If your car can make it just go to a different mechanic. Trust. I'm saving you time and money. Dropped of vehicle on Thursday, was told they wouldn't get to it until Friday. Friday rolls around, no update so I call. Terry tells me the car will be looked at Monday. Monday rolls around, I have to call them. I was told the mechanic was off and wouldn't be able to look at it until Tuesday. I call Tuesday about 3pm and now I'm told the mechanic was sick and my car still hadn't been looked at but will be looked at first thing on Wednesday. Guess what happened on Wednesday? You guessed it, no call, no update, nothing. So I called them Wednesday and I'm told the same thing. At that point I just wanted my vehicle back. I call a tow truck to pick up the vehicle and then I'm told the car can't be released until I pay a diagonotic fee that I was never told about. Again, if you can avoid them, please do. don't waste your time

Marley is a great customer service representative. I have had no problems so far with the work done on my car. My one suggestion is that if you approve and pay for over $1,500 in repairs, the $133 diagnostic fee should be waived or at least reduced.

Gordons Automotive Services Center, is simply the best when it comes to customers service.I had mailed my tag two days prior to realizing I had not gotten my emission done.Trying to beat the system I hurried to Gordons to get an emission. But the emission area was closed for the day. Thank God he reopened it for me.Good customer service is had to find, but I did find it at Gordons.Thanks Gordons Automotive

First of please do not bring your car here before I dropped my car off I had overheating problems they changed my radiator but when my car return my check engine light was on and I never had that problem before they installed my radiator wrong and basically my car have more problems then it had before I went in November and I will say never again

Gordon automobile is not a good auto. My car sat there for 2 years and when I paid over $2000 for the service my car was in worse condition and every time I talk to Mr. Gordon nothing was getting done so I had to take legal action. Mr. Gordon is not truthful and doesn't keep his word and plus when you see a automobile service center with over 100 cars sitting outside. Please keep going because your car will make 101 sitting.

I'm going to be beyond honest, the service here was beyond satisfactory. They were very knowledgeable, courteous and fair. I appreciate ALL the employees here. I especially appreciate Marley (I hope I said his name right). Everything was great and they play some good old school music . I encourage everyone to check them out. You won't be disappointed

Would you believe Mr Gordon plays on poor people and doesn't keep his word ,he also over charge on basic things . Like he charged this old lady 85 dollars for a simple oil change wow bad business for the community

Very, very disappointed. Took my car in to see why it was going into low power mode . They supposedly did a diagnostic and said nothing was wrong smh. Picked up car has all kinds of codes about the brakes and stability etc and is now making a rattling noise. Brought it back only for him to tell me they only check for what YOU think is wrong smh saying it could bring up too many codes for them to check. Does that make sense to anyone? Not to mention the place is filthy and looks very unprofessional and they have rats! Initially I was skeptical about leaving my car there with no documentation. However, though the mechanics are friendly, it would be more helpful if they actual figured out what's wrong with you car. Waste of my money and time. Also beware they might try to overcharge you...if you don't ask what they are charging you for, it's just really sad. They use to be very good 15 to 20 years ago.

Very straight to the point, did not feel like they were beating around the bush in any circumstances. Told me what the price was before hand and charged me the exact same with no hidden fees afterwards just as discussed. Very honorable buisness. Highly recommend.

Kinda pricey but overall,I had a very good experience at Gordon's. Brought my f150 up there because of a loud humming sound coming from the rear of my truck which I had convinced myself was a bearing issue. I had originally intended on doing the job myself but once I realized how much more involved the rear is than the front, I knew I needed to take it to a shop. Enter Gordon's. I brought it to them at 9ish and I supplied the bearing and the seal. Replacing the bearing did not fix my issue which in my opinion, upon examining the bearing being replaced, I would expect the mechanic to be inclined to make me aware that the bearing I thought was bad was in fact good and then with my blessing, proceed to further assess the issue using his experience to help me resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the mechanic didn't have the foresight to get it done and I ended up paying 400$ plus the price of the bearing and seal and still have the issue I took it to them to fix. I don't blame them because I specifically asked them to replace the bearing for me. Like i said, overall I liked the service and the swift job. They had me up and running before 5 o'clock same day and took my vehicle same day. I'd use them again

These guys are absolutely god sent! Very hasty! Didn t take much time to diagnose what was wrong with my truck. I didn t even have an appointment and they fit me right in. They were very cordial, and very professional. I would suggest anyone go here if you re having any kind of car problems! These guys are the bomb Diggity. Thank you so much everyone who was involved! I will always bring my cars here for now on!

I was in town for a trip, called several shops to have AC serviced (it completely stopped blowing cold air). Other places were talking a full day, and a couple weeks out for an appointment. Called two dealers, no openings and over $400 anyway.Gordon's was upfront and honest from the very first conversation on the phone. Told me the likely problem, cost $275, would likely fix the problem...and they got me in 1 day after I called.So hard to find a mechanic you can trust anymore, but this place is an amazing find!Out of town and they really treated me great!

It was horrible and costing me money.They did not call to get authorization to start work on my car in order for me to get reimbursed for my rental vehicle. When I picked my car up I didn't notice until the next day that there was black grease on cloth over head inside, on my sun visor and other places I took it back for them to clean it.

