I have used multiple times and always a great result! Jeung (owner/operator) is the best! Quality service. Fair price. Friendly and helpful. Repairs quickly. Up front pricing. But rate even higher, because he is honest. My college age daughter brought in car that another place said needed a repair. Jeon has fixed two separate issues on my 2014 Grand Caravan in as many years and was fast and competent both times. I believe his prices are fair and he definitely seems like a very knowledgeable mechanic. I highly recommend Hi Tech Auto.

Best independent auto shop I have ever visited. 1/3 price of dealerships and 3 times quicker than dealerships. Extremely trustworthy and dependable.

I brought my car there, because the check engine light was on. The guy said, it needs several repairs, which I trusted him with and paid obver 800$ the check engine light was still on! Brought the car back, he said, for 300$ he could take care of it. Then he said, he only takes cash (last time I paid with my card).When I came back with the cash, he said, it's 350 now and refused to give me a receipt!!!!What a crook!! Makes me think now, I got robbed for 800$ very untrustworthy business! I would never go back!Service: Auto maintenance

This is one of the best mechanic shops in the metro-Atlanta area. You WANT your car taken care of? Take it here. Full stop! It's not super fancy or luxurious but they do very high quality work, they are very clear and honest about the services needed, they are clear about expected labor timelines, and the prices are extremely competitive/reasonable compared with other shops in the area!! In fact, I was referred here by the manager at NTB/Mavis on Jimmy Carter because he knew the two mechanics at High Tech Auto had MORE expertise than the NTB mechanics.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely honest people! I am not a person who usually writes review about anything. But the service at this repair shop compelled me to write one. Their knowledge about cars is tremendous. They explain you straight up about what's going on with your car and what will it take to fix the problem. Was super delighted the way these guys fixed my car's problem. I give them a thumbs up!

So fast and efficient. I am really impressed. Came in with a car tire leaking air and within 2 minutes my car was already in the shop and being taken care of.

I highly recommended this place to anyone who has car problems or just needs routine checkups. They have reasonable price and they work efficiently. Staffs are friendly and honest.

They are honest and have reasonable rates...... I have been bring all my vehicles here for years now and recommend it to anyone with a vehicle that needs routine maintenance or major repairs.

The Asian owner/ mechanic is very nice, super fast at getting the job done, was highly recommended and I am happy going there! So far great experience!
