Don t go if you re expecting your appointment time to be honored. Apparently, appointments or not, it s still first come first serve. I had an 8:30 appointment and was told 2.5 hours at the earliest for a simple oil change, as there are a number of cars in front of you .

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hennessy Ford Atlanta Service Center and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor Ms.Robinson. Ms.Robinson took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Ms.Robinson kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing great pricing options. Not only did Ms.Robinson get the repairs done promptly, but she also went above and beyond by scheduling me a shuttle to and from enterprise and having the mechanics performing a thorough inspection. Offering me preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. I highly recommend Hennessy Ford Lincoln Atlanta to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. Ms.Robinsons, exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction has earned my trust and loyalty.

Very frustrating experience. I had a shift system fault message come on one evening. I called this Ford because it was the closest to me at the time - they told me it was a transmission related issue and to get it towed. Noted that it would take 4-5 days to diagnose.I had it towed and dropped the keys in the Dropbox. For the next 2.5 days, I tried calling 30+ times and no one in the service center ever answered - just to confirm they even had my car in their system in line for diagnosis. I often got relayed to another department and left my info but never a return call.We eventually got ahold of them later on the 3rd day. They didn t have any record of my car and had to find it all and put it in the system. They then said it would be 2-3 MONTHS - just to diagnose the car!!A couple days of back and forth, it seemed they were going to be of no help to us. The service manager was empathetic to the situation after hearing about it and did cover the cost to move the car to another shop. But overall such a frustrating experience and wasted a whole week of time without my car.Ultimately, the fix was a $40 cable grommet to get the car back to working great again. Ford wanted me to wait 3 months without a car for that. It felt like they were simply baiting me to sell my car for their used lot inventory / buy a new car.

So in order to get service done on your Ford at Ford, you have to go without a car for 3+ days. They dont even look at the car for a couple days and you can't schedule a dropoff for when the tech is available. All of this and they don't do loaner cars until they've completed diagnostics. How is the only way to get your car serviced at the dealer to give up your car for 3+ days? Just seems crazy. Will not be back.

Jonathan was so kind to keep me extremely informed on what was going on with my vehicle, quick to remedy any issues, and beyond helpful when I had questions. Without a doubt the worst customer experience I ve ever had in my life. Hennessy has had my brand new vehicle for 3 months and still haven t fixed my warranty issue. Very little communication and I ve been forced to play middle man between Ford and Hennessy to try and get my issue resolved. No one seems to care.

Had an appointment here today to get my vehicle checked and had to get a service done. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was way faster than expected. Also, Nolan was professional, polite, and friendly.

My expectations were low so I was pleasantly surprised for my great experience. I was able to get in EARLY (still dark on a weekday kinda early). While I waited, I could work from one of their many nooks-complete with comfy chairs, outlets, and strong wifi. They let me know, with eerie precision, how long it would take and how much it would be, all the while treating me as a valued customer. Sure they could have just done my brakes and had me standing outside during the process but it's obvious some thought was put into the customer experience. It's the details, even the fancy coffee maker that honestly make all the difference to me. Now, I'll consider returning for service even if I pay a premium for it.Service: Brakes

very angry like repairing my mustang ecoboost car, point number 1, 2 weeks to return my car, and they did not give me a car to go to work, number 2 my car disgusting and with animal poop like rats carpet scraped by rats, number 3 , the mechanics do not do their job well I found loose screws clip, loose cables, there I leave some photos as proofs, so they do not think that I lie

Made appointment online, was told to come in at 8:15. When I arrive they don t have appointment booked and was told the type of appointment I need is 1-2 day lead time. Would have been nice to know ahead of time instead of taking the time to drive in. On top of this, they don t provide loaner cars when you are required to leave your vehicle. Try any other dealership.

Chris was AMAZING. Such an awesome vibe and hes really laid back. He guided me in the right direction for everything I needed for my car and didnt add anything extra I didnt need to replace! I love coming to this dealership to do anything for my car, from an oil change to replacing my engine (thank goodness for my warranty )!! They always treat me right!! 10/10 recommend

They have relocated!! Right down by the . I like the new set-up. So clean, well it s always been clean. If your ride need servicing, It s better if you make an appointment. The staff, very welcoming. My appointment was at 9:20. I was told it would be 1.5 hours before the service tech could give a diagnosis. Close to two hours in I had to go to the service rep for an update. There wasn't one. 45 minutes later I went back to the rep. he had an update but didnt come to me. I gave approval for service about 1 hour or more I went back to the rep. only after his manager looked for him did he have a final update. This is a clean and friendly place but the service rep not doing his job made this a so so experience.I was foolish enough to try this service center a second time! A completely different service rep. This one didn't even bother to come out to check me in. I had an appointment for a diagnostic he told me I would have to leave my car a WEEK. What is wrong with this place.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I was highly disappointed because I was told that my vehicle would be serviced for a specific recall in which I asked about prior to scheduling my appointment and was told that I could go ahead and bring my vehicle in. There is a recall on the rack and pinion and I gave them my VIN number and was told to bring my car. When I showed up for the appointment they told me that there was no recall for this part after being assured that my vehicle would be serviced. I was livid and I had to drive back home with a disabled vehicle and no service. Terrible communication and service.

Chris and Mary took exceptionally good care of me. Chris is the reason that I drive 25-30 miles across town to visit this service center every time I need my car serviced. He took great care of me from day one by just going the extra mile.Today, I worked with Mary and she was very professional and took care of me as well.
