I came to Goodyear on Roswell Rd for a new tire, oil change and alignment. Scott the manager was extremely nice and communicative. Kept me up to speed on what was going on and advised from the beginning they were a little busy but they were able to accommodate me. Patience is key for good work. Definitely recommend this location.

10 STARS. I came in with my tire leaking air from a screw and they were able to take me same day. Amber and her team are so kind and amazing; it was so fun talking with Amber! They made me feel comfortable and heard. Plus there are two shop pups that make the experience even better. I would trust them with my vehicle again! Thank you, Good Year Team!

I m in tears!! I was driving around trying to find any automotive shop still open. I pulled into Good Year on Roswell rd. and Ms. Amber and Mr. Mike came to my rescue. The shop was closed and they were only there waiting on a customer to come and pick up their vehicle.They asked what was wrong and I tried to explain to the best of my ability. They were closed so I headed back to my vehicle.I was back in my vehicle and preparing to leave and they stopped me to take a look because they thought it may be something dangerous.They inspected my vehicle and realized that an important piece of my tire system was missing.They didn t have the part so Mr. Mike drove to another shop and got the part. They fixed the issue, no questions asked.These 2 are some of the most amazing people ever and I don t know how Good Year got so lucky to have 2 gems at one location.I cannot thank them enough and I hope that Good Year will acknowledge their employees that drive customer service, customer loyalty, and just having a sense of compassion.Thank You!

Overall my experience at this location was great. The staff ordered a tire for my vehicle b/c it was not in stock at the time and it was scheduled to be delivered the following day which was a Saturday. I didn't hear from the team for most of that Saturday, so I decided to call and check the status of the delivery. Once I called I was told it had not come in and they were going to chek on the status which was disappoting b/c I was riding on a donut and waited the whole day to hear from someone. I didn't love the fact that I had to call and check on it instead of the staff being proactive and checking the status of their deliveries for customera. I was told there was no tracking info. provided by the company and they didn't know where the delivery actually was at the time. Ultimately, I was told the tire would be in on the next business day which was that upcoming Monday. On Monday, it was the same scenario. I called later in the day to check on the status of the tire and again it had not arrived. At that point, a staff member told me they were going to order the tire from another company and it would be there the next day and it was. The following day, they reached out to me via text to let me know the tire had made it to the shop. I got there on a Wednesday and they replaced my tire. My overall issues are that I had to be the one doing the follow-up instead of staff doing it w/o being prompted. Additionally, the tire actually came in three days after the original due date and it cause me a bit of an inconvenince riding around on a donut for several days and having to take off work early to get the tire put on. I would think there would have been some sort of compensation and a discuount on services offered, but that didn't happen at all. I think the staff here is really great. Everyone was respectful, courteous, and professional and I do plan on taking my vehicle back for them to service in the future. I just really take issue with businesses not being willing to compensate customers when they make errors. A measly 10% off coupon would've been apppreciate but there was nothing. IMO that is not putting the customer first and for that reason alone I could not give five stars.Service: Tires

So the place I had my oil changed earlier in the week (dealership quickie oil place that took two hours even with an appointment) reattached the plastic mud guard on the bottom of the engine with these little plastic clips that don't hold so needless to say, the clip broke when I was far away from the place and in between work meetings. I happened upon the Roswell Road Goodyear and popped in to see if they could help in a hurry. They were super friendly and pulled the car right in and got me on my way in no time. Excellent customer service, clean and professional. Wish we lived closer because they would become my full time auto shop. Really good folks.

Don't take your car here. They will rip you off every chance they get. They charged me $600 for a rebuilt alternator in a Hyundai. They didn't bother to clear the computer or finish the diagnostics when they were done. I had to go to a real mechanic. He found all the old faults still there because it was not reset. He also found a fouled spark plug on #1 that should have been caught by the diagnostic.

Came at 11:30am to get an oil change. Was told it would take 45 minutes. Ended up being here almost 3 hours. MY CAR WAS THE ONLY CAR IN THERE. Was scammed into getting a coolant wash that was over $100 on a fairly new grand Cherokee that didn t need it. Never once was I apologized to about the wait. LADIES!!! Do not let these people scam you! I have been a Goodyear customer for YEARS in multiple different states and I spend THOUSANDS with them. I d rather take my car to jeep from now on. Paid $250 for an oil change and a coolant wash out .

Overpriced. I got an oil change done and air filter wasn t changed nor did I get a wash fluid added. All these I get as courtesy when I go to Walmart and for even way lesser price. But good customer service regardless.

To all my ladies DO NOT go to this location to get anything done . It's been a few months since I've been to this location .Back in May, I had a leak on my brand new tire and they told me I needed a brand new tire ($200+ quote) to get it fix. Guy at the front desk was very polite but the mechanic who worked there was very unprofessional. When I told the guy at the front desk that I wanted a 2nd opinion he went and told the mechanic to get my car ready and I heard the mechanic in a LOUD voice say "Good luck with that" well I'm glad I did went and got my second opinion because I ended up saving $$$. Mavis Tire in Marietta were able to patch my tire for $26!!!!! We're almost in August and I havent had an issue with my tire. They won a customer for life!!!

Hit a pothole and the tire pressure gauge came on, this was the closest tire shop. When I got there it was clear I had a flat. Mack answered all my questions and got me in and out quickly. It slit my tire so had to replace it, decided to replace all 4 tires and I still got to my next place in time.Thank you for your help!! I highly recommend this location.

I discovered a screw in my tire this morning on the way to work. My car said i had a tire with low air and sure enough there was the screw. I was heading out of town at 2pm and needed to have it replaced before then. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire in stock. But Grant said they could get it by 3pm. I told him my delimma and he said he could have a coworker pick a new one up on his way in.I drove on to work, got finished up for the day and drove back over and they fixed it in 20 minutes.Great service!

Did a price comparison of proposed services about 4 months ago. They said my car needed all types of service work that it actually did not need according to another mechanic that I actually trust. Had my trusted mechanic service my vehicle for a much more reasonable price and car has been running fine ever since. When all was said and done this Goodyear tried to rip me off by $700+. Will never be back.

Good two prior experiences up until I scheduled an appointment at opening. No one arrived until 6 minutes after. After 15 minutes, thought I'd call to see when the shop would be up, and that was going to take another 30 minutes. I didn't bother to mention my appointment.Made a stop at another shop down the road, had two people and front of me and still was out in a few minutes. Not sure if the agent made a mistake with the time, but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Brought my car in for an alignment after replacing some bushings, was treated fairly, and they made no complaints about the MILD lowering springs I have.I had just stopped at the shop across the street as I had been referred there first and they took one look at my car, got a cross-eyed look and suggested I go to Butler Tire for some "custom" work (LOL). 1" drop springs do not require custom anything and they had been on there for years at this point. Anyway, back to Goodyear.I came back again the next day to have some other parts installed.James, the manager was very accommodating, listened well, didn't make a stink about anything that wasn't factory original, and charged me fairly.I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was in today to get an oil change and new tires. Scott as always was very helpful and helped answer all my questions. I have been coming here for the last couple years and will continue to do so because of Scott!!!!!! He is great !!!

I truly appreciate the great customer service and help I received from the men at Goodyear, especially Stephan and the manager. Their prices are very reasonable. I was there for hours but it was well worth it.
