price is more than other places.I am giving them 3 stars because the oil change was super quick and they told me about a free coupon online.Next time I need an oil change I will go out of my way to go to a different place.

Excellent staff. Pablo was very knowledgeable when recommending to replace my air filter. They always check my air pressure on tires, even if I m not doing an oil change I can drive to this store and they always assist me with my tires or anything I need. Friendly and good sales team but incompetent lube technicians. Skipplate on my car was reattached with only two screws drove to I-75 heard it dragging on ground came back to file a claim

The manager noticed an oil leak, and was very helpful to resolve the issue. I also want to add the gentleman that work there are awesome. They are very welcoming.

Thank you Pablo! I had new brake pads installed at this location many months ago and they weren t done correctly. Though that happened WELL before the new manager (Pablo) was there, he still took it as his job to make it right and replaced them at no extra charge and same day. The gentleman who worked on my car tonight was very attentive - he checked all the air pressure in my tires and let me know one was very flat and he refilled the air and recommended I get it checked out. He was also kind enough to replace one of my headlights last-minute before they closed!! I always have a great experience here and feel very confident in the service I receive! After our experience yesterday at store 614 on Roswell Road we decided to bring another family car here today. Ron is the main reason we came back. He is very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained everything in a manner we were able to understand. I appreciate his customer service skills and kindness. The crew here at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond for me when a routine oil change turned into their discovery of an underlying issue with my vehicle. They were extremely thorough and friendly and did so much as to bring their District Manager out to the facility for further inspection and diagnostics. They kept working after closing hours and were kind enough to let me keep my car in their garage overnight. I am grateful for their persistence and will continue to have my car serviced here - so should you!

Lazy technicians that s don t want to work. I called 3 times at 5:50 ( they don t close until 7) no answer. I pulled up at 6:05 and there literally no one there. As I walk into the building and lady walks out and a guy is on the phone . Interesting. I have a seat and nothing for 3 minutes. They lady that step outside then proceeds to ask if that s my vehicle outside (the only one in the lot) I said yea yelling from outside she then ask what do you need help with . I advised I need a light bulb change . She then stated our light bulb guy is not here (you literally can t make this up ) just find another location cause they just wanna chill up here
