My car has some electrical issue. Eventhough it's not their expertise, they did their best to help me.They quote me a reasonable price for oil change and filter change as well. ++ for my tight budget .They also gave me some complimentary services such as tire pressure check and refill my wiper fluid.

Yasmin is a rock star. She is running all over the place and has her ear on each transaction each technician is working on. I found the customer service to be top-notch. I got an emissions test, and my brake pads were changed. She made me feel welcome. She also walked me through additional work that needed to be done by guiding me with recommendations for other places in Atlanta that could do the work most economically. Who does that?!??� Grease Monkey Roswell Road, is worth the stop.

Had a skid plate issue on Sunday, 3/24. The staff was very personable and professional and fixed my car in about 20 minutes. Really appreciate their help, and the fact that they re open on Sundays, which most repair shops are not. Highly recommend this spot.

Yasmine was super helpful in telling me what I needed past the oil change I came in for. Was very informative without being too sales-y, and I really appreciated her hooking me up. Come to this Grease Monkey location if you want good care and maintenance done!

The people that work at this shop are caring, Intelligent and efficient. They made sure everything in my car was up-to-date and safe. Took my car in for an emissions test. There was a short line of cars and the technician came to my window and gave me an estimated wait time. He then asked me to complete a form to complete so when it was my turn to pull inside for the inspection, it would save time....which I was more than glad to do. Everything went smoothly and the staff was professional and courteous. Great experience!!

BEWARE of intentional misservice. Was misinformed about a service and brought it to the attention of the attendant, Cody. He immediately got an attitude and overfilled each of my tires to drastically different air pressures out of spite (see photo). When I called back to notify management, I was told that the air pressure pump had malfunctioned, despite my bill noting that my air pressure was checked and confirmed as "completed." Scary experience.

I have been using the Grease Monkey location at 4390 Roswell Road in Atlanta for several years. Everyone on staff is always accommodating and professional. Cody, the manager and Yasmine are especially very helpful. I always recommend this location whenever I have a chance.

Greasemonkey was quick, informative, and clean! Yasmin provided amazing service AND she was the only person on site. Afterwards, I was given a report with customized car recommendations. In less than an hour, Yasmin helped me and my boyfriend with two oil changes. I doubt I ll go anywhere else now.

Today was the best and most thorough experience I ve ever had at an automotive repair shop. I was explained in detail exactly what my car needed with Cody and Jasmine hitting all the marks on what needed to be done without robbing (lol) me with exuberant costs at the end of my service. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get their car serviced from an honest group of technicians. Thank you everyone at Grease Monkey at 4390 Roswell Road.

I had a great experience at grease monkey! Yasmin is very sweet and knowledgeable. They truly only recommend to you what actually needs to be done and don t try to upswell you on anything. I was having an issue with my battery popping out, so one of their mechanics spent a good 15 minutes securing it and did not charge me any additional fees. The only thing I would change is adding the mileage until next oil change on the sticker they give you instead of just the expected date for your next oil change. I drive a lot, so the date is not always accurate. But, this has nothing to do with the service and I was over all very satisfied with me visit.

Had my brakes serviced here and honestly the best experience I ve had with a vehicle service company! Yasmine is an amazing person, serving people with a genuine smile and attitude. And Jose did an exceptional job with the brakes and made sure everything was top notch! I can t recommend enough coming here and letting Yasmine and her crew take care of you

It's rare to find an auto service place that doesn't want to sell you extra service work that's either not due at the time, or even not at all. Grease Monkey really does stand by their well displayed guarantee. It simply states that they guarantee 100% to only do work that's needed. And that's what they do. The staff are professional, qualified, a pleasure to talk to and work hard to do whatever is needed. It's a really nice experience. I was in and out and they made it easy. I stayed in my car as they changed the oil. Recommendations were made, but there was no pressure. Yasmine was very helpful and professional.

Literally the best team of people I ve interacted with. They make everything so simple for you. Yasmin is THE BEST she explained exactly what they were doing in the most simple terms to someone who knows nothing about cars. Been to a bunch of ATL mechanics and there is no one like Grease Monkey!

Dorian did a thorough oil change, changed my air filter and did a visual brake inspection bc my breaks are shot. He was very helpful and patient. I appreciate how quickly they took my car to be serviced.

Excellent Work & Even Better Customer Service!I have a European Vehicle & have had a plethora of random issues & also have needed routine maintenance the past few months. I can ALWAYS count on this grease monkey to be able to help from installing a battery to changing brake pads to an oil change. The quality of work they do is phenomenal along with their unmatched customer service. They re here to help everyone & make sure you re taken care of in the best way, & not try to over charge you or tack on random things like most mechanics. The people there are so friendly and willing to explain every little detail and answer any questions you have. I can t express how highly I recommend going here for any work you need done. 10/10 service every time.

I thought I needed an oil change because I took my sticker off and I wasn t sure about the mileage. They were honest that I didn t need one yet and gave me a new sticker. Fast service and always nice people!

Had 2 full synthetic oil changes here in the last 2 years. Happy with both experiences. Very professional and nice. They honored the coupon from online and were up front on pricing. Service was quick and professional.
