I really appreciate the service from the gentlemen at Jiffy Lube Dunwoody! They were able to get my oil, break, and coolant fluids all changed and refreshed within a few hours. I got my Jeep back same day and am extremely happy with their diligence during inspection. I ve come here many times in the past and always receive the best care. In particular, I would like to shout out Zane who assisted every car concern that I needed resolved today and even gave me a heads up on maintenance suggestions for the future; ensuring my ride stays healthy! Thank you again for your excellence in customer service! I highly recommend THIS Jiffy Lube for anyone that s in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area!

These guys are great and honest. Needed headlamps replaced. They were upfront they could not do them for my vehicle. That speaks volumes about their integrity. They were able to refer me to two locations who could do the headlamps. I will recommend and return.

Darryl is the GM here and he is super kind and friendly. He made my experience great! He personally vacuumed my car after joking and telling his coworkers not to. He also drained my oil despite being off the clock for the day. He made my experience light and fun. I was in and out quick. Thanks Jiffy Lube and thanks Darryl! You re the best

Zane, Tyler, and Carlo were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They came me the options I had for my oil change, and also diagnosed some of the issues that I told them we re going on with my car.I greatly appreciate the service they gave me!

Fabulous service! I went at a busy time, so it was a little bit of a wait but the staff were very kind and accommodating and offered water to all of us. It's my local shop, but I've never been. Great first experience and will absolutely be back! They even cleaned my windows!!

I come here all the time for my car needs and the staff continuously never disappoints. General Manager Daryl is an absolute pleasure. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and made a personable experience for me. I will continue to bring my car here.

I felt so well taken care of the minute I pulled in. I had been told by the O Reilly s down the road to go to the Jiffy Lube to ask them to replace some parts on my car battery, as it had gotten corroded and would need total replacement. Once at Jiffy Lube, one of the gentleman took my car in, and another gentleman assured me nothing needed replacing, just cleaning. My battery that had been giving me trouble was apparently good as new, no new battery or connector parts needed. It was only $16 to get it taken care of. There was a minor misunderstanding (my fault entirely) and one of the wonderful mechanics took care of it, apologizing and giving me a very nice discount even though I tried to insist on paying full price.Cars are not my area of expertise, so getting any sort maintenance done is stressful. No one there made me feel belittled or stupid for not knowing what to do about it. They didn t try to upsell me on anything either. Any other time I ve gone to a mechanic, they always pull me aside to very solemnly tell me my car is about to catastrophically break and kill me unless I pay them $3000 to replace my suspension fluid. Funny how the minute I put them on the phone with a guy friend who does know car stuff they change their tune. This Jiffy Lube DID NOT DO THAT. I was so relieved. I feel good about coming back, assured that I m not going to get ripped off or dismissed. I appreciate being taken care of! Thank you guys!

I had an awesome experience at this location. The staff was impeccable! They were knowledgeable and quick and did a fantastic job! Darryl was efficient and extremely friendly and awesome! :)

Have been going to this shop for years, the only place I took my cx5 to for an oil change since I bought the vehicle. They told me today my oil plug is stripped and I have a leak. I told them this is the only place I get my oil changed at and if it is stripped, they did it. The only response I got is the whole crew is new. And if I wanted to pay them to fix it, they can do the work. I am never giving them any more of my money.

Don't go here!!! Anywhere but here. They use to be good but now they are shady and have very poor service. I went here to get brake pad & waiting in the lobby. After a hour the said they were all finished. The next day I drove off and my brakes were still queaking. I looked under the rims and had the exact same worn out pads on my car. They charged me but never changed my brakes!! I called them and someone of course denied it. I go back 2 months later they try to double charge me for a oil change so I tell them no thanks and go to another shop. I smell a strong smell coming from my air vents of gasoline. When I arrived at the other shop the mechanic tells me the left my oil cap off. Never again!!

Three years ago, I found out that Jiffy Lube honors veterans on Veterans Day (November 11, each year they honor Veterans Day With a free oil change and multiple point inspection of their vehicle). Since then I ve been a routine customer. I love working with companies that recognize and provide discounts for Veterans. Thank you Jiffy Lube for honoring and giving back to those who served.

Had a windshield wiper blade that fell off. It was rather new a little bit bummed out, but the person that helped me put a new one on and all is good very close to my residence. I appreciate the service.

Pretty awful experience from start to finish. The same guy that called me baby asked me whose truck is this? and proceeded to give me a laundry list of things wrong with my truck. I ve felt condescended to many times in my experience getting my truck serviced as a woman, so this was nothing new to me. Still sucked. Will not be going back to Jiffy Lube ever again.

Wouldn t change the oil on my car because it didn t have a tag. Even though I d changed oil for three different cars here this month and spent a little over 400$. Lazy excuses not wanting to do his job I guess. Won t be coming back and made a fleet account at another business.

Darryl and his team are awesome, I went in for an oil change but found out I couldn't wait to replace my brakes any longer. I was worried about the cost but Daryl let me know what offers were available to help me out much appreciated I will be going back

Thank you to the 3 employees that helped me today! I came in needing an oil change, It was the AGM (Jennifer) and 2 men that assisted me and they did a phenomenon job. I ran over a tool in the middle of the road that punctured my tired. I pulled into jiffy lube to see if they could help they assessed the problem and fixed it right away. Excellent customer service.

Took my Charger in for a routine oil change and left in a tow. I didn t have any prior issues nor was my check engine light on prior to coming here for service. My car would not move and fluid was leaking after an oil change. I had to get my oil filter housing as well as many other issues resolved due to a bad oil change. After reaching out to corporate, I was contacted by Nathaniel McDaniel, the District Manager, who is extremely nonchalant and never followed up with any promises, laughed while I explained the issues I was faced, laughed at an invoice from the auto shop that had to repair my car, and was extremely contradicting. The findings from True Automotive in Sandy Springs are black & white, but the accountability piece from Jiffy Lube is not there. I m waiting on reimbursement from this shop! I wouldn t recommend going here.

Jiffy Lube on Roswell road in Sandy Springs do not have a working printer, yet the advertise that they do emission testing on vehicles. A printer? The cheapest office equipment in America?Yes, they will mess you you up by having your emission result sent to them, but unable to give you a printout!!! You will regret it if you take your vehicle to Jiffy Lube for emission test.

Went once for oil change. 3 employees were standing around talking to each other and completely ignored me. After a minute one of them looked my way and said, we're on break. There was another guy waiting too. And he said he'd been waiting 20 minutes so I just left. Several months later, against my better judgment I called to make an appointment, someone picked up and told me they don't do appointments just come in whenever, when I continued speaking to ask what their wait looked like now, he hung up on me mid sentence. What on Earth is going on over there? Terrible. Terrible service.Now that I think of it my wife went there for an oil change too because she didn't know about my experience here. I don't remember the details but she ended up waiting an absurd amount of time with no one in line and eventually left.
