I received great service from Everyone at Hennessy Collision! From the intake process to getting questions answered, I never had a problem and everyone was very friendly. Repairs were done well and my car looks great. I was glad to receive the recommendation from my regular service center and I would recommend them as well.

Unless you want to be lied to and lied on find another shop. The arrogance and the entitlement of them getting business is their downfall. I don't know how their actual work quality is, because I don't do business with companies to big for their britches and too arrogant to accept questions the paying customer may want to ask. They aren't the only foreign car certified dealer THANK GOD. If the front desk staff doesn't run you off, the lies from the mangers will. Wish I could give zero stars, because 1 star is too generous.

Dealing with an accident and insurance is not a joke. But once at Hennessy collision, everything went smooth. Starting with great service, having a language bearer was not easy. Adriana took the time to welcomed me. And made me feel comfortable. She kept me updated with all that was going on. She even went beyond. Even on the weekends that she did not work, she still answers my questions. Will she was with family she still answered her phone. This is great customer service. This is why I m giving Hennessy a 5 star. Work looked great. But the services was GREAT!

I was very pleased with Hennessy Collision Center for my repairs on my Cadillac SRX. From the moment we walked in the ladies up front was great, and they were courteous and friendly. Every step of the way they let me know what was happening, and handled everything. I mostly dealt with Harold and John and they dealt with the insurance adjusters on my behalf and that put me at ease. I would definitely recommend them if ever needed.

I had a great experience with Hennessy Collision Center in Atlanta with repairs to my vehicle. They were attentive, gave me updates, and clearly answered my questions. Everyone I worked with even to the people that took my payment were all very kind.

This was such a wonderful experience after having to deal with a car accident. The reps at this center was very professional, down to earth and very detailed with this process. After the repair was completed, our truck was detailed and looked amazing! I m so happy we chose them to work with. We appreciate you all at Hennessy Collision Center.

I will never come back to this shop. Clearly the entire front office staff have major attitude lead by Adriana. Apparently her phone and whatever she has going on in her personal life is more important then my Range Rover. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Customers Services was very professional and that along a plus for me. I drop my car off Oct 26. My vehicle was scheduled to be worked on Dec 11 and they called me today Nov 29 to pick my car up. Very satisfied.Thanks Hennessey Team

John was a fantastic service tech with excellent communication skills and excellent outside the box suggestions on ways I could maximize the benefits of my situation. The work on my damaged car was impeccable and the damaged area looks completely new. There was one lackluster front office lady that couldn t have been less interested or helpful, but aside from her, the front office was also very good. I would definitely use Hennessy Collision again.

Great experience. Amber was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took time to explain proposed repairs and charges. When it was ready, she walked me to my vehicle and thanked me for choosing Hennessey.

Was not impressed by their customer service representatives at all! This representative by the name Amber was just so rude. Did not meet my expectations when answering the phone she just seemed like she was in such bad mood, very short worded,like if she was going to pay for mi repairs.. It s just sad to say if they can t answer the phone properly, and with respect she should not even be working in a place like Hennessy collision. Quit your job if you re not happy. Just saying. I m a long time buyer for the Hennessy s but might have to check Jim Ellis.

Two months to repair a very small rear end collision is way too long. I understand some of the delay was awaiting approval for supplements and waiting on parts. Still way too long. I was in a rental car charged to the lady who ran into me for two months! Another reason our car insurance is so ridiculously high. All Hennessy folks were very kind. John was extremely helpful. Hope I don t have to visit again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Parts availability significantly delayed my repair but once delivered, Hennessy completed the repairs quickly with outstanding results. Pricing is slightly above average but that is expected for a quality repair. My car looks brand new!

Great process of going through the repair on my brand new car! Everyone was very responsive and helpful in navigating the details. Quality of work was front of mind for me given that my car was new.

So, first most i want to say I was recommend by someone to call this place said it was good place & I was told they could help me with some questions, & concerns i might need, so I thought I give them a call to see if they could help, so I did when I first got on the phone and spoke to a representative by the name of Jacklyn she was very hard toned and sounded upset, really felt uncomfortable speaking to her, and she was really rude when asking her questions, very unprofessional of her but I still managed to stay polite but then when questioning her for some quotes she really just kept me on hold for a while, so I finally hung up after almost 10 mins. SMH!Honestly if you ask me I would not recommend this place with that kind of staff.

I want to start by saying I never write reviews. I have to do it though. I reached out to see if they could service my vehicle. It almost seemed as though I kept getting the run around or as if I was being avoided. I work in healthcare so Im huge on customer service. I didn't expect for the process to be 1,2,3 however I expect businesses to communicate adequately and at least attempt to keep their word. I reached out to them and was told that I was going to receive a call back 5 times. Well, lets just say Im still waiting for a call back or email or something. Finally, I reached the young lady I was looking for ( because I called her again) she finally said she would forward my email to the department that was needed and provide them with my email so she didn't have to call me back!!!! Keep in mind Im always polite so this kind of took me back a little. I just think when you are already stressed in collision situations the least that can be done is for people to call back and keep customers updated even if that means a simple I haven't forgotten you.BTW Im not saying names I just had to vent this out. Do Better Hennessy.

A bit frustrated with them and insurance company. Have had my car for almost 2 months and I've had to call to figure out why it's not been fixed yet. They blamed insurance and insurance blamed them.***update*** they are moving along doing all they can. The manager has been keeping in touch weekly with updates. Much more pleased with things now.

My Car arrived in one method and completed in a different method! I was told my previous paint job effected the new incident totally away from the current procedure! Then I was told they took pictures of my vehicle when it arrived and was later apologized too because I revealed they didn t! Deception! I got an email apologizing and they understand how I feel because the bad paint wasn t there when I released my Car but they still want me to pay for parts but they will paint! Go figureFirst I m a liar and now give me some money! I will post all commentary here tomorrow and wish I could post the phone conversations too! The recorded phone conversations are better than in person or emails! Totally admitted fault but here we are!Take notes, pictures and stay on top of your Vehicle! Mine sat for over 3 months due to parts/process! A process that damaged and baked a bad paint job previously ! Posting commentary later

It took over a month to get my car repaired, but it was perfect when completed. They even washed the car and the tires and conditioned the leather. It felt (and smelled) like a new cast.

The shop paid attention to my complaint and did improve their service. Now, they work hard to get the repair done and have kept me updated about the progress since this Monday.Awful communication and customer service. Never give me updates unless I physically go to the shop or call multiple times. Waited for more than a month to get their confirmation of approval and payment for the first estimate, but this could get done in a day or two if they ever called me and I could push my adjuster. When the parts arrived, they didn't tell me about it, and you will never know what stage of the repair you are at after dropping off. They are draining my trust earned by their manager Ashley at the very beginning, and their service is getting unreliable regardless of a I-CAR Gold Class certified facility.

Quick to get a quote and accommodating. We were happy they could repair our Land Rover when MANY other places couldn t.