Please please please stay away from this shop. They are absolutely the worse shop I ve ever been to. They didn t fix the issue with my car instead put a bandage on the problem and now my car is worse then when I brought it into them. When I called about the issue on why my car is still acting up. No one called me back. Stay away from this shop. I have called the local news to put this busted shop on blast. No way what s so ever to so business. I had to take my car to another shop to get the issues u fixed. I will definitely be taking this trash shop to small claims court to receive my money back for them not fixing my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car there on a Monday to get it repaired ask them to go ahead and do the work which I told them that already had two new sensor on there and to find out why my check engine light was still on. Remember, I ask them to go ahead and do the work. Did not bother them till Wednesday, I call and ask them was my car ready for pick up, Stated that my car was still sitting in the none repair section, when I went up there to find out why. Said they have not had time to repair it and still charge me 279. For work I told them I had already had done was very upset. Money I did not have to throw away. Buy being a female I had to pay it to get my car. They wonder why we choose white shops.

Very disappointed. They serviced my car in February of 2022 when it stopped running. They quoted $1,000 worth of repairs and after they did all those repairs said that it was SOMETHING ELSE which was very expensive ( would not give me a quote) and said they didnt know when they could get to it. So i had to pay &1,000 for a car that would still not run. I had to tow it somewhere else to get ANOTHER diagnostic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LUXURY VEHICLE HERE!!! My son took my Volvo in for repairs over a month ago. It needed routine maintenance (oil change) and the horn fixed the car was supposed to be done within the week. Two weeks went by and no call no communication. We called and they were"waiting for a part" for something other than the horn. Another week and then his dad had to actually go up there with him to get the car and they insisted they would get the work done asap. 900$ and over a month later and the horn is not fixed, the indicator switch on the car is broken. When i called to confront them, they claim it didn't happen with them, which is an absolute lie. And less than a week after picking up the car the "low oil" light came. We checked the oil and not only is it low, but it's black. So they kept the car all that time and didn't even do the simplest of the tasks - a task that was paid for. Which makes me wonder if they even actually did any of the work on the car. It would make sense considering they never called us, we always were the one calling them. Money wasted during a pandemic! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had on any of my vehicles. I will forever be sure to warn anyone I know not to patronize this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Buyer be ware! Take your vehicle anywhere but here. Staff is extremely rude. Called multiple times and was told my vehicle hadn't been looked at. When I went to check on it in person. I was denied access to my vehicle and then told I was going to be charged $25 per day starting that day for the vehicle to be there. When I asked to see the diagnostic I was told to come back in the morning because they were closing. I came back the next morning and asked for the owner. There was no one else in the shop and he said he was busy and made me wait 35min before he decided to talk to me. I ended up paying $125 to get my vehicle back only to ask for my keys and find out they are lost. I'm writing this as I sit here still waiting for the keys to my vehicle.

I had a GREAT experience here w/ my Kia Rio!! My engine light came on and car started to shake, I brought the car to them early in the am and they found the problem and fixed it within a FEW hours!!! It was hard for them to squeeze me in but they tried their best and executed to help me get to my sisters graduation!!! I am so thankful and their customer service is awesome!!! I love them and recommend their services!! THANK YOU TO Mr.Gordon and Charlie!

Do not take your car to this shop. Very ghetto and unprofessional. I took my car to them for one thing. When I got my car back it was running worse. Grease was left on my interior as well. My windows was left open and damaged my window motors. They haven't heard the last from me.

This is my last time patronizing this establishment. They have questionable employees and no integrity. Additionally, there is no cost savings or customer service provided. This is a local independent shop close to my home so I wanted to patronize them. During a oil change, I could overhear the technician saying he bought the wrong oil filter(wrong year for my car). He also stated he still tried to use it but it didn't fit. I assume if it did fit good enough for him he would have left it on. So the manager has someone go down the street and get the correct one. I guess no harm no foul, maybe just this one employee was lazy, bad, etc. After that experience I only went here for emissions until yesterday.Yesterday I woke up and my car would not stay on without giving it gas. Within 10 minutes I believed it was the idle air control valve. I looked up the part online and watched videos on how quick it was to clean or replace the part. Online part price:$160.Time to repair approximately 30 minutes. So I'm in my head thinking this should be no more than $300. I drop my car when the shop opens at 8 and go to work. Easy drop off, no line, no wait. Almost four hours later I'm called and told the price will be $550 because the part is $300. I inquire about the part since I know they just get whatever is most convenient to them. Same store down the street anyone can purchase for $159.99. I ask why they are charging me double for the part - no response. I say I'll get the part and bring. Now they cannot warranty their work and labor price has shot up; the total reduced price with me bringing the part $500+. If they were charging me $300 for the part as stated shouldn't the balance be approximately $250? To wrap this up, anything other than emissions I would get done somewhere else. I'm not going to get emissions done here anymore either. Between the incident with oil change and yesterday I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and drive past this shop.

I had an excellent experience. While at a stoplight, the driver of the car behind me came to my car and let me know that I had NO brake lights. Gordan s was the closest shop. I got there as the owner was leaving for the day. He changed the bulbs for me, and I was on my way. The price was very fair.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now and never experienced bad customer service till today. I came here to get my oil changed and was trying to ask two guys here about the service and what time they open. Both white and black yelled at me and three up dismissive hand gestures while walking off on me. I tried taking my car around the corner but they refuse to do it because of a butterfly cap on my oil pan. I came back to let them do my service since they are the only ones who did it. I ask somebody else for help and he went in to speak with the white guy and his reply was he doesn't want to speak with me. I feel totally disrespected and helpless at the same time. I'm glad I was able to sit and talk to Mr. Gordon about my experience that I had encountered and he made sure that he understood and clear the whole situation up and yes I will still continue to bring my business back here.
