I stopped at Jiffy Lube prior to a long trip that I had taken from out of town. I brought it in because of the oil light flashes on and off. The team members quickly checked my oil and let me know that I just needed it topped off. They were incredibly helpful and prompt. To top it all off, they said up to two quarts were free. If I lived in Georgia, I would stop by there every time I had a car issue!

I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and got 0 response. Someone then answered and asked me to be placed on hold, and they never came back. I tried calling again, and nothing. I just wanted a quote because their website says to call in. I decided to go elsewhere. Mavis Tires picked up the phone and was able to get my tires changed quickly. High recommend them instead.

Staff was very nice friendly and helpful. No wait mid-afternoon. Although they did upsell me on some other service items, I do believe the car was past due on them and I m very happy they did a thorough check over. Very pleased with the service and everything else.

Needed an oil change. They were great with quick service. They were able to get me in and out without a wait. Also got my antifreeze change out.

They were so quick I did not believe they changed the oil filter. With out hesitation they changed the filter and let me watch from the outside. When the technician pulled the filter off I was watching and to my amazement it was a new filter. I am Very impressed with the team at Jiffy Lube. If they would have me back I would definitely use them again.Service: Oil change

I arrived around opening time and no one was there yet. But I gave them a pass because it was a Sunday morning, and most places are closed on Sundays. There was already a line of people pulled around back to get their oil changes. I went inside once someone arrived and they told me to just pull my vehicle to the back and it shouldn't be more than 45 mins to an hour to get me out of there, they said. It took a little over 1 hour of waiting before my Tacoma was actually worked on, but I understood because they were only 3 guys. I believe that if they arrived on time, it would have been more efficient. No one there knew how to drive a manual transmission, so be ready to pull your own vehicle over the ramp and pit. Overall, I was satisfied with the oil change, although they charged me 100 dollars! Seemed very high, when in the past, Toyota dealerships would charge me half the price. But I looked passed it because it was a Sunday, they fit me in that same day, and they were were understaffed. Hence the 4 stars. Overall, could have been way worse. I'm grateful.

Drove up and asked for the most basic oil change only. Service guy asked if I've been to a Jiffy lube before? And what kind of oil does my car take? I said basic oil. He said they have semi-synthetic for ~$80 or full synthetic for ~$120. I asked if they had any basic, regular oil. He said no. I left immediately.

I had such an excellent experience with Eric. He was professional and patient as he explained a few issues with my vehicle. He was sensitive to my budget and prioritized the repairs for me so I didn t have to do everything at once. The location was clean and the employees were professional and knowledgeable. Front desk clerk was nice, service was quick but the real issue is not communicating when they decide to add extra charges. I came to get 5 quarts of oil, don t do more and charge the customer without communicating.

I came in to get an oil change and Eric the manager was so helpful. He gave me the best customer service I ve EVER received when it comes to my car. He was efficient and fast. I m so appreciative. I ll be coming back to get my services from him from now on. Outstanding service at the Druid Hills Jiffy Lube at 2138 Briarcliff Road, in Atlanta today.I've been a long-time customer at this store and began taking my car there in 2007. The service technicians are professional and personable. They thoroughly checked and replaced the brake fluid and the power steering fluid and of course changed the oil, topped off all of the other fluids as well. The guys here are so accommodating and have great customer service. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Sunday and they got me in and out within 30 minutes. Price was a little high compared to other competitors but they did welcome coupons and run promotions for add on services. Thank you guys!

I had my oil changed here and they did not put my oil dip stick back in. They left it just sitting inside the hood if the car. I went a week before I realized and oil had sprayed all inside the hood of my car all over everything. I will never go back here againService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I wanted to say that I love this store so even though I had lost the address, I googled it again and leave a review. I had a flat tire, I made an appointment and drove to the dealer twice, the second time they found the cause, at first they insisted the tire wasn't blown, they wanted me to get new tires, I decided to fix it myself, found a nearby A store, but after testing they couldn't find the broken place, they still insisted that the tire was not broken, I had to keep driving the car with a flat tire, and finally found this store, but only ten minutes they finished all, Darius detected the broken place, Also let me observe, and then quickly repaired. Really happy, good price, Darius does a great job, he is friendly, I'm sure I'll be back for him next time.

Definitely got scammed last time I went. I took my car for an oil change in March and they told me I needed to change my air filter and change my brake fluid. I had just bought a new, used car so I said sure. Then I just went again in July and they told me the same thing. I looked it up after and brake fluid and air filter only need to be changed like once a year. Felt like they took advantage of me being a young woman who doesn t know a lot about cars. It cost about $200 every time which is absurd. Be warned.

Came to Joffy Lube in an emergency with horrible brakes 2 hours before closing! Maurice was a lifesaver and did an excellent job getting me safely back on the road in no time! Eric was also kind and very helpful! Will definetly be back! A hidden Jen for sure!

If a no star was avail you would have done it.After leaving my car and entering the waiting area I immediately went on the line for the register to ask a few questions. One couple was helped before me and the attendant disappeared after telling me he would be right with me. Next, as I continue to wait, the same attendant disappeared and returned later only to completely ignored my presence at the counter while he helped others.After a substantial time not being helped I noticed a car that arrived well after me being put into service so I stepped out and said something. The response was for a confrontational manager to come in and bully me. It was a brazen enough attack that the only other person in the waiting room commented he would also be mad/upset in my situation.Next, the manager Torrance, came in and handed me my keys saying they refused to work on my car.As I was leaving I asked for an explanation and he said they don t serve rude people?!?! Then there were several men employees that bullied me as I left. Including the one that ignored me in the first place.It is honestly the worst I have ever been treated by any business. And the fact 5 young men ganged up on a 50 year old woman is not only deplorable but borderline worth a 911 call.

My car broke down beyond help as I pulled in but the employees here did not hesitate to try and help me and to make sure I was safe and had a ride on the way. The kindness they showed on a beyond stressful day went such a long way, and I truly appreciate being able to safely leave my car here while I setup towing. I will definitely be back when my car is running again!

Eric was conscientious and customer oriented. However, did observe what appears to be some colleague conflicts and issues with workers taking proper direction. A bit overpriced on the antifreeze as well.

When I pulled up there was no customers I waited a few minutes before anyone came out to help me (it appeared that there conversation is more important than helping me). They pulled the car in and I walked to the waiting room. Another customer came in approximately 15/20min after he was greeted properly they held the door open for him to come into the waiting room and they completed his service before mine. He paid and left and I still waited another 10 to 15min. They said they put air in my tire but the light never went away as they said it would. It was just an all around bad experience.Service: Oil change
