I am very pleased with the oil change and the fact that I received $25 off the full service, along with the other items that are done in addition to the oil change. Dee was pleasant and kept me abreast of everything going on with my car. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the service checklist said that the windshield was washed but it wasn't. It's fine that it wasn't done, however, don't say you did when you didn't.

This place always gives great service and goes above and beyond! This has been my go-to place, and Dee Dee and the guys always help me out. They are always efficient as possible, communicative, and helpful. I always feel lost at the car shop but Dee Dee knows just how to step me through what I need, and the prices are great. I had an issue with my car s undercarriage today and they had me fixed up in five minutes, no charge. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service with positive and friendly staff. Technician verified the specific products required for my car before I even got out. Fast and efficient. I would have rated a 5 but the bathroom facilities were not clean. I was there 1st thing in the am.

I want to commend the lady at the front desk! She is EXCELLENT! She not only is VERY knowledgeable of her job but she gives EXCELLENT customer service! She is pleasant and I love the way she engages with the customers. Please give her a commendation. Oh by the way, the gentlemen who worked on my car were good as well!

From the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away from the establishment, A1 service!!! I was made no promises, however I was told clear instructions and expectations from the start. I noticed other customers seemed at ease as well. I was at Grease Monkey less than an hour to be honest. I was able to go next door and grab a smoothie, and before a good few sips in, my vehicle was being called. Check out, print out, they placed a reminder sticker on the window (some places forget). When asked if I could use my military discount, there was no push back I was thanked for my service and asked to please come back. I loved my visit here.

I have had my vehicle for over 10-Years. I LOVE my car and take extreme pride in caring for it including the engine. It tickles me whenever I have my vehicle serviced and the mechanic shares how clean the engine is despite the years of usage.Last week, I brought my vehicle in for a quick oil change.After the service was completed and I made it to the car, below is what I discovered:1. The door of the car was left open. It had been raining the entire day and was still; profusely as a matter of fact. My seat (pillows I sit on), small part of the floor and inner door were wet2. For some reason the air was on. I did not nor had not had the air on for well over a week as it was not needed.3. The driver s seat was pushed back from its original position. Now, I do not expect anyone that requires a seat adjustment to suffer my dimension but, I would like items restored as close to its original place as possible.4. Edge of entry of car scuffed due to black sole shoes5. As I traveled on the freeway to my next destination, I smelled something Hot /burning in the front portion of the car then, a little smoke. I swiftly checked for any vehicle messages. Nothing. A sigh of relief ensued. I departed the freeway about 2.5-miles later and drove to the nearest gas station, lifted the hood and noticed oil had been spilt all over the top of the engine (literally) and was merely wiped off. Uncertain how much or how far down the oil traveled. I attempted to wipe the oil but to no avail. As a result, quickly located a repair shop as a means to learn if the oil could be located and removed. The mechanic could not discern how much, where or far down the oil travelled but did clean as much of the oil from the top of the engine as possible. When I made it to my next destination, the car began subsiding its new smoking regiment.Other than this, the employees were very nice. Perhaps be more respectful of other's property. I will make a visit to my mechanic's for a quick look-over to ensure any portion of the engine has been sacrificed due to the spillage and that the change (out of concern) was executed property.A bit disappointed.Thank You.

Something was off... one tech lied to me in my face about my car needing something that I know was not needed on receipt no customer name and wrong vehicle information and gave a decent discount as if they were trying to hide something and or cover something up! so far I have had no issues maybe they didnt do anything wrong perhaps skipped out on something that was included in the service. Didn't feel comfortable like before make sure you check your receipt before leaving

Brittany & the team are amazing! Brittany checked me in, answered all my obviously silly questions (I m just a girl) and was able to recommend services my Mazda CX5 desperately needed! They were quick & efficient and even honored my coupons! Wolfe was great as well! And another young man who was new & serviced my car! 10/10 will definitely return & stop going to the location on Howell Mill Rd,

I m very lucky to live around the corner from this location. Dee Dee is always the person I see at the front and is friendly in her professionalism. The guys make check in easy, have regulars down pat, and compared to generally every other car care place nearby in midtown, I never feel ripped off or like I m given the run around. When I got my oil changed for my new car today, Emory was kind enough to give me a run down for other services and prices I would need and what they could do to round it off for me. Even when I expressed I couldn t do that today, he made sure to note everything so that it d be just as easy next go around. When I said I d be back to this location specifically to handle all that, I meant it! Thankful to have this location for services.

The staff was super, duper nice here and the wait time was short! I also love the cashiers Frenchie, Marley I from Florida, but my daughter who lives in ATL highly recommended this location. You won t be disappointed getting service here.

Quoted $92, with $20 coupon was happy to pay $70+ comes times to pay and my bill is $105? I have to pay extra for my filter and extra oil? I questioned why was I not informed prior?Counter person said the other side( I took to mean the bay crew) should have told me. When I mentioned it should be a team effort and that they should communicate with each other, The counter person pointed to a QR code taped to the counter and said I could voice my concerns thru that medium.She did offer to get a manager but also said it was going to be that price no matter what.So oil change? it was quick. Did they perform all of the services that should have come with my $105 oil change No o think not. Brake fluid level full? No car is less than 5k from needing new brakes so fluid level is below 50% and a few other things. I know I won't be back any time soon!

The entire staff was great. Dee Dee provided great customer service. She made sure I left with a smile, and asked if I needed anything else. In this world today, it s people like this that makes it a little easier to deal with. I will definitely be back.

First time here, I usually go to the dealership but needed my oil changed asap. It was fast, efficient and I love how they didn t push other services on me. They were short-staffed and I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

They have you and your cars best interest in mind. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and not pushy. They will even let you know if maintenance is likely needed on some other part of your car that would need to get done somewhere else. They don t mess around.

I showed up on a Sunday around 2pm. They were busy but-i figured its now or never. When i tell you they are fast, professional AND affordable-i MEAN they are nice people and they handled me and my vehicle with care. The customer service and the car care is top notch. I will be back!!!

Quick and easy. Staff were friendly.Expect an upsale, paid more than intended for services I probably didn t need. Receipt says they washed the windshield, added windshield fluid and put air in the tires, but looking at this dirty windshield, that s unlikely. I d go back though, that other stuff doesn t really matter to me.

I love Grease Monkey! Especially this one! Service was so easy, they took my car, I sat in the nice warm lobby, the kind lady checked me out and then my car was waiting for me ready to drive. Literally always going here whenever I need an oil change. :)

I came here for the first time for a full-service oil change and they did not disappoint! In and out in less than a half hour, and Dee Dee at the front desk was a pleasure, very friendly and professional! Will definitely come back here in the future.

Good service at a fair price right in the middle of the city. Been taking my 2013 VW there for years for scheduled oil changes. Always in and out within 30 minutes even during peak busy times.They will try to upsell, but everyone does that and if your air filter or wiper blades are nasty, then it s probably time to change them.

Excellent experience. They are more expensive than shopping around (also newly hot location probably dictates pricing, I was coming here when it was still a Valvolene and $40 oil change seemed expensive); but I literally didn t have to leave my vehicle with baby in tow to accomplish needed oil change and was in and out in no time. No upsell, guys were kind and efficient.

Been coming here for years. Always great service and friendly! However, there s a newer woman that is behind the checkout, DeeDee who has a less than friendly attitude. She s a buzz killer! Otherwise, you guys are great and the line outside waiting is a testament to your stellar service. Thank you!!
